Overall, this is one of the best-run dental practices I have visited.  As other reviewers have stated, this office is pretty good when it comes to technology.  As a first time patient, I expected to fill out my medical information on a clipboard, but wound up doing it on a tablet.  Likewise, when it came time to pay for my visit, the card got swiped on a square reader and a receipt emailed to me.  Can’t go wrong with paperless.  There is also free Wi-fi. The waiting area is nice, and the large chairs are comfortable, especially if you need to sit for long periods of time.  Everyone was really friendly and patient with all my questions.  I received X-rays, an oral examination, a deep cleaning, and a couple of small fillings – all in my first visit.  To be honest, I didn’t think that there would be time to do all that, but they squeezed it in and the last two were more or less pain-free, so props to the staff for making it happen. The goodie bag comes with a toothbrush, toothbrush cap, floss, toothpaste and an hourglass so you know how long to brush.  I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Finally had the time to come in for routine cavity checkup.  Alas, I have 2 small cavities that need to be filled.   The staff is friendly and happy as always.  Dr. Le was accommodating enough to take care of my cavities on the same day…save me a commute!  Now, my teeth feel nice and clean in time for the holidays

I went to see Dr. Le about a month ago for a routine exam and cleaning, and I was impressed the moment I walked in.  The office is decorated in a very modern way that provides one with comfort and calmness.  Dr. Le and his staff are very patient and professional.  A few days following my visit, my husband and son also went for their check-ups and cleaning.  My 7-year-old was never nervous during the whole process.  What also impressed me was that when Dr. Le had to reschedule one of our appointments due to a family issue,  he called personally to make the new appointment!  
We intend to go back many more times and will have no trouble referring Dr. Le to our friends.

I could really talk this place up, so I’ll keep it to the point. OFFICE- The office staff is quick and efficient. I have been in twice, once for a cleaning and once for 2 cavities. They got me right in both times with little wait. Also, the woman who took my x-rays was gentle and quick. DENTIST- What impresses me most is Dr. Le. He cleaned my teeth with some high-tech device that was painless – no blood, no soreness whatsoever! Further, he was gentle and attentive, and always willing to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what he was using. After the cleaning he sat for more than 5 minutes answering other questions and concerns I had (it had been over a year since my last check-up). A week later I came in for 2 cavities. The procedure was quick (I was in the building for 35 minutes total!) and although not painless (I had to have drilling), I experienced less pain than I can remember for having fillings put in. What is more, Dr. Le often asked me how I was doing and if I needed a break. Very considerate, he treated me like a person, not a patient. MONEY- A little self reporting: (1) I am a (poor) BIOLA student with no dental insurance. (2) I care about my teeth. Anyhow, Dr. Le’s staff really worked with me to make to make the procedure affordable. I went to Mexico just over a year ago to have cavities and fillings done – the same procedure Dr. Le did. He was able to do the same procedure for a comparable price (about 1/3 the cost of most other dentists in the area), he did it more quickly and less painfully, and I only had to go across the street from BIOLA, not to Mexico! I RECOMMEND DR LE & FAMILY DENTAL TO ALL, ESPECIALLY BIOLA GRAD STUDENTS!!!

The whole office staff is friendly, personable, and professional. My visit had virtually no wait time, all of my concerns were addressed, and it was all totally hassle free. Dr. Le is easily the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is fun to chat with, happy to answer any questions you might have, and, of course, he takes great care of your teeth! I will definitely be returning to Family Dental Works for any future care I might need. Thanks again Ryan!

Where do I begin with Dr. Le and the Family Dental Works team…. I hadn’t been to a dentist office in more years than I’d like to say. It had gotten to the point where I, like many people, was extremely fearful of going to the dentist because I was scared they’d make me feel embarrassed, ashamed, or guilty for the condition of my teeth. When I finally came to the realization that I needed to see a dentist before they got worse, I did some research on Yelp & found Family Dental Works. I was pretty emotional/nervous at my first visit, but Dr. Le and his team made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease. I am so beyond happy I found Dr. Le. He is extremely knowledgeable & trust-worthy. He was honest and clear about the treatments he thought would be best for me and I walked out of his office breathing a huge sigh of relief. They scheduled me for a teeth cleaning as well and it was an easy, gentle process. I love that they have movies they can put on the TV during procedures. I can’t cannot stress enough how great Dr. Le and the Family Dental Works team is. I wish I had found him sooner!!!

Honestly this dental office is a great establishment. The whole team is very helpful and pleasant and always willing to help in any way. Dr. Ryan Le is one of the best dentist I’ve had work done with. I literally had stopped going to the dentist for awhile due to many bad experiences but after being referred here, I now have no issues with coming and getting work done. Dr. Ryan never upsells or over charges and does great work.
I highly recommend this place.

Thank you for the amazing service you provided for my 4 yr old on 3/13. Dr le is extremely patient and was able to make her feel comfortable and safe. She is very sensitive. I was so relief and happy for my daughter. We truly appreciate it. 1/30/18.Took my 3yr old son and Dr Le did it again.Treats the kids so well. My son stayed still the whole time to his well needed cleaning.  Dr is very patient and the kids are able to trust him and the job gets done. Dentist assistant is awesome! And all staff are super friendly. Cant be more happy. Thank you!
