Dr. Natividad and all of his staff have made my husband and me feel like part of their family. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hygienist is outstanding, as is everyone in the office. They offer late afternoon appointments that work around our busy schedules. My husband actually enjoys going to the dentist now! So glad we found Fifth Avenue Dental! Definitely 5+ stars

About two years ago, my husband and I lost our dentist of many years to cancer and we needed another.  We searched around and decided to give Dr. Natividad at Fifth Avenue Dental Care a try. We’ve been going to Dr. Natividad now a couple of years, and boy have we been satisfied!  When we go there, all in the office is in order, the service is timely, and the Dr. Natividad and his staff are real personable. As far as I can tell (not being a dentist) is that the work is of great quality and is performed with little or no discomfort in good time.  Let’s face it — going the dentist is not a recreational activity for sane people.  But Dr. Natividad and his staff make dental care as enjoyable as it can possibly be

Want a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and puts you at ease? Then go see Dr Natividad. I suffer from anxiety when going to the dentist but when I go to him, I feel calm. The decorations, the classy looking office, the high tech gadgets all give me a sense of first class dentistry, not some fly by night, hole in the wall operation. This office building is full of high caliber doctors, including Dr Natividad. Look past all that though and you get a dentist who really cares about you and is a perfectionist. He’s always checking in on me to see if the hygienists or assistants are treating me well. Trust me, go there once and you’ll find that anyone who gives him a bad review on this is simply just angry about life in general. Go there again, he’ll remember anything you talked about the first time around

I do not like to go to the dentist. It’s been years since I had seen a Dentist I decided to get my teeth cleaned. Dr Natividad and the staff were friendly and understanding. Dr. Natividad looked at my x-ray and explained everything to me. Sadly I had to have two teeth removed. Dr Natividad showed me the Teeth and explained to me. I am so happy that I met him and I will be back every six months. I know this is crazy to say but I can’t wait for the next six months

If Yelp would allow me to give 5th Avenue Dental Care more than only 5 stars, I would give at least 100 more! I had a terrible experience with a dentist I was previously assigned to through my insurance. Very unprofessional atmosphere, no customer service, untrained staff, and unethical billing procedures. I made the switch to 5th Avenue Dental and was more than hesitant to start over with a new dentist after such an awful recent experience. From the minute I walked into Dr. Natividad’s office to the moment I left with a “goodie” bag of dental products in hand, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied with this practice! The office is very clean and offers great, new technology. The warm and welcoming staff treat you like family. All team members are very professional and kind! Dr. Natividad is extremely knowledgeable and HONEST about treatment recommendations. They have very effective office procedures that help to ensure short wait times and an organized structure to your office visit. The cost of treatment and services seems quite fair and they definitely do not act like salesmen that are just out for your money! I cannot say enough about Dr. Natividad and his fantastic staff at 5th Avenue Dental Care! They are amazing and have completely restored my faith in dental practices!

So I had 4 extractions and 3 implants done today, I am a honest person with two kidos, I have had to deal with a lot of dentists in my time, so trust me when I say Dr Natividad and his team is the way to go, all I felt was a small pinch when he injected the anesthesia and nothing after that, really nothing, I was waiting the whole time for the pain, cuz it allways comes but nothing, everything was explained to me before he did it and what the process will look like moving forward, and the biggest thing to me is I believe he is honest, that is hard to find

I can’t say enough as to how happy I was to have finally found a dentist I love going to.  I heard about Dr. Natividad on Fish Radio (Christian radio station) and was skeptical as I had major bad experiences each and every time I’ve been to the dentist.  Not the case at Fifth Avenue Dental (Dr. Natividad’s office).  The customer service starts the moment you enter his waiting room with his his staff members… They displayed such kindness and caring as I was scared to death of yet another bad dental experience.  they made me feel at ease and comfortable.;.. they really care about your concerns, questions, etc.. Then… I met the dentist, Dr. Natividad and was blown away at his caring and candid dental advice.  His honesty was apparent and his caring manner was a breath of fresh air.   I left my appointment with the first smile I’ve ever had when leaving the dentist in my life!   With humbleness, I say to Dr. Natividad and his wonderful staff. I’m not sure how anyone could give this place a negative review. They must really hate getting their teeth cleaned. Here is my honest walk thru. First of all, as you enter the office on the second floor you are welcomed by the smiling receptionists behind the desk who typically know your name as it’s on an appointment list and each time they greet me with my name and tell me they’ll check me in, which is nice because I hate getting my teeth looked at in general, and appreciate the simplicity of just walking in and not worrying about much. Ok so that’s step one, step two. Your dental hygienist will call your name quickly and bring you back to your examination chair. The chairs are extremely comfortable and very squishy. The layout of the different rooms is beautiful and not as “locked away” as most dentists I’ve seen. It’s nice, open, clean and pretty. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART. If you are as big of a wuss as I am when getting your teeth examined and cleaned, request Anna Martinez. Every time I make an apt here, I specifically request that Anna cleans my teeth. Not because anyone else is bad per say, but Anna Martinez is just an absolutely exceptional young worker. She is always extremely gentle on my sensitive gums, and makes certain that I am comfortable at all times. Even in times where comfort is an impossibility, she will try to speed things up to get it over with quicker. She also is just an overall genuinely nice person who is happy to get to know you and talk about herself. She is easy to get to know and very personable and truthfully is the main reason I choose to return. Third and lastly, Dr. Natividad will come in an follow up on your cleaning. I haven’t needed much work in my lifetime on my teeth, but Dr. Natividad did remove my wisdom teeth. He made sure I felt no pain prior to the pull, and truly did it so quickly that I didn’t even notice. Following the procedure I had absolutely no pain and my mouth healed within a few days, flawlessly. He is also a very nice man, and a big Lakers fan which makes him my type of man (another reason to return). I cannot express my gratitude enough for this place. Anna and Dr. Natividad make every check up extremely pleasant and surprisingly enjoyable. I mean seriously I have to be dragged to all types of doctors but will happily skip to this place. I truly hope this review is read by this business, as I truthfully think Anna deserves the recognition and extra praise. She is the gem at 5th Ave Dental

I was referred to Dr Natividad by one of my coworkers and didn’t know what to expect. When I got there, I was immediately greeted with smiles from the receptionists. When I was brought in the exam room, I was amazed by the technology. I can see my x-rays as they were being taken, I watched movies if I had to wait for something. I finally met Dr Natividad and he was so nice. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I felt really comfortable. I have already referred 7 of my friends and they all continue to go there. He is great with both kids and adults. I highly recommend him. You and your kids will love him!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY. I’ve had 4 different dentist in my lifetime, and Dr. Natividad’s office is by far the best. Why? 1. Great service!   2. Very comfortable 3. Great people The lobby is nice and comfortable and they provide free kerig coffee/tea. My first visit was there for 2 hours, only because I was a new patient and had to do paper work, X-rays, and build up my dental history. However the second time I went, I was in and out very quickly. The hygienist Anna is young and has beautiful eyes, but despite being young she is super skilled at cleaning teeth. Usually I find it weird when hygienist try talking to you while cleaning teeth, but I rather enjoy bantering with her. Also, the dental assistant Laura is the best. She is the sweetest lady, and made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Natividad always sees me after my cleanup and takes the time to really check in with me and my teeth. So if you’re looking for a doctor. Pick this place!
