Hello my name is Annmarie, I had my first visit with Dr. Lipman. Working in healthcare I know the importance meeting the demands of patient satisfaction. This practice not only meets the many demands of patient satisfaction. Dr. Lipman and Mrs. Lipman take the time to introduce themselves along with the staff leaving you to feel at home and really cared for. I came to Family Dentistry with several problems that had occurred through my last dentist. A tooth had cracked in half due to a recent root canal and was causing A LOT of pain. Dr. Lipman assessed the situation, put a temporary fix on the tooth, and then got me in ASAP to permanently fix it. Next came the tooth behind it. Not only did that tooth have a cavity under the filling, but it had been carved out almost to the end of the enamel. Hard to believe that another dentist would do that. Dr. Lipman was very professional and completely explained what needed to be done. Throughout the procedure he asked several times to make sure that I was okay. He completely reconstructed my tooth and I can finally eat on that side of my mouth again! His assistant and the rest of the office staff were very friendly. The hygienist even took me back to see the machine that was carving my crown, since it is done on site. Would highly recommend this office and Dr. Lipman

I can’t say I looove going to the dentist but Dr Lipman is a great dentist and I have been going to him for years!!! I have never feel like he is trying to upsell any products or services. He has passion for his work and it’s obvious he takes great pride in it. The office is newly renovated and clean with state of the art equipment. His staff is the best! Very welcoming, professional and friendly. They always know me even when I call. I was injured in a car accident and had to cancel an appointment… 2 days later I had a get well card in my mailbox and they all signed it. They are a hometown practice with very personal service. I highly recommend this practice!!

I’ve known Dr. Lipman for approximately 30 years and began seeing him shortly after relocating back to CT. He has always been passionate about the health of his patients and is truly dedicated to ‘total body health’. He is an educator and strives to help all of his patients understand the hidden dangers of an unhealthy mouth. The mouth is a direct portal to illness if it is not given the attention it needs. There is a ton of science behind what he practices and is on top of technology. What is really amazing is the techniques he uses to ensure you are never uncomfortable or in pain. He is not just a good dentist he is the BEST dentist.

I have been with Dr. Lipman for about 30 years and have been appreciative of his experience and dentistry work on my teeth. He has given me time to come up with my own conclusions when something unusual was needed or suggested. I have found through the years to have confidence in his recommendations and work. Recently I needed some crowns replaced that were over 38 years old, they were still intact but looked pretty bad. Dr. Lipman had for many years encouraged me to replace them, I finally decided to do so and am so very happy with the results! They look very natural and feel great in my mouth. Great supporter of military families! Family Dentistry of Windsor has served our family for the past 13 years. I first visited Dr. Lipman for a dental emergency right before heading out for a 2 month deployment. He quickly took care of my problem ensuring that I was physically prepared for my deployment. Dentistry while you wait! Not as foolish as it sounds! Today, I experienced the latest in on-site services: Dr. Lipman made a crown for me while I lounged in the chair! No more molds, sending to the lab, waiting, waiting, fitting, and hoping the lab did their job properly. I went in with a temporary and, a little over an hour later, I left with a perfect-fitting permanent crown and could go next door for lunch and put it to use immediately! Equipment and technique are constantly updated here, and although I brought in a mouthful of bad teeth a few years ago, Dr. Lipman (and, I should add, the people working with him) have given me a mouth that can smile without embarrassment and chew anything! Thanks, folks!
