10/10 recommended this office. This was my first time going to this dental office and was super pleased with my choice. The assistant was very caring and made sure I was comfortable the whole time which was great, but more importantly the doctor did an amazing job with his work. I’m such a scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist and this doctor did wonderful, he’s super quick and gentle. He took his time to thoroughly go over everything with me.  I will gladly be going back to this office!

First time coming to this dentist office and let me tell you that I was extremely satisfied with there service and the great attitude to help you out! Everyone from Jeanette who has many roles to the dental assistants. Dr Mossaei has something great going on here and I highly recommend this office. Dr. Mossaei made me feel like he genuinely wants to help and take care of you!

My wife went to First Choice as a referral and it was a well run machine! The receptionist was very helpful before the appointment, helping her navigate coming in with a handful of complications (due to uncertain dental issues and ills related). The hygienist (or tech) was also very helpful, clearly well equipped and kind. She helped my wife understand the details of the complicated situation with honesty, clarity and kindness. The doctor was also on point! He was honest, clear, kind, and stretching himself to help where he could. I can not say how impressed we were with her visit! It’s not the most beautiful office, but we are on Medi-Cal so that’s the least of our concerns. Everything that mattered seemed to be in great condition, clean, and there was a great feel of the staff really working together, which felt rare. Thank you Dr. Mossaei and staff!

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. The receptionist is very on top of things and personable. She remembers individual patient cases, moves the check-in process along quickly, and is great about call backs and reminders. She is also happy to answer questions or talk to the insurance company or doctor for you. The dental assistants are very nice and understanding of any concerns I may have and check in with me throughout procedures. They also are quite knowledgeable and answer questions. The office is clean and comfortable and the room is always prepped for my procedures before I go in, with my x rays and patient info already pulled up on the screen. Dr. Mossaei is a great dentist. He is calm, very efficient, and quick to respond to concerns. He communicates openly with his staff to help move proceduees along smoothly which I appreciate. I generally have issues with still feeling pain after local anasthetic is administered but never at this dentist. I had to get a crown recently and had never had this procedure done so I was a bit nervous. The dental isolation system was pretty uncomfortable for me and I was choking on saliva because I was unable to swallow with the device in my mouth. Dr. Mossaei was very aware of my discomfort and quickly decided to remove the device and complete the crown without it despite it being more difficult for him. I was at the office for a total of two hours to get a deep cleaning and a crown on a very decayed tooth, which I think is excellent especially considering I made it difficult for the staff. At the end they even offered me a free tooth whitening kit!

My daughter has always had a fear of the dentist. They were so friendly and made her feel so comfortable! The staff went above and beyond to make her feel safe. She went back to finish some work and she was actually excited to see him! Doctor was very helpful and explained everything to me! Thank you for the amazing experience!

I will definitely be returning to get all my dental work done here. All the staff there were pleasent and helpful. They answered all my questions and showed me informative videos about some of the procedures i need done and unlike Western Dental they’re not trying to charge me an arm and a leg. I can say so far I am completely satisfied with the service they have provided me.

Truly, the staff at First Choice Dentistry deserve way more than 5 stars! The staff is very kind and personable. They welcome you by name every time you go into their office. They are incredibly patient when it comes to answering any and all questions in regards to billing, insurance and procedures. The doctor and his staff are very gentle and patient when doing all kinds of dental work. Honestly, I would give them 10 stars if I could.!

When you walk into First Choice Dental you are greeted by a friendly staff. Genette Is very kind, helpful and professional every visit. Delores took care of my crown needs and she is extremely kind and efficient. Dr. Mossaei is one of the best dentist I’ve experienced so far efficiency in his practice is 5 stars across the board. I don’t know everyone’s name but all the ladies there hand down are super friendly and experienced. My family highly recommends First Choice Dentistry for your dental needs.
