I am surprised by the bad reviews. They do not comport with my experience. I have been with Dr. Feiz for what might be 15 years (or maybe it just feels like 15 years). He has always given me compassionate and frank assessments of my dental heath. When he shares a concern, he fully explains and lays out possible courses of action – some I have taken, some I have deferred, and some I have flat out said no thank you. I have never felt pressured to do one thing or another, but I have always felt I was able to make the best decision for my current needs because Dr. Feiz and his staff would explain all the options and the risks involved. Dr. Feiz and his staff have earned the trust I have for them. I have had multiple problems throughout my time with Dr. Feiz and I have never once been judged, made to feel any blame or shame, looked down upon, marginalized, or told I was making the wrong decision. I know they are there for me because fifteen years is just too long to fake something. His staff (and he) are very pleasant. They make a potentially stressful trip so much less stressful. They are always asking me about my comfort during the examination or while work is being done. This is the most consistent considerate care I have ever gotten from any medical provider. They have never refused to answer any of my questions.  If I have a request, they usually bend over backwards to do it if they can. I am very happy with the consistent and compassionate care I have received from Dr. Feiz and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feiz for over 10 years. He and his staff are always professional and extremely friendly. Dr Fiez, discusses procedures in terms of what should be done, what can be done and what not to waste time on. He never pressures you into any procedure, just gives you the facts for you to make an informed decision. The office is always clean and neatly kept, I have never had to wait more than 5-6 minutes upon arrival and they have always been very flexible with my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Feiz!

I just had my teeth polished here (a check-up i guess) and I thought they did a lovely job. I’ve been going here for a year and a half because it’s closest to my work. My boss is actually paying for my dental work so i can’t really complain about it. They do call you 24 hours before and have a 48 hour cancellation rule. Although I wouldn’t rely soley on them calling, maybe write it down or set up a reminder for 50 hours before your appointment so you can skip the $30 cancellation fee…. The dental work they do is great though. I have definitely had some cavities that they have fixed and everything is virtually painless. The staff is really friendly. Located in a small shopping center with a nail place, jack in the box, and subway.

My experience with Dr. Feiz and his staff has been a 5-star event way before Yelp ever existed. Dr. Feiz is a true professional and will always give it to you straight up – but in a kind way that doesn’t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. I’ve been going to Dr. Feiz/Calabasas Dental Group for just about ten years and have referred my father, brother, friends, wife and precious baby daughter Savannah. His staff has been a constant for years and are always happy and willing to help. I actually know them by first name and am always impressed on how well they work together. We chat about everything – well, until my mouth is wide open – then comes the nods and thumbs up and down:) At the end of the day, Dr. Feiz is my dentist – yes – but most importantly, I consider him my friend and trust him 100%. Calabasas Dental Group is a great place and should be considered when choosing a dentist.
