Always a good experience. I hate going to the dentist but they make it as quick and painless as possible. I don’t take as good care of my teeth as I should but they never talk down to me like I’ve heard of a lot of dentists doing. Filling cavities is always a pain and I have very sensitive teeth. They are very accommodating and will help make the fillings as painless as possible. Always making sure you’re doing alright during the procedure. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, all I can remember is talking to them for about 5 minutes in the chair and then essentially coming to when I was at home. My mouth and jaw barely even hurt. I never even took pain meds even though I had a prescription for some pretty good ones.

Just had our first appointment this morning and it was great! First off, the doctor called us last night to check in with us. He wanted to know if we had any questions or concerns he could address before we came in. It was a great touch that made us feel like he really cared! As for the actual appointment that was great as well! Our hygienist was amazing. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while, and this was partially because the last hygienist that cleaned my teeth was terrible. She cut my lips and got water on my face and was overall super rough, messy, and rushed. Cassidy on the other hand was very gentle, thorough and checked in with me regularly to see if there was any discomfort. It was actually weird how relaxing it was, both my husband and I talked afterwards about how we were almost drifting off in the chair despite the scraping noise! The other stand out part of our visit was that the doctor took his time with us. We got all our questions answered and we spent enough time with him that we actually got to see his passion as a dentist. Dr. Cole isn’t just doing this because it’s a well paying job, you can tell he really loves what he does! And you know what? I am actually excited to come back in 6 months. I highly recommend First Impressions Dentistry for anyone who likes to be treated like a whole person, not just like a set of teeth.

I went here for the first time today! My hygienist was awesome (I think her name was Courtney, but I’m terrible at names) and explained everything in detail without shame. She gave lots of information and lots of different options to make the experience the easiest ever. Everyone was friendly. Highly recommend.

Never have problems here even though going to the dentist is never a fun trip. Cassidy is the BEST hygienist, and does such an excellent job letting you know what she’s doing and how you are doing as far as your own dental care. I would absolutely return to this clinic and hopefully they will be around for a long time!

I’ll recommend Dr. Cole to anyone. I’ve always been seen for my appointment on time and I’m not sure how that’s possible because any time I’ve had a question, Dr. Cole and Jenny, my hygienist, take as much time with me as it takes for me to understand. Also and sooo important, Dr. Cole and Jenny are thorough and extremely gentle! I don’t get nervous at all to go see them.

I had such a great experience at the dentist’s office yesterday! Jenny, my dental hygienist, was so gentle and thorough; my teeth have never felt so clean and she even did a cancer screening on my mouth! I’ve never had a cancer screening done at a dentist’s office before. The dentist was also very gentle and thorough. Both the dentist and the hygienist gave me good information on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I got into my appointment on time and the staff at the front desk was friendly. I will definitely be going back!

I was so impressed with First Impressions Dentistry in Yukon. I fell and broke out my front teeth. They got me in the day I called. Took amazing care to be gentle as my mouth was swollen and very sore. Dr. Cole did a filler on my front tooth to cover until I could get dentures. Then Dr weave did the oral surgery and I did not feel a thing. I thought I would be laid up and in pain, all weekend but the swelling was gone by that evening and there is virtually no pain. I highly recommend First Impressions Dentistry of Yukon. Thanks all

One of the best dentist to go to for sure.While working on you, will check on you in relation to any pain.Was real gentle and explained everything he needed to get done in relation your dental work. Due to my anxiety about dentists I’ve let my teeth get into bad shape. This resulted in me getting an abscess. The staff was amazing and extremely attentive. I got a tooth pulled last week. Very patient and understanding staff. I’ve only had one cavity in my life so I was shocked when another dentist told me I have three deep cavities that need to be filled immediately. My wife had an appointment with Dr. Cole so I made one as well so I could get a second opinion. Dr. Cole took the time to explain my x-rays to me and it turns out I only have one cavity that’s forming. I appreciate Dr. Cole’s patience as well as his honesty.
