I had a dental bridge for 13 years. Recently I found its underlying metal edge became more visible at the gum area. That was not all, what bothered me most was the accompanying periodontal problems. So I consulted Dr. Mou regarding my conditions and concerns. She checked my dental bridge carefully and told me there’s a gap between the old bridge and current gum which might be caused by the original bridge quality or gingival recession after years. According to Dr. Mou, when dental bridge is no longer fit closely to the gums, bacteria are easy to build up at the little space in between, which can cause various dental diseases sooner or later. I decided to replace my old dental bridge. The procedure had been scheduled quickly by Dr. Mou. Honestly I was a little nervous when the appointment day really came. However, Dr. Mou’s patience and professional knowledge helped me to calm down. After giving me a simple orientation about the procedure, she asked me to wear a prepared sunglass to block the ceiling light. Following her instruction, I lay down in the chair, closed my eye and listened to the background music. The whole process went very smoothly step by step except that it took longer time to remove the old bridge because the original bonding adhesive was very strong. The impressions of the teeth had been made carefully after necessary preparation of the abutment teeth, and then Dr. Mou made a temporary bridge for me to wear to protect the exposed teeth and gums while my new bridge was being made by a dental lab. About 1 week later, I visited the clinic again and tested my brand new dental bridge. Dr. Mou did some fine adjustments to the new bridge so that it could fit my gums perfectly. Just like a magic, I’ve finally got a beautiful and comfortable dental bridge! The color and the texture of porcelain match other natural teeth very well. Before I left her clinic, Dr. Mou also reminded me to brushing and flossing daily to ensure the longevity of the bridge. I can smile confidently now. I’m so lucky to have Dr. Mou as my dentist. Her excellent professional skills really bring me a new life.

I’ve been with Dr. Mou for almost 8 years, never plan to switch to another dentist since I found her. She is very nice and patient. I get nervous very easily, she always comforts me and does everything very gently. My favorite dentist!!! Every time when I have questions about my treatment, she always responses very quickly. I’ve done regular tooth cleaning, tooth filling, root canal and implant, I am satisfied every time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mou is very professional and patient focused. She took the time to explain what she saw in my dental x-rays, and how they informed her treatment plans for me. Her office is new and the equipment state-of-the-art. It was the first time I’ve ever had digital x-rays instead of the traditional film x-rays. Her staff was friendly and polite. The whole environment helped put me at ease.

My kids have been going to Dr. Mou for years and my dental recently retired so I decided to give it a try myself. I’m super sensitive and have low tolerance of pain level. Dr. Mou was gental and get the job done thoroughly without making me feel nervous. My kids always look forward to the dental appointment as the Dr. makes the experience enjoyable. They also got free goody (e.g., Toys) which make them super excited and a much more rewarding process. Highly recommend.

My second molar was broken last year. Ouch… That was the side I had been relying on. I quickly went to Dr. Mou’s office for a dental implant consultation. Dr. Mou helped me from tooth extraction, bone graft, implant surgery to crown. Finally I have a robust tooth now :). Really happy that I can chew on this side again.

My son has been visiting Dr. Mou as his only dentist since he was born in 2008. He is a high risk cavity child and needs frequent checkups and treatments. Over the years, Dr. Mou has been always very patient to him and taking care of his emotions when he’s getting nervous and objecting to treatments. His tooth conditions have improved during years. I appreciate doctor Mou’s helps to our entire family.

This is the best dentist experience I’ve had thus far. Dr. Fan Mou is knowledgeable and attentive. I’ve been to 3 other dentists before coming here and they don’t even come close in terms of overall experience. Needless to say I won’t be looking for a new dentist any time soon.

I came to Dr. Mou for my bi-annual dental cleaning/check-up. Upon arriving to her office, I was greeted by her assistant and seated promptly. Extremely professional and welcoming environment. She explained my treatment plan to me clearly, and by no means did I feel rushed. She was patient and understanding and I felt comfortable addressing my dental concerns with Dr. Mou.

My entire family has been patients of Dr. Mou for over 8 years. She is not only a very skillful dentist, but also extremely patient with young kids. I have seen many dentists before until I found Dr. Mou, thanks for my “teeth”. Among all, she is the best. I have referred many good friends to her. I would highly recommend her without any hesitation.
