I am truly AMAZED by the level of customer service at Feldman Orthodontics. Every single staff member is so nice and personable, they make you feel like family from the second you walk in the door. Actually it started when I called to make my sons first appointment. After I hung up the phone I thought “wow, that might be the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to.” My son has had three appointments in the last month at the Wallingford office and every visit has been extremely pleasant. I honestly wish that they were our primary care office that we go to all the time; I’m a little bit sad to think that at some point in the future we won’t need to go here ever again. I wish every medical office was this pleasant and run this well.

In so many places customer service does not happen any more…. This is not true when it comes to Dr. Feldman office. They took care of everything and their follow though was perfect. In the 2 years that we have been involved with my sons braces I have never had a complaint. They helped split up my bill with my x husband and took care off all the communication with him. The have a great rewards program for motivating my son. My son was old enough to drive himself and they kept me in the loop of his progress even when I was not at the appointments. I can’t say enough about how great they are!!! My sons teeth are perfect and they were finished with in the time frame that we were told.

Feldman Orthodontics provided excellent and detailed assessments, fittings, and treatments for both my of my sons and myself. My sons required braces and I required Invisalign. Dr. Feldman & his staff are incredibly friendly. I scheduled an appointment to get a retainer made. They say me immediately. It’s very rare to have a doctor/dentist appointment where they actually take you at the time you’re scheduled. They used some fancy computerized device to make a mold of my teeth. I didn’t even have to use that nasty clay to mold my teeth. I went back a week later to pick it up & was out in 5 minutes. Dr. Feldman could have recommended the higher cost retainer, but instead he believed the plastic one would be a better option for me. Also, Dr. Feldman has seen my daughter multiple times, at no cost, just to evaluate her until he feels she’s ready for braces. The place is cute & super clean. Friendly atmosphere. Great location. I highly recommend Dr. Feldman.

My youngest just started treatment and we always get their best when we go. I can’t find enough good things to say about David Feldman and his office staff. From the first time I met him, I knew I was working with someone that really knows his stuff!! My daughter had a difficult case that another orthodontist made worse. We hit gold finding Dr. Feldman’s practice! My son felt immediately at ease with his staff. They’re encouraging and offer the kids fun incentives to keep them on task with their end of treatment. There was no hard sell of treatment plans, we were presented with plans for both now and delayed future treatment. Dr. Feldman took the time to explain and answer all of our questions so we could make an informed choice for our son. Our confidence was only further cemented in this practice because of it. Finally, this entire office is the most mindful office I’ve ever come across when it comes to your time. All of our regular scheduled and emergency appointments have had my son called back to chairs in minutes. This office is a finely tuned machine with heart. I enjoy seeing all their social media posts of their patients sharing their beautiful new smiles but truly behind that there’s whole families wearing those smiles having selected Dr. Feldman and his staff.

We are visiting Surprise from Seattle when my 14 year old daughter had an ortho emergency. Despite her being in pain, the first 3 orthodontists I called said they couldn’t help us. When we called Feldman Ortho, the friendly receptionist was able to fit us immediately. Dr. Feldman & his staff were incredibly nice & helpful. Her braces required Dr. Feldman himself to work on for quite sometime. They treated us as if we were valued patients instead of visitors from an out-of-state practice. After all of the time they spent with is, I expected a large bill. However, they sent us in our way with only a smile – no charge! If they treated us this well, I can only imagine how well they treat their actual patients!

I remember the first day I walked into the Feldman Orthodontics Office in Wallingford, CT. I was met with the enthusiastic and uplifting personality that makes up Johnny Feldman. I figured it was thus impossible for the rest of the workers to be all smiles as he was, but Johnny, his brother Dave, the receptionists, interns, and assistants were all smiles all the time. The comforting feeling that presents you as you walk into the office is always anticipated upon every visit. Diane greets me upon entry, Nicole always asks me to update her on my life and genuinely cares about my next steps and if she can help in any way. In addition to this comes the fact that Johnny, Dave, Nicole, and even Diane always tell me I can come in any time and learn the field if I ever aspire to enter orthodontics. I am 17 years old today and am seriously considering the field as I apply for colleges that accommodate my particular interests. Feldman gave me more confidence in my smile, and a goal to set for myself. I wear my retainer every night of course, and I hope to see them in a month for another appointment. It’s a great place, with high energy, and will never have you sitting in the waiting room with an itch to leave. It’s great to have this place as one to go to under the list of appointments we have at the house. Better than a doctor’s office, better than a dentists office. They make light of the fact that you will have metal encapsulating your entire mouth for years. It’s an interesting concept, braces, and they love what they do. The physics involved, the intriguing yet difficult challenges, and they always prevail. Thank you all at Feldman Orthodontics, I’m glad you handled my smile. I’m going to need to shave down one of these gargantuan teeth next visit so be prepared!!!

I was a patient of Feldman orthodontics approximately 15 years ago, when I was in middle school / high school. I believe I got my braces off in 2008. Here I am at 30 years old, thankful everyday for the work of Dr. David Feldman and his team. Having a perfect smile is something that absolutely contributes to self-confidence. My son looks forward to his ortho appointments. Dr. Feldman is a very nice person and his staff are wonderful! We always feel appreciated and they always take great care of us. Dr. Feldman carefully explains the options and let’s me choose based on my finances and desired goal. They also provide fantastic follow-up. The service is great, but why do I appreciate Dr. Feldman so much? Dr. Feldman is very knowledgeable and skilled. My son had a severe under-bite. A different orthodontist — very experienced — said that he would need to break my son’s jaw to permanently fix the under-bite. I will do whatever it takes to help my son, but breaking his jawbone — that thought still makes me cringe. Dr. Feldman, on the other hand, insisted that we could fix the under-bite with a jaw expander and two phases of braces. We have finished the first phase and my son’s smile is perfect! My son is so happy and proud of his teeth! He smiles a lot now! He smiled a lot when he was a toddler and then he smiled less and less when he entered elementary school. It is so great to see him smile again! Once my son’s baby teeth fall out, Dr. Feldman will start the second phase of braces with my son to ensure that his smile stays perfect. My wife, my son, and I are very happy! I wish that I could post the before and after pictures. You would see why we are so happy!

One of my biggest insecurities was my smile and I would always hide my teeth afraid that people would judge me. However, I decided to get my teeth fixed and went to Feldman Orthodontics. They are very lovely clinic and I felt so comfortable having conversations with the people working there. The process of getting my teeth fixed was very smooth and they gave me several choices how I could straighten and fix my teeth. The appointments are always convenient, even if my daughter comes home in pain, we usually can be seen right away, same day! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. And most of all, the results of Dr. Feldman’s work for my daughter’s challenging case has been nothing short of AMAZING!! We are very happy with our choice to use Dr. Feldman’s office. The staff at the Surrpise office is great! My daughter was a little nervous about getting her braces on and the staff took the time to discuss what they were doing and answered… all of her questions, before, during and after they put her braces on. We also had a little “emergency” one morning before school, her wire popped out. The staff was able to get us right in and fix it (no appointment and no waiting).
