Dr. Feigenbaum does a great job of letting you know what’s coming when doing a complex procedure….in my case prepping a crown for a front tooth that kinda came to pieces the day before after years of threatening to do so. I appreciated the way office personnel got me in very quickly. Once there, I appreciated always being advised what would happen next and being  confident I wouldn’t  get hurt, my anesthesia wouldn’t  wear out, and I was again  benefiting from years of experience, top dental and medical knowledge, and careful and  thorough work. Plus Dr. F. has a good sense of humor and a kind heart.

My first visit at this clinic and I am very impressed. It starts with top notch facility, continues with the amazing staff (I met Aimmy, Mindy, Lisa and Gabbi – all are so nice, friendly and professionals) and ends with Dr Fiengenbaum himself. He is a great example for what I’m looking in a doctor/dentist: open, friendly, patient (provided great explanations) and first class professional. Highly recommended

I can honestly say that I hate going to the dentist, cause I can’t stand shots or that drilling sound. This group however, I absolutely love! From Dr Jim, Lisa (one of his assistants), Connie (hygienist), to Mindy at check out -all are friendly, polite, & definitely a group I would without a doubt recommend without hesitation! All of the employees in this group are very professional. I have been going here for years and truthfully, don’t dread going to the dentist any more. Dr Feigenbaum must have been # one in his class regarding administering shots. Trust me when I say had he hurt me, I would be out of there in a flash!! It’s been years and I just keep coming back! Everyone is very friendly and Dr F really cares. Get off the fence if you are in need of dental care and give this office a call. They are in creve coeur, and their number is 314-567-1777. By the way, they are a family friendly and treat both adults and children.

Feigenbaum dental is the absolute best family dentistry by far! I’ve had quite a bit of dental work in my life and they really stand out above the rest. Obviously going to the dentist isn’t anyone’s idea of fun, but the service and staff can make a huge difference. I was blown away by how pleasant the entire experience was. Not only did they save me a over a thousand dollars that I would have paid somewhere else, they were very courteous and patient with me and my wife. I can really say enough good things about them, it was just fantastic overall. I will never go anywhere else for my dental work!

When I think of Dr. Feigenbaum’s overall “brand”, I think quality care, courteous staff, clean office, professional environment. The staff at the front desk are always so polite and courteous. There are cell phone charging stations in the front lobby, ample reading materials (including books for the kiddos) and toys to occupy little ones. I was seen promptly, the area was very clean and sterile, I watched Jeopardy while my teeth were cleaned, and the hygienist was patient, thorough, and explained things to me throughout the procedure. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Feigenbaum came in right afterward to exam my x-rays and teeth. When I brought up one concern I had, he reviewed it, assured do me that he felt it was not an issue but did refer me to an oral surgeon just to get two opinions on the matter which I really appreciate! I feel I can trust him because he is thorough and his entire office from front desk to dentist chair conducts business in a friendly, professional manner.

Dr. Feigenbaum is literally the BEST dentist I have ever been to. He is very wise and doesn’t do unnecessary work. As a child, I had a problem tooth that many dentists wanted to do this or that on over the years. When I went to Feigenbaum Dental, he was the first dentist that wasn’t in a hurry to do work on that tooth because it wasn’t necessary. He advised what would be needed eventually, but encouraged me to not worry about it until down the road. Well, 10 years later, the day finally came for the work to be done- and Dr. Feigenbaum was so gentle with me and encouraging to me. He and his entire staff took great care of me from start to finish, keeping me comfortable and helping me to overcome my fear of dental work. I highly recommend them!

The best dental office I’ve been to. It’s a beautiful office and modernly up to date, and the absolute nicest front desk staff and hygienists. Unfortunately, it’s far out of my way to get there, but absolutely worth it to make the trip. I trust them implicitly with the health of my teeth and appreciate how thoroughly they take care of me.

I haven’t been to a dentist since my 20s before as a child I was terrified of dentists. Had very very bad teeth and terrible experiences until I met Jenna she was amazing!!! After the first visit yes I had little fear but every time I go it gets less and less. She aware of my anxiety, her shots do not hurt at all, and she pays attention to know if your uncomfortable and does what She can to calm me. For anyone who says no to dentist give Jenna a try I promise you won’t regret it. Be healthy that starts with your teeth. Now I smile and I’m so happy. And excited to go back every appointment.

Dr. Jim Feigenbaum and his assistant made my visit completely pain free and calming. I needed to find a new dentist and personally interviewed 4 new ones because it was time for a change. Dr Feigenbuam won due to his responses to all of my detailed questions. I was terrified of having a bridge taken off, a deep cavity filled, possible root canal, and permanent crowns placed on. I had some painful prior experiences with other dentists, including very painful Novocaine injections. I am so glad that I found him….i actually feel absolutely NO FEAR at the thought of needing to return in 2 weeks to have the permanent bridge put on! I no longer fear Novocaine injections either. Please do yourself a favor if you are looking frantically for a dentist. Just try him, you have nothing at all to lose. Except maybe your fear of dentistry and pain…

OMG!! I can not say thank you enough to Jennafer Feigenbaum for correcting my smile. From the first time she saw my smile she knew exactly what to correct. I decided to have my front teeth bonded to close a small gap. She did a wonderful job. My teeth look better now than they did when i got my braces off. The office team was very nice and made me feel at home. I absolutely love my smile!! Thumbs up all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Jim Feigenbaum goes above and beyond any dentist’s dedication, all for the betterment of his patient. He went out of his way to connect my wife with an oral surgeon in an emergency situation. Dr. F. then called her on the evening of the surgery day to monitor her post-operative progress with several important suggestions . We could not recommend him more highly to anyone for their dental care. Even in these “rushed and impersonal times,” Dr. Jim is exceptional in both skill and manner.

I started out as a referral and had four other dentists, which I was never satisfied. I have been a patient of the office for over 15 years and travel more than 25 miles (one way) to see them. I am a former Marine who sets high expectations and expect others around me to strive for perfection. Here is why I am such a loyal patient: * Dr. Feigenbaum sets goals for me, and a plan that will best fit my budget to accomplish the goal. * Dr. Feigenbaum has a caring and gentle chair side manner, which this Marine does not require (lol), but it is nice. * Dr. Feigenbaum is as much of an artist as he is a DDS. * I am treated like a relationship and not an account. * His assistant, Lisa, is so in tune with him it is like a finely coordinated symphony. * Finding a dentist and hygienist you absolutely love in the same office. * My hygienist, Connie, takes such time and care, meticulously cleaning my teeth. She deserves a medal since I love tea and cigars. I see her every three months to keep my choppers white and look forward to my visits with her. * Dr. Feigenbaum’s daughter, Jenna, who is also a DDS, recently joined the practice to carry on the legacy he has built. From my few dealings with her, she is definitely her father’s daughter; an artist in her own right! * The ladies who run the day to day operations, (who never get the glory), are always so professional, patient, and kind. They will ensure there are no insurance issues and will always try to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. I could keep writing, but I think this wraps it up.
