I am extremely surprised at the reviews I have seen on here about this office. I always have a WONDERFUL experience when I visit this dentist office. I have been going here for about 3 years now. The hygienist are all nice and my dentist Dr. Ligon is awesome. He has NEVER directed me wrong and he has always presented multiple options to me with regard to any recommendations or requirements. I get my cleanings every six months as recommended by the ADA. I would not be able to go any longer than that (not sure why anyone would). I will continue to go here so long as the staff remains and the doctor is there. Just for the record everyone should know that when you visit a dental office for the first time ESPECIALLY in cases where you haven’t seen a dentist in a long time, your first visit will be long because YES they do need to take X-rays and photos so they know what condition your teeth are in and the best protocol for you. If you haven’t visited the dentist in over 2 years why would you be surprised that your teeth require “extra attention”. Seriously?

I became a patient at this office when I worked at CIC, as it was incredibly convenient, but the professionalism and over the top customer service has kept me coming back even after changing jobs/locations. I remember having a routine visit when I was pregnant and casually sharing the anticipated name of my baby. A week after my visit, I received a hand written card from the staff which thanked me for coming and stated how excited they were to meet my daughter, (name listed). Cut to 3 years later and while there are numerous qualified Pediatric Dental offices that are closer to my home, I knew that the staff at Family Dentistry would go above and beyond for my child. Yesterday, the office saw my Husband, my Daughter, and me. We received top notch care and they treated my 3-year old like a Superstar. When I was receiving X-rays, the front desk staff played with and read to her in another room. When it was time for her appointment, they let her press the buttons to squirt water in to a cup (showing her how the equipment works) and allowed her to have her own pair of purple gloves (A HUGE WIN for a 3 year old). They explain estimated pricing upfront, will send emailed appointment reminders, talk you through each step of a procedure, and involve you in making clear and fair plans for ongoing care. They have exceeded all of my family’s expectations and I am grateful for their service.

I’ve been going here for 14 years and I love Anita. She’s super sweet and Dr. Ligon is a perfectionist. He has to make sure everything is perfect and you’re taken care of, which I love.Great office!

WOW!!! What can I say about these amazing folks. Over the years I have develop a huge fear of the dentist, no reason, just happen one day. So I haven’t gone to one in many years and my teeth really needed some help. Dr. Ligon did not beat me down for the neglect of my teeth, but instead he listen to what I had to say. Dr. Ligon and staff address my fears and are working with me to help me slowing over come this. They have been amazing in my care and they talk me through each step. I have finally find I dentist that understands my fears and takes amazing care of me. I would recommend him and his super awesome staff to everyone. They are super hero’s in my book and I won’t go anywhere else!!! If you are looking for a amazing dentist, come see him and his staff. They will take good care of you. Best ever!!!!!!

I am a long time patient at Family Dentistry at CIC – the staff have always been accommodating and friendly. I’ve seen many different hygienists here (if my go-to was not available) and have never had a bad experience. They’re flexible if I need to change an appointment or if I need to make one quickly. I had an issue with my lower permanent retainer coming undone and they got me in and fixed me up within a day of calling. 10/10 would recommend!

Guys are great as always. Friendly and professional. The security could do with being brushed up. Example. The appointment was for my children. The guards were refusing to let them enter. Saying children couldn’t come it. Took 5 mins of back and forward to finally get them to contact the dentist to confirm the appointment was for them. Silly!!!

Always a great experience. Had a 100 things going on while leaving home, rushed to the dentist and realized I didn’t have a mask. Considered going back home, but went into the office covering my face with my hoodie. The ladies greeted me and politely offered me a mask after I explained my situation. Just that one gesture put a smile on my face and assured me I was going to have a great day, which I did. Thank you!

I couldn’t be more happy to write a review for Family Dentistry at CIC. The entire staff deserves an applause for their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness. However, Dr. Ligon especially, is phenomenal. I had been seeing Dr. Ligon for a few years for dentistry, but when he began orthodontic work, I was thrilled. I began my Invisalign treatment about a year ago and am so satisfied with the results! Dr. Ligon has a warm, amicable personality and approaches you as if he’d known you for years. He is honest about the treatment process, cost, and genuinely wants you to be happy about your smile. I am naturally nit picky and aim for perfection. Dr. Ligon did not have any problem at all responding to my requests when it came to the fine tuning stage of my treatment. He was patient and I felt like I had my own personal surgeon. I recommend anyone going to him for Invisalign or normal dentistry. His work is outstanding and at a competitive price, which is hard to find. Thanks, Dr. Ligon, for giving me my now confident smile:)
