I am so grateful that my boyfriend and I found Family Dentistry on Manchaca. I am someone that does not look forward to going to the dentist and they make every part of the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Before our first visit we could enter our information online so our wait would be faster. When we got there the waiting room had coffee and water while we waited and the front desk staff was very friendly. Even after a long wait for the dentist, they offered me a complimentary Starbucks gift card for the inconvenience-how considerate! The technician and our dentist were both so wonderful and made us feel so welcomed. Our dentist was very thorough and explained our treatment plan in depth as well as what our benefits would cover. So glad we have found our go-to dentist in South Austin! I actually cannot wait to go back for my cleaning 🙂

It was a great experience overall. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful and my my experience very pleasant. I usually don’t like going to the dentist due to past experiences but so far so good here. Very excited with getting procedures done here and see how things go. Feels like a place I might stick with and I love that they accept my insurance provider as well, so that’s a plus. Thank you again family dentistry!

First time patient and so far I have had a great experience! I booked online and they fit me in same day. I am having a horrible toothache, dr was extremely kind and explained what process I must follow. I was referred to a specialist and now on my way to feeling better! Excellent service.  Personnel treat you like family.   Your comfort is their main concern.  They help you to keep the cost down.  They are totally coronavirus aware and make sure of social distancing at all times. I am so thankful my daughter-in-law recommended them to me.  I am having a crown put on and so far it has been totally A-1 all the way.  Family dentistry is the best.

I love this place!! I lived in south Austin and started going to Dr. B maybe three years ago or so. Now I live in Four Points area and make the commute to go see old friends. I always enjoy returning to Dr. B’s office and see old friends and now making new ones. The staff here is really amazing. A very relatable and attentive staff so there’s no awkward moments. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were warmly answered. Even with Covid-19 in play they made sure to follow all protocol and keep everyone safe. Again, it’s an awesome place and really amazing people. Thanks y’all!!!

I made dentist appointments here for my family, including my 2 year old. Our first appointment was great and I’m usually nervous to go see the dentist! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. After my toddler’s appointment they had no problem letting him go play with their small play kitchen in the waiting room while my husband and I had our appointments. They assured us they would keep an eye on him. Susan was very thorough and detailed in explaining the treatment plan. Dr. Bassi was so reassuring and I appreciated that she didn’t want to overwhelm us so she explained the “big ticket” items first and then we’ll go from there. I’m excited to call this our family dentist moving forward.

Since its nearly around the corner from my house I decided to give it a shot a year ago for the kids checkup since it would be a quick drive and little hassle. I was very impressed by the atmosphere, attitude, and skill of nurses and doctors. My kids absolutely loved it, and when I had to take them back for their check-ups they WANTED to go. Since my kids seemed to enjoy it so much I decided to get my long over due chompers an overhaul. 3 visits in and I can say I’ve never felt more happy with a dentist. They do excellent work, no bs or shame about teeth, just an amazing “we can fix this” attitude and wonderful aftercare.

Family Dentistry is new to the neighborhood and I am overjoyed they moved in. I decided to give them a try as I have been to many different dentists and have had some very terrible experiences. Where to start… Well, first, I loved the amount of sunlight each room had which really helped dispel the “gloomy, scary dentist office” vibe. The staff members were extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented and meticulous with their work AND they don’t sacrifice your time and pain sensors in order to do a good job. They take their time and ensure that you are extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Not to mention, I have never left a dentists office feeling like my face wasn’t their personal pin cushion. The cleaning and measuring process, the part where they stick a huge needle in your mouth, was to my surprise, completely painless. Yes. Painless. My wife will be visiting soon and so will the rest of my family. I’ve never had a dentist win me over, but Family Dentistry has won my recommendation! A final note, after explaining that my previous dentist hadn’t corrected an issue with my tooth, they made it their business to fix the problem and do a wonderful job of it. Thanks again! It’s weird to say, but I’m excited to go back!
