Capable, caring, punctual. The dentist, her assistants and her front office are great. I called on Saturday of a 3-day weekend with a dental emergency and Dr. Fede (she answers the phone “Dr Cassie” sometimes) met me at her office within 2 hours and started resolving my issue. The front desk is ably managed by Laura, who has billing, insurance and scheduling completely under control. With the constant changes in insurance, it is a wonder that she can do it, but she helps guide me through the tricky and time-consuming waters by doing some phoning herself. She sees the big picture and is so pleasant. I came to Dr. Fede after our treasured family dentist, Terry Riordan, retired. He set a very high standard for caring and for tackling each dental situation individually — and in context — Dr. Fede is a suitable young version of our beloved dentist

I can’t recommend this office enough! I was never worried about going to the dentist before, but in the last few months I have had some of the most traumatizing dental experiences in my life. I decided to switch providers when I recently had a crown break and Dr. Cassie fit me in in just a day or two. She answered the phone herself which at first made me wonder about her staff, but when I went in the staff was amazing. She is just that personally involved in her practice. Every person in that office was kind, put together, and completely professional. Something I don’t often see in offices anymore. Dr. Cassie was so wonderful to me and sent me on my way with a concrete plan and some faith that I was in good hands. If you are looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming dentist office where you will get quality care, this is the place to go. I am so thankful this office was recommended to me!

I’ve found all employees at Fede Family Dentistry (Dr. Fede, front desk receptionist, dental hygienists, chair assistant) to be competent, professional, friendly, and helpful. They make a great team and I feel fortunate to have them in charge of my oral health. Dr. Fede communicates clearly and gives options—I’ve never had her suggest a procedure that was unnecessary nor push an expensive solution. She’s been willing to see me on very short notice when it was urgent, and was gentle and reassuring even under those circumstances.
