I just switched to this practice and found all the staff at Farhoumand Dentistry were very pleasant and welcoming. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Farah. She saw me for a dental emergency and I was a bit anxious. Her calm, gentle manner helped put me more at ease, and she helped my situation with a quick fix and a follow-up plan. She was professional, thorough, and kind. I appreciate that Dr. Farah thought through my situation and took my comfort into account when she recommended what to do next. It was the best experience I’ve had at the dentist in quite a while.

Can a Dentist and entire professional office staff be more caring? Experienced dental expert, Dr. Farhoumand creates a stress free environment for dentistry which is reminiscent of going to a spa. Really. John, dental hygienist, takes the utmost care and congenially laughs and chats his way through a thorough cleaning. TVs and choice of music are there to soothe or entertain, along with beautiful views of Virginia’s skyline. High tech office, equipment and knowledge, back up their advice.The front desk is proficient and confidentially addresses insurance questions. They quickly accommodate convenient scheduling. After 15 plus years, I will continue to return for my dental care.

TRUST We all know when we go to a doctor what we are really doing is showing trust. We have no idea what they will find our what they will recommend. All we can do is TRUST they will make the best decision possible for you. Now I might be the bad patient and an even worse dentist patient. I would rather get a Colonoscopy then see the dentist. With that being said I have been seeing Dr. Farah for many years and I cannot say how much I love her. Even when she delivers the worst news I walk out happy knowing at least I had her working on my teeth. ( trust me I have been in the chair for hours on end!) Now close to 50 years old and countless doctors later, I still have my same dentist. I TRUST this entire team even! Do yourself a favor and see Dr Farah or her brother it will be a the best dental decision you have made outside of brushing your teeth three times a day so you don’t have to GO!

Dr. Farah Farhoumond and her team are the ultimate professionals but even more important, they care about me, their patient. I have been going here for over 20 years. In fact I have moved to Florida and now arrange my fsmily visits to include needed visits to Farah for cleanings and anything else.

Dr. Farah Farhoumand’s dental work has got to be one of the best in the US. She will solve whatever issue you have, guarantee. But, what makes her work highlight from every other dentist I had (and I had many) is that she puts so much attention to the smallest details in the cosmetic aspect and durability of the treatment provided. She doesn’t treat you like another patient; instead, she treats you as if you were a close family member of hers. In other words, you get that VIP treatment feeling (don’t believe me? try it out). She makes sure to hear you out first, then conducts only the necessary analysis to make reliable and accurate diagnosis. Then, she will explain you what the problem is and what your treatment options are, listing the pros and cons of each. She will then take her time to answer any questions you have and will never pressure you to get something done just because she wants to profit. Once you choose your treatment option, you will see that she uses the best material and the amount of material necessary to make her dental work not just efficient but also appealing fo the sight and most importantly durable, so you won’t have to come back again for the same issue if possible (ex. she will never try to use as little as material as possible to profit the most). I got to say this is 1 out of the 3 reviews I ever wrote in my life. I only write a review when I find a business that clearly separates from the rest, and I feel like people can really benefit from it.

I had a bad experience with my old dentist and was terrified and had major anxiety going to see Dr. Farah Farhoumand. Not only did she put me completely at ease, she was so gentle and took her time with the worst part for me, the Novocain! I did not feel a thing! I am so happy with this practice. I also love the fact that they have the latest technology which Made for my most non-eventful Dentist appointment. I’ve never not had pain in the dentist chair this was my first time. It really means a lot when a doctor cares about the comfort of the patient and really knows what they’re doing! The office staff, the dental hygienist everyone is amazing. I’m so happy that this place was recommended to us.

For most of my life I hated and dreaded going to the dentist, but then I found Drs. Farah and Foad. They are incredibly kind and make me feel like a member of the extended Farhoumand family! I’ve had everything from deep cleaning to fillings and root canals – and everything in between – and have found them to be consistently compassionate and competent. They are the best!

Thank you so much to Dr. Farah and her staff for helping me out with my TMJ disorder. The office is very clean and organize. The staff answered all of my questions and I feel very comfortable when I am there.  I also was able to pin point exactly what symptoms I had and what was causing it. Overall a great experience and I’m looking forward to my upcoming treatment.  Treatment is done and I feel so much better.

Truly enjoyed my experience with Farshad Farhoumand. The office was just remodeled and they have updated technology. The office staff was very professional and kind. The views of Tyson’s Corner are amazing! The hygienist was thorough and personable. I was very impressed. I have not had a cleaning or seen a dentist in a few years and feared that I would be lectured, but they were understanding and helpful. I would recommend the Farhoumand Family Dental practice to anyone. I have never had a better experience at the dentist! As others mentioned, it costs $3 to park in the garage.

Dr. Farah is warm, kind, and compassionate. She is very thorough with check ups and did a great job with my fillings, making sure everything felt smooth and natural. When giving recommendations, she is gentle but firm. I feel supported rather than scolded. The hygienists and front desk staff are also great – warm and friendly. This is a family place and you can feel it. They care and want to make sure that their patients are comfortable.
