I love love love Graceland Prairie Dental. Love and dentist doesn’t usually go in the same sentence for me. I’m terrified of dentists and they have been amazing. I needed deep cleaning. First appointment I asked for gas. Tracy said I really didn’t need but gave to me anyway. Second appointment I was able to do without. I knew from first appointment that she was good. Only gave the injections that I needed. Ask for Tracy she’s amazing.

Such an incredible group. I moved and had to leave my Dentist that I have had all of my life and I was so nervous to find someone that I felt as comfort with and Graceland Prairie delivered. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and gave me updates when my appt got delayed due to an emergency. Then Vivian was an amazing Dentist. She was so friendly and upbeat, plus she walked me through everything in clear and easy to understand ways. I have definitely found my new lifetime dentist here!

Great dentists and great staff. Lots of experience. Great attitude and very pleasant. One of the benefits of a large office like that is that different employees can specialize in different parts of the operation. This way, the dentists, hygienists, assistants, etc., can do their work on the patients, while others take care of the appointments, billing, insurance, etc.

I love this dental office! I have seen all three of the doctors at different times and find them to be very professional and friendly. The staff is always eager to help and very knowledgeable, especially regarding my dental insurance plan. I have been coming to Graceland Prairie Dental for years along with my husband and kids. I was referred to Graceland Prairie Dental by my boyfriend and his dad and I’m so happy to have found this office. Honestly mostly because of Linda. She’s great. She’s done a couple deep scalings for me and her bedside manner is great. She’s thorough and patient. She listened to my concerns and was extra careful around a filling on my very front left tooth (if it pops off I will look like Jim Carrey from dumb and dumber) I won’t see anyone else for my cleanings. She’s only there Mondays and Tuesdays but I make it work because she makes what is typically a less than pleasant experience, quite pleasant. Thank you Linda.

I came here about a month ago because I busted my front teeth. They were so kind and friendly. I had never been here before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. No wait as I had an appointment and they were running on schedule. They took some x-ray’s and proceeded to tell me what it will take to fix my teeth. The price was more than I was hoping to pay and they offered me an in-house discount program which reduced the cost quite a bit. I would highly recommend this place. My sister referred me and the work they did on her prompted me to try them. Great folks.

this dentist is #1 the best dentist you will ever meet. i had a emergency my dog got a hold of my lower denture and destroying my teeth, before i found this dentist i went to 4 others no one could fix them but GRACELAND DENTAL had my teeth back to me in less then 24 hours and they fit better then before. i have no dental insurance and they were very affordable . THIS IS MY DENTIST FOR LIFE

Came in for a visit to this office a few weeks back for what I thought was a for sure root canal or need for an extraction of a lower tooth. I had experienced very bad pain especially when i bit down. I intermittently suffer from TMJ symptoms but did not think this pain was related. I was pretty much selling this office into just doing a root canal and being done with it. He recommended a mouth guard and said give it a few weeks to see if the pain subsides. It did. I appreciate the honesty and the attempt to save me money for a treatment I did not need.

I have been a patient with this practice for many years. The staff are always courteous, caring, provide excellent clinical care in an efficient manner. I was just in yesterday to have my cleaning and exam. I was very impressed with the measures that have been put into place to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. The screening procedures are based on CDC and ADA guidelines. When I arrived and called the receptionist, she gave me instructions about where to meet (back door wearing my mask), my temperature was taken and I answered a few screening questions, I was escorted to the treatment area. A short time passed and the dental hygienist arrived she was so kind and patient. Dr Grandanetti is an excellent teacher and does a great job of helping one understand treatment options. Anyone looking for a patient care experience that is one of the best should consider Graceland Prairie Dental.

I had an tooth emergency today and Dr.Grandinetti and his staff were able to see me immediately and even schedule me the next day for a procedure. He and Ania were very gentle, I never felt rushed, and I had very minimal discomfort. Anna was super sweet and helped me tremendously and efficiently with getting my dental records from my previous dentist and was very thorough in explaining my insurance benefits. I was extremely pleased with the entire visit.

I have been a patient in this office for about 20 years and I love the customer service and informational resources that they provide. I have never sat in the waiting room for longer than five minutes and always feel a welcoming presence from the staff right when I enter the building. I would STRONGLY recommend this dental practice and have referred about five friends and they are all regular patients in the office now. I have never felt that I had been overcharged for any work that I had done and also appreciated the well educated staff when I had questions about additional teeth whitening procedures that I wanted to have done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Victor is my dentist. He was completely professional, realistic and really cared how things were with me during the procedure. I live in a small town and had been to every dentist in my area I thought and had been driving pass this dentist office for many years and had decided to go to another dentist because I thought maybe it be better service I’m sooo glad I was driving pass again and backed up to go inside and just see for myself and I was in for a surprise they where soo professional and worked with me on my appointment times even after I made several calls to cancel they always texted me with updates and kept me informed on other cancellations and they even took nice images without any complications the staff was fantastic I am so glad in decided to give my small town one more chance thank you Graceland you have earned your name I’m a client for life

I absolutely love this practice! Everyone is friendly and the office runs like a well-oiled machine. As a person that is truly dental phobic, I only wish I would have met Dr. Grandinetti sooner. He was gentle and was truly concerned with my comfort level. He listened to my concerns and we worked out a treatment plan I was comfortable with. I’ve been to other dentists in the Des Plaines area (I won’t name names) and you definitely get what you pay for.

Being in the dental field myself, I pretty much know what to look for in finding the right dentist. This hands down is one of the best practices around. Graceland Prarie Dental has all their bases covered!! The look and feel of the office is very friendly and also professional at the same time. As you walk in the front desk greets you with a smile and they make you feel comfortable, also as far as your insurance coverage goes they know their stuff!! The doctors are awesome and the assistants are there to help you with any questions you might have. Hands down would recommend this practice to all my family and friends 🙂
