I had two bad teeth, with one severely infected. On top of that, I suffer from extreme anxiety and one of my triggers is needles. Everyone at Family Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry showed care and kindness. Dr. Raffoul was phenomenal. He had patience with me as a patient and handled my anxiety like a true master of his trade. The teeth came out quickly, and I will go nowhere else for my dental needs!

Wonderful experience. I was not even done filling out my paperwork before they called me in. Great customer service. Everyone is very friendly and make sure you’re taken care of. From the receptionist, to the person taking the X-rays, to the dental hygienist and dentist, they’re all amazing! The office is beautiful and very clean. Will definitely continue my care with them and most definitely recommend them.

This is an updated review for Dr. Raffoul and his team (Carla and Michael) who worked with me. I am thoroughly impressed with the friendly environment and professionalism! I waited a few days to see how my recovery would go before writing this review. I notified them of all of my concerns and asked several questions. I called the office numerous times for any issue in regards to scheduling, medications, and general planning. Never once did I feel like I was a bother. My biggest concern were my veins for the sedation. Nope! I shouldn’t have been concerned one bit! Before I knew it, Dr. Raffoul easily found the vein, and they were quickly waking me up for the procedure was already over. The biggest thing I would advise anyone reading this is to have trust and confidence in your doctor. I definitely have that here now and am working towards planning out my Tooth Implant. I was pleased how fast my appointment was scheduled . kindness & respectful the staff was . follow up appointments with little wait time . explained everything before each appointment . curtesy calls checking on how im doing & stays in communication with patients . clean facility & staff is just as knowledgeable as doctors . made to feel comfortable during procedures . would recommend to the brandon , Valrico , riverview , Seffner communities . 5 star service from beginning to end .

I was Impressed with Dr. Fadi Raffoul’s kindness and patience and that of his office staff, Kenzie, Adrienne and Katie.  Dr. Raffoul took the time to go over my x-rays, explain my options & answer all my questions. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to connect me to Amanda, the dental hygienist who is outstanding. She was very professional and caring about my oral health. The office is warm and welcoming, I highly recommend Family, Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry.

The entire team here is professional, kind and they truly work with you to get you the treatment you need. I could not be more pleased with their great attitudes and ability to help me overcome obstacles facing me that otherwise would’ve held me back from getting the help I needed. I had went to another dentist and they referred me out for something this dentist did, in-house, with ease. Thanks again! I’ll be coming back as a regular patient, for sure.

The whole staff was pleasant and very comforting.. seeing how I’m a big baby and love tattoos but don’t like needles! Lol I would recommend them to anybody! Was a walk in but was only there for maybe a total of a hour! I’m bad with names but your whole staff rocks!

Moved to Florida recently and took my time reading reviews/research and couldn’t be happier with this office. The staff and providers are excellent. Quality time is given and you don’t feel like they are trying to add on a bunch of services. The care and advice is truly sincere. It’s never easy finding a new doctor or dentist. This office made it easy!

Look no further, this is the dentist you’re looking for. I, like many, hadn’t been to the dentist for years due to embarrassment and fear (12+ Years to be exact). I finally decided to go, expecting to be scolded like a child for neglecting my teeth for so long (not that this would have been unfair of them) but that didn’t happen at all. They were incredibly supportive, understand, and just glad that I was taking steps to improve not only my smile, but my health. A day after going for my first checkup in 12 years, I went back for a ~2hour cleaning. I can’t put into words how considerate, and nice the young lady was who cleaned my teeth. She would pause 1000 times if I needed her to, although it wasn’t necessary. Fast forward a couple weeks due to scheduling on my end and I got my bottom 2 wisdom teeth as well as two cavities in the top of my mouth removed and used IV anesthesia for the first time. I was a little intimidated, but can report back that the process in all only took an hour and a half, and I didn’t feel any pain at all during the process. I CANNOT stress enough, if you’re in the area, stop waiting, don’t be scared. Make the appropriate steps to fix your smile today, the 4.9 star reviews this place has is definitely for a reason. This if the first review I’ve taken the time to type on google, but the crew here deserves all the credit

This place is amazing!!! Dr. Raffoul is the best dentist around. He did my crowns that no one else could do. They look natural and he took his tome. They send you to the lab to match them perfectly. Diane did my cleaning and is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She is thorough and cares about her patients. Very experienced. Thank you to all the staff! I am an out of state patient. I have gotten my implants here. Whenever i make an appointment to see the doctor, they always get me in. The Front desk personnel is polite, happy, and welcoming. When i come to the clinic , they do not waste my time, they get me back quick. The doctor and doctor’s assistants are caring, they make me worry less, and feel comfortable. Doctor Raffoul is always in a good mood and he likes to make friendly jokes that help me relax! I like that Doctor Raffoul explains upcoming procedures to me. When he does local anesthesia, he makes sure that i dont feel pain while he works on my teeth. The work is done quickly and his work is precise. They use the latest technology too. I always leave the office well taken care of.

When you walk into their business, it does not feel like you’re in a typical dentist or doctor’s waiting room. The decor, furniture & lighting is great! That alone calmed my nerves a little as I normally ‘avoid’ going to the Dentist. The ENTIRE staff treated me very nice!! Dr. Raffoul is very personable & he has a HUGE sense of humor!! Like I said, I hesitate going to see the Dentist and now that is changing. I’m nearly 60 years old & I can’t believe I just said what I did. LOL THANK YOU to the whole team at Family, Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry….I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone (especially those (like me) who are “hesitant” to see a Dentist).

i have a history of complex dental problems. i had an evaluation with fadi raffoul dmd. i was so impressed. the staff treated me like family. and my consultation with the dr. was the most thorough i’ve ever experienced. he answered my questions, all of my questions as if he had nothing else to do.  he encouraged me to consider multiple options which he explained thoroughly. i left there feeling like i’d had a visit with an old friend.  i am a picky patient. i pay attention to detail. i’m comfortable here.

This place has such a great atmosphere! Love the rustic feel with all the new modern technology. Highly recommend Dr. Raffoul, very skillful at all different types of procedures, everything can be done under one roof! Everyone is always happy, and truly care about their patients!

A review from another dentist!!! Many people have posted about the polite chairside manner and patient care and how gentle and kind the entire office is…that’s all fine and great but I can tell you that Dr. Raffoul is also technically excellent. I had a fairly major procedure done by him last week and I am very satisfied with every aspect of the care I received. I could have gone to many dentist but I still choose this office and do not regret it at all. Highly recommend this practice for all seeking dental care.

This dental practice is a class apart. Its not just because of its awesome front office staff but each and every dental assistant staff have a bit of Dr. Fadi in him/her. That bring me to this bright,decent and very intelligent dentist, Dr. Fadi. I don’t have words to describe his awesomeness. His only presence makes one comfortable. When you know he will be working on your teeth, you know its gonna be perfect! I really wish god bless Dr. FADI, his family and staff with great success. He is a real kind person who tries to help patient to alleviate current problem at hand, not just eyewash with big treatment plans.
