This is the first time that I have ever a strong opinion about a dental office. My past dental visits at other dental facilities have been unremarkable at best. My opinion changed dramatically after visiting Dr. Phillips at Family Tree Dentistry. The office is clean with an upscale design. The front staff is friendly. They offer beverages in the lobby. The kids can escape to a cave-like play area where they can play games or watch TV. The wait time is never very long. I have been able to get same day appointments without any problems. They send you an email reminding you of your upcoming appointment. During my first visit Dr. Phillips actually took photos of my teeth. I can recall staring at an enlarged photo of my teeth while we discussed the various irregularities. I have never had a similar experience in the past. On subsequent visits, mainly for cleaning, I was able to pick and watch from a large selection of movies. I watched a movie during the entire visit with headphones on while my teeth were being cleaned. Dr. Phillips has always been friendly, warm, and a highly competent doctor.  I have recommended her to a number of friends. I will continue to visit her on a regular basis and enthusiastically recommend her to friends and family

Great time at Family Tree Dentistry! The staff was fantastic especially the lady up front Heather! They were very friendly and my 2 year old had a fun time getting his teeth checked. Thank you to all the staff at Family Tree Dentistry!

I’m new to the area and my husband and I were due for our 6 month checkup. I found the yelp reviews so positive and made the appointment right away. I wasn’t surprised that they were booked Thursday nights until July but the appointment for my husband was for the next week. I got a call from the receptionist heather a few days later and I guess due to a cancellation we could be seen earlier and on the same day. (Score! Date at the dentist!) The office is super clean and updated. I love the little tree nook area for kids, it’s very welcoming and relaxing. There is water and coffee while you wait. Heather is just as friendly in person as she is on the phone. Our pictures and cleaning were done by Stephanie and Ellie. Okay, they are the sweetest ever! I love that you can watch a movie while getting everything done. Not just a tv in the corner, like a on the ceiling while reclined with headphones. Stephanie did my xrays and pictures. Doc came and checked everything out and went over some of her concerns. Ellie did the cleaning. First all.. I go to the dentist every 6 months, do my best to floss etc. she super cleaned my teeth. It was probably the best cleaning ever. After, doc brought us into her office (first time I’ve ever experienced this at a dentist, feels super personable) and went over the X-rays and pictures that were taken. She took her time pointing out areas of concern and was very thorough with her explanations. I’m weird and I look forward to doctor visits, but I definitely can’t wait for my next appointment. I’m so glad I found my family dentist and foresee coming here for many many years

Dr. Phillips is just Awesome! I’ve been coming back here for regular cleaning for at least 3 years now & a couple of times to fix a chipped tooth. Did i say Awesome?!? Today was the 2nd time i chipped a front tooth and man oh man, i couldn’t recognize myself afterward. Not only did she fix the chipped tooth, she evened out the rest of the 3 surrounding it! Beverly Hills Celebrity Smile 😉 Best of all, i am currently on Invisalign & it fit just right. I cannot be more Thankful & Proud in recommending Dr. Phillips & her crew of very knowledgeable, hospitable, cheerful & happy dentists/hygienists

Family tree dentistry has truly exceed my expectations by far. My son is a squirmy little 4 year old but these professionals take their time and work magic . I can’t tell you how pleased I am with every single person in the office. Febiana was amazing, answering all my insurance questions, and Natasha went above and beyond to get the X-rays I requested. Jen and Elly work wonders cleaning his teeth and Dr. Phillips is so patient and took the time to sit down with me and talk to me about my concerns. Truly amazing.  I can’t say enough

My 6 year old daughter and my 8 year old boy use to hate going to the Dentist but about a year ago I started taking my kids to Dr. Sarah Phillips and now they fight on who is going first they love her. Me and my wife love how she explain’s to our kids step by step on what she’s doing to them. Dr. Sarah Phillips and her staff are Amazing they really make you feel like your family Keep up the Good work if I could I would give them 100 stars

I found Family Tree Dentistry on Yelp and decided to give it a shot because it was across the street from my office. What a fantastic surprise it turned out to be! The staff was courteous and professional, the office was clean and nicely decorated. They have TV screens so you can watch a movie while they perform their work. Most importantly, I feel they do a great job at dentistry. I would definitely recommend this place to others

Just had my first apt with Dr. Phillips. What a great place with fantastic people! She is so thorough. It was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. The Hygienist, Elly, was amazing. So attentive and really good at what she does! my teeth feel and look soooo clean! EVERYONE in that place is friendly and attentive. They have the latest state of the art equipment and technology. They all deserve 5 stars!

From the time you are greeted by the friendly front desk until you’re met by Dr. Phillips and her professional staff your expectations are more than exceeded. The office decor and equipment are clean, modern and welcoming. I’ve never had a more thorough initial consultation and Dr. Phillips work, and that of her staff is probably the best I’ve ever received. My recent temporary crown was made with more care than most of my permanent crowns by other dentists. Dr. Phillips placed my permanent crown yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Phillips and all of your wonderful staff too!

BEST DENTIST IN SCV HANDS DOWN! Dr SarahPhillips is a very skilled, gentle, and caring dentist. She ‘caters to cowards’, and is a perfectionist! I have been to at least 6 other dental offices in SCV and now that I am a patient of Dr. Phillips – I would never switch! Her staff is also very sweet and accomodating!

Dr.  Phillips is so wonderful and caring. She is very knowledgeable on TMJ treatment.   I’m so glad I went in for treatment the mouth guard she made me is helping me so much I can eat again. My jaw pain is gone.   Before I went in I couldn’t hardly eat.   Dr Phillips does not stop working with you until your mouth guard fits perfectly.  I tell you she goes above and beyond to help solve your issues.    The office is very caring and everyone is sweet.    I’m also having laser treatment therapy and wow my knots in my shoulders are going down.   Trust me you will not be sorry if you walk into this office.  I was a total wreak when I walked into the office and by the time I left my shoulders went down and I felt I found the perfect Doctor to help me

Dr. Sarah Phillips and her staff provide the best care for my teeth I have received in all my years. The staff and Dr. Sarah are welcoming and professional, while still remaining friendly. They introduce themselves by name, explain what they plan to do, ask if you have any questions, and then listen while they wait for your answers. The office is clean and inviting with a very pleasant reception team to greet you as you walk in. Dr. Phillips greets you with a warm smile and treats you as the most important person in the office. I avoid the dentist as I would a dark alley, actually I would go down the dark alley first. This group of dental professionals have changed my mind completely and I am getting the dental care I have needed for a long time. If you live or work in the area, then do not hesitate to become a patient/ client here

Dr. Phillips and Dr. Gabriel These two dentists are fabulous dentists. I have been to quite a few dentists here in Santa Clarita valley. Family Tree Dentistry is one of the best. The Dentists care about their patients. They do their very best work at every visit. I love that they are thorough and care about the quality of work they do

I love Dr Phillips and her entire staff. If I could give 10 stars for this wonderful dental office I would. I am scared to death of dentists and Dr Phillips and her staff completely won me over. They are so friendly and professional I never want to go to any other dentist. It’s a pleasure just making appointments. When I get there I feel like I am being greeted by old friends. I never have to wait for my appointment, they are always on time. The office has state of the art equipment, you can even watch movies while your teeth are being worked on. Sure makes the time go by faster. I have had to get extensive dental work done, which stretched out over a few months and I am beyond happy with the outcome. I can smile big again, and show my beautiful teeth. Dr Phillips is a gentle dentist, her manner is so calm, which always calms me down. If you are like me, with a dentist phobia, you definitely want to go see Dr Phillips and her awesome staff. Thank you Dr Phillips and staff for being the best

Night and day compared to the last few dentists I’ve had. Extremely thorough and lots of pictures so you can see exactly what’s going on with your gums and teeth so as to figure out the best plan of action in an understandable manner. Highly recommend Dr. Phillips

I have been attempting to find a new dentist after my dentist had retired at the end of last year.  Another dentist had taken over his practice and unfortunately I didn’t get the message that Dr. Semelsberger had retired until I was sitting in the chair with the replacement dentist over my face.  After a botched filling replacement that I probably didn’t need and unsolicited advice on procedures I wasn’t interested in having I decided it was time to find a new dentist.  My wife and her parents went to the replacement dentist and agreed with my assessment.  My wife made an appointment with a highly rated dentist on Yelp and I made an appointment with Dr. Phillips.  I won!!!  Dr. Phillips and her staff are amazing.  Lori the receptionist emailed me the initial paperwork that I was able to fill out at home in advance.  I filled it out and emailed it back.  I missed my first appointment but Lori was able to accommodate me within a week.  I arrived and everything was in place so after a short wait I was greeted by a very friendly dental hygienist.  I’m sorry I forgot her name but she was the best and made me feel very comfortable.  She proceeded with taking the x-rays.  This was also a step up in technology as they don’t use the hard cardboard that hurts inside your mouth.  Then she took some hi-def pictures for the dentist to review.  Dr. Phillips gave me an honest and easy assessment of my condition and a great plan of attack without any pressure whatsoever as she gently but diligently went over everything in my mouth.  What a wonderful experience!   The dental hygienist proceeded with cleaning my teeth with exceptional care and precision, then on to a laser procedure that I am sure any other dentist would have charged a fortune for but Dr. Phillips office didn’t.  I could not be happier and I can’t wait to send my wife and go back myself to follow up on my plan to get my screwed up dental work fixed and get my teeth whitened.  I don’t mind paying for things if I’m getting a good value and feel good about the people I’m dealing with.  Dr. Sarah Phillips and her staff could not be more professional and friendly.  This is a place I feel great about and couldn’t wait to let my wife know about my exceptional find

From my first call with the receptionist, to the exit meeting/debrief with the head dentist, my expectations were totally exceeded! It seems kind of silly as I type it, but this place is super organized, and professional, but still fun. Before they do anything, they explain what they are going to do, then they do it while communicating and making sure you are comfortable, then they debrief with you once complete. Seems simple and should be the standard practice everywhere, but it certainly is not. They have a lot of the latest tools, and equipment, plus a TV with movies you can watch while getting your cleaning, or other procedure done. Super impressed, and I am hard to impress!

The service, knowledge and compassion here is second to none. Dr. Phillips is a kind and amazing dentist. My mom has been having ongoing dental issues and I know she’s in the best hands at Family Tree Dentistry. Thank you Dr. Phillips for taking such good care of my mom

As someone who at one time considered a career in dentistry (my family tree has both Dentist & Medical Doctors) when it came time to take my 4 year old son Jace to the dentist, my first choice hands down was Dr. Sarah at Family Tree Dentistry. Dr. Sarah is also mother of 2 children, and has a special way kids.  To sum it up, my son always asks, “When can we go see Dr. Sarah again?”
