Came here when I was pregnant after we first moved to El Paso and I immediately knew this was the right dentist office. Not only were they all so kind, but he doctor was very personable and we had some laughs together about our kids. It feels like home there. I came back a year later and they remembered and asked me how my baby was. They got me in quickly and even gave me the option to do same-day fillings. Highly recommend the team at First Family Dental for adults and kids!

I love how they always make my little one feel special. Friendly and Professional I just want to say they are the best, we went for an emergency and they helped me figure out my new insurance from work and my kid was crying and the doctor was the best w her, he even dried her tears. You cannot match the empathy towards patients in this place. We love you. ❤️

I have been bringing my toddler here for a year. The wait is not bad at all. Staff has been excellent and very kind. They explain everything and are awesome. They are not pushy, and do not give out false information like you frequently see with a lot of chain dentistry businesses. The dentist is very personable and good with kids. The office itself is very clean, up to date, and they have toys and tv for the kids. They take most insurance. First Family Dental also reminds you of your appointment a few days before and the day of via text and email. This is very important to me because sometimes I tend to forget no matter how many reminders I set in my calendar. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family dentist who cares about patients!

I love taking my kids to this dentist!! Very clean and modern dentistry. The dentist is very personable and it’s always easy to get in and out. I like to feel like my kids are getting what they need and not feel like we’re getting taken for a money ride to pay for all of the entertainment and distractions that are usually in dental places. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. I have a condition that gives me terrible anxiety and panic attacks and he was very understanding and caring about it. The dentist and his staff’s bedside manners are nothing less than outstanding and caring. He gave me every chance to relax and take my medication before finishing the job with little or no pain. His office staff is very respectful of the social distancing protocols and they do everything to keep patients safe. They are nothing short of professionals in the industry. A+++++ thank you!

Let me just say that this office is amazing. They TRULY exceeded my expectations. I had an appointment for a cleaning that turned into a minor procedure.
