Very clean office, friendly and welcoming office staff, knowledgeable and pleasant technicians and awesome dentists! On my 1st visit, Dr. Farnham was more thorough than any other dentist I’ve ever been too! She asked several questions and listened to my responses, really making me feel like she cared. I’ve been to the office for 3 visits now, and they’ve been on time and I was satisfied with my visit each time. I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday, and beforehand, I inquired about having my teeth whitened. The technician explained the pros/cons to whitening at home vs. their process in the office. I chose to come into the office on another day and have my teeth whitened, and am really looking forward to it! I will certainly continue to come to Dr. Farnham with all of my dental needs and highly recommend you do the same!

Dr. Mac and Dr. Jacquie are true professionals who are committed to the best interests of their patients. My wife, children, and I appreciate how skilled they are in their trade and how much they value relationships. They are very conservative in how they approach courses of treatment. Further, they demonstrate a sincere focus on the patient’s best interest rather than their own pocket book. Also, Dr. Mac has the heart of a teacher who is able to explain all things dental, even to the smallest of patients. Their accolades and longevity in the community speak to the caliber of dentistry you’ll experience here. I have the utmost confidence in both Dr. Mac and Dr. Jacquie!

I found this Dentistry in the Jacksonville Magazine and also on Yelp. Moved to Mandarin area and wanted convenient service. Was so lucky to find Dr. Farnham. My wife and I have now both gone for the first time and the visit, quite frankly, was unlike many previous others with dentist historically. From the moment one walks into the office until you check out the professionalism and friendliness is outstanding. The assistants explain every procedure they are conducting and are very cautious as to not have you uncomfortable. Dr. Farnham was exceptional. Friendly, professional and was very thorough in his explanation of his thoughts as to dental needs. Put them in priority as to ones that need attention and others that are to be considered, but not necessary. If you are residing near Mandarin area or on the south side of Jacksonville, you should consider this dentistry as it is exceptional.

I have been a patient at Farnham and Farnham for many years and the service this last time was great (as usual). I was greeted by Kelly when I arrived. She is always helpful and friendly and wears a smile that warms your day! Cathy did my cleaning ( I always insist on her). She is extremely efficient at her job and her personality makes it almost fun to be in the dentist chair! Dr. Farnham did my oral exam as usual and took the time to ask about a health condition I have as well as how my family was doing overall. I continue to be their patient because they have earned my trust and because they treat me like family! I just doesn’t get any better! Thank you Farnham and Farnham for many years of great service!

Dr Farnham and the staff are most professional, knowledgeable, and patient oriented. Excellent leading-edge dentistry skillfully applied. Highly recommend Farnham Dentistry to anyone needing dental care. A 24 month follow-up: Over the last couple of years I have received he best dental care available in northeast Florida. The entire team at Farnham Dentistry is incredible…..make you want to come visit even if you don’t have any dental work to be done! Great treatment, great results! The place to go for dental care.

I normally see Dr Jackie Farnham but this time I saw their son MacKenzie. He has his mother’s gentle touch. They are the only offices I know of that gives you the option of gum laser to stop gum disease in its tracks and it is painless. They also were so careful to protect me while I was there. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I moved to the area a year ago and was in need of a dentist for myself and my mom. I saw some reviews for Farnham Dentistry and thought I’d give them a try. So glad I did! Everyone is so skilled, the customer service is superb, but above that everyone is soooooo nice and friendly. Keep up the great work!

I was so happy to find this office with such wonderful staff! When we moved to Florida we had difficulty with the larger dental groups and wanted to find a smaller more personal dental practice. We found it with Farnham and I have been so pleased with the customer service and care we have received. It’s easy to schedule and appointments have been on time. The hygienists and doctor take their time and explain recommendations, etc. I would 100% recommend this office!

Ive probably only written 5 reviews in my life, but I am compelled to share my experience with this practice. I have been going to Dr. Farnham’s office for about 2 years and let me tell you, he is amazing. Thanks to a horrible childhood experience in the 70s I am the ULTIMATE WIMP when it comes to the dentist…I have historically only used a “sedation dentist” that provides IV sedation. TOTALLY NOT NEEDED in his practice; Dr. Farnham not only has all of the newest technology to make everything comfortable but he and his team are incredibly patient and understanding. I have had extensive work from restorations, fillings, extraction and veneer replacement (after it cracked from another dentists application 4 years ago) so when I tell you he is the best… trust me (and the gazillion dollars I’ve put into my teeth over the years), I know what I am talking about. After 45 years I am no longer terrified of the dentist. Dr. Farnham and his entire team are responsive, compassionate, competent, and make you feel right at home. I thank God I found them!

I have been going to Dr. Farnham Sutton for many years now. They have always provided the best of care. I love how gentle and kind they are. You are made to feel at ease upon entering. Kelly always ensures your appointments are noted and reminders are sent. She provides this with such a sweet attitude and smile. Kathy provides the best no pain cleaning with her delightful personality that keeps you calm. Dr. Farnham takes his time as he examines you making sure your teeth remain healthy and free of any problems. If a problem arises he will go over every detail with you about the procedure including the cost.

I really love Dr. Jacqui, I went to see her on recommendations from several fellow workers and that was around 10 years ago. She is the only Dentist that has not made me cry. She is honest and caring. She is a perfectionist, you will not leave the office until your bite is correct. I am blessed to have found a Dentist that I do not have anxiety going to see. My husband sees Dr. Sutton and is very happy with him.

This is what a dental experience should be like; with a welcoming, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, I recommend Dr. Farnham’s crew to anyone and everyone. I was enameled…. ahem, I mean enamored with the positive atmosphere. It made me actually want to come back to the dentist’s office – and I will!!! 6.23 out of 5 stars, that’s off the charts.

My wife and I started with Farnham Dentistry back in 2002. Not only was the dental practice excellent, they were always up-to-date with the latest in equipment and procedures. Cleanliness was paramount and sanitary practices were evident. Office personnel were very cordial and always greeted you with a smile. The dental staff, technicians to dentists, were the best in their field.

I have been going there for years. Dr. Jackie is very friendly and very through. She asks questions and makes sure you understand. The team is great and friendly. They just remodeled and the place looks beautiful. The waiting room is comfortable. Receptionist is great to work with. The only downside is that they are not cheap. There are cheaper places but I think they are worth it.

My daughter is the one who highly recommended me using this dentist. So I gave it a try and I’m not easily impressed, but I was completely taken back at the entire experience. It was Fanstic! I honestly found it almost unbelievable how pleasant it was. Let me be very clear, I do not like going to the dentist at all. Even have a little fear. No longer do have any of that. The ladies at the front desk are actually pleasant to speak with. Even have a sense of humor. From the moment Dr. Farnham walked in and introduced himself all anxiety left my body. He’s like speaking with a friend and makes u feel u have known him for ever. Another thing that blew me away was the amount of time he spent with me. I was almost looking forward to the procedure after we spoke. I have never experienced zero pain when going to the dentist, but never felt a thing. literally nothing. He is as gentle as I’ve ever experienced. It’s difficult to express in words what you can expect if you go here. It’s like trying to tell someone what steak tastes like. You have to try it to understand.

My family has been attended to for twenty five years by the Farnham dentistry office, and they have seen us all the way from baby teeth through to root canal and crowns.
