Outstanding Dentist and staff my teenager had to get 2 teeth pulled I wasn’t comfortable at his previous dentist so I took him to Dr. Roessler and he did a wonderful job. My son did not have any pain during or after the pulling, my whole family will star going there, just make appointments in advance because they stay booked for 6 months which is a good thing.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Roessler’s for about 5 years and he runs an amazing practice! I always feel confident that he will only recommend treatment for true dental issues (no “upselling” on what isn’t really needed), I have never waited for more than 5 minutes In the lobby to been seen during my appointment time, and during dental emergencies he went above and beyond to help me as quickly as possible. All of the staff have been wonderful too. Highly recommend!

Dr. Roessler is great: super friendly, and actually takes the time to explain what he is looking for on x-rays and what he’s seeing. The hygienists are equally awesome. I’ve seen two different ones now, and both provided a great cleaning/polishing and were very nice. I’ve noticed that no one seems to use a waterpik to do the cleanings, which I greatly appreciate. The office is lovely. Extremely comfortable waiting area and exam rooms. And the staff is efficient: I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes or so, and my insurance is always handled correctly. What more could you ask from a dentist’s office?

“It looks like a house inside!” is what I say/think every time I have been. Since I have been 4x, I can safely attest this staff are friendly and the dental services provided are top notch. If the front desk, hygienist and dentist are all nice and smiling, it’s hard for me to think of any reason not to give 5*. Their gift bags are pretty cool and who doesn’t like leaving the dentist with a fancy goodie bag?!? There was a small out of pocket expense for me because they are not on my insurance list, but it was worth it and I’m glad I now have a Jax-based dentist.

Doctor Roessler & his staff are amazing, and that’s why I’ve been going back for over a decade now. Before I became their patient I had developed ‘dentist anxiety’, but their awesome and friendly team has helped alleviate that problem. Doctor Roessler treats his patients like I would assume he treats his family. At my most recent exam, the staff helped an elderly lady with a walker to get outside and told her she can always call ahead so that they can assist her when she arrives. They’ve always given me great advice. and I like that they generally always have me with the same hygienist. If you’re looking for a dentist, definitely go to Five Points Dental.

Dr. Roessler is very personable and great at explaining things as he goes through the exam. His style and pleasant manner filters through his team which makes for a great overall experience. The office is thoughtfully done. Comfortable waiting room with patient treatment chairs face a window and garden.

I’m not typically a fan of dentists like most people but I always go twice a year like you’re supposed to. I recently switched to Five Points Dental due to moving cities. I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with this dental office in comparison to my last one. From the tvs on the ceiling while getting my cleaning, the friendly staff, and Dr. Roessler being one of the friendliest and most personable dentists I’ve ever met. Can’t imagine ever going to a nicer dental office.

Hands down the best dentist in town! Over the years I have tried many dentists in Jacksonville, due to insurance changes. I have been a patient here for over 10 years. Every check up has been a positive experience. Comfortable waiting room, very little wait time, the staff from the receptionist area to the hygienist is wonderful, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Roessler is very kind, skilled, and truly cares about his patients. If my insurance ever changes, I would pay out of pocket to stay here.

I am one of those people who hate going to the dentist.  I went over 7 years without a cleaning and after much harassment from my husband and family,  took the plunge and made an appointment with Dr. Roessler. I must say that he and his staff are so friendly and made me feel at ease immediately.  I am now back to regular cleanings every 6 months and don’t even dread my appointment.  They have televisions in the ceilings and are also great with kids. I would definitely recommend them.

I love Dr. Ronald Roessler and his staff! He has been my dentist since August 2006! Even though I have lived a long distance away from his office. My hubby keeps asking why I won’t find anything closer? It’s because my Dentist is awesome and worth every penny. The staff remembers my first name, all the details about my children and no matter how much time has gone by the conversation picks up where we have left off. I will drive 100 mile for that service! Thank you Dr. Roessler and your staff for making every experience an awesome one! P.S your wife is a great decorator!

The best dentist I have ever encountered. Dr Rosseler has an outstandng chairside manner and his entire staff is helpful and cheerful. The office is very clen but welcoming. I have moved away from Jax twice since this office opened but have always sechduled appointments for when I am back in town.

TERRIBLE!!! Do I have your attention…Dr Roessler is AWESOME and I have recommended many of my Friends to him….The Issue I have is front office manager and Staff who change faster than I change my underwear….The consistency is not very good and the service where it was awesome when he first opened when his Front Office Mngr/Wife took over things did not and have not gone well….My most recent contact since I have started my own business was through Ginger who called to see if I would like to come in for a cleaning…I said I would like to but I am prvt pay now and we were disconnected….giving the benefit of the doubt and thinking we were disconnected I called back….She answered the phone I advised who I was and that I was calling back she said she would have to call me back and I have not heard from her since that was 4-5 weeks ago….If you do not have that Insurance money coming in they treat you like a second rate citizen…I think the Doc is awesome!

Previously switched to this dental office since 2018 and i’ve been very happy with the switch. Best dental office in the area! Staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Roessler is very personable and always greets you in every visit like he’s known you for years. If you’re thinking of switching dentists, give them a try!

I just want to say first that I have trust and fear issues for any dental service BUT!… I clearly understand that Dental is a need and not a want! So I am very skeptic about having any dental work. I will do research careful and am very picky about who I choose. I found Dr. Roessler and saw all the great reviews and there was not one bad review and for me all it takes is for someone to say one thing wrong and all my hopes would just go down the drain! I kept digging to see if I could find anything someone said bad about the office or the staff or the dentist and there was nothing, he actually was the only dentist that got all good reviews. So I thought it was too good to be true but I knew that I had to start somewhere because my family needed dental care. My biggest fear is having a mean dentist, i’m serious because if you have a mean dentist then he is probably going to get in your mouth and do all kinds of unnecessary roughness and not give one cent about how comfortable you are or even care what you want therefore that is when the pain comes! Today was my first visit with Dr. Roessler @5 points Dental so LET ME TELL YOU if you are afraid of the dentist and you have to go to the dentist this will be your home!! Dr. Roessler was so amazingly nice and handsome if I may add! He shook my hand and greeted me with a smile and I was already melting (lol) he was very professional the whole time and he talked to me through everything step-by-step. He had an attitude of confidence! He didn’t just tell me what he was going to do or what he had to do he actually included me in my care and that made me feel comfortable. He was actually listening to me and he kept asking me how I felt and I believe he was not just talking about how my teeth made me feel physically but how my teeth made me feel emotionally (who does that?) A dentist who cares does that!! That’s how I know he was listening to me! did not feel like a number today or that this was a quick stop. I was totally shocked when he showed concern about A tooth that I had that made me self-conscious about my smile, I like the fact that he already had an easy fix for my concern. I know that this is only my first visit but he and his staff made me comfortable enough to come for a second visit. I also want to add that when you walk into the office it’s beautiful in there, you can tell someone has great taste in their decor (lol) it’s comforting. The girls in the front are nice but when you get to the back of the office where all the action is the girls back there are even nicer! I appreciate how The girls were informative when it came to my dental bill, I had an estimated amount before I even got there so I knew what I would be paying although I know that that could change sometimes but the girls kept me up-to-date when it came to billing. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned today! Whitney was thorough! I thought she was trying to give me a new set of teeth (lol) she rocked my cleaning pain free! I will be seeing her again! I don’t care what anybody says, getting your teeth cleaned should not be painful! Thank you Five Points Dental

We are from Texas and had to come to Florida to help an ill relative. My dentist in Texas said I really should not wait to have my cavity under my crown fixed. I’m a bit apprehensive about dental work however the office was very relaxing. It looks like someone’s home for starters. The dental assistant was gentle kind and competent. Dr Roessler has over twenty years experience and provided calm reassuring care. My temporary crown was fitted perfectly and the permanent was as well. Very pleased and highly recommend.

On any given day I will tell you I really don’t enjoy going to the dentist.. a couple days ago I got the dreaded toothache. Having been here before and knowing what it entails I immediately called and made an appointment to the closest office with good reviews. I was able to get an appointment next day!!! A miracle on its own. I was seen very promptly upon my arrival at five points dental. Every single person I passed smiled at me. The facility is gorgeous as well. It has such a homey feel rather than a… well dentist office feel. Dr Roessler confirmed my suspicions on the tooth ache and got me some antibiotics right away. He made me a game plan for what he thinks is best for my teeth but put absolutely zero pressure on me to get it done. He simply said this is what I think will be best for you and we will do it whenever you are ready. He sent me on my way. The ladies at the front desk went over how much it would cost when I came back for the root canal next week. Extremely straight forward, very detailed pricing. As well as the cost for the other work he suggested for me. Needless to say, I very much enjoyed my experience here and this will be my forever dentist no matter where I live in Jacksonville. Look forward to achieving a better smile with Dr Roessler!

First time at this dentist and my family and I were very pleased! Hygienist was so sweet and gentle. I unfortunately, out of the 4 of us, had a cavity. Had to go back to get it filled. I can think of 2, I have had as an adult and they were horrible! This time, he did a magnificent job! Never even felt the shot! So thank you for making me feel comfortable, being caring and doing such great work! Really appreciate it!

So far I’ve really enjoyed my experience with Five Points Dental. Last week I chipped a tooth and having not been completely satisfied with my last dentist, decided to look for others in the area. I called their office that evening and explained the situation and they were able to get me in the very next morning! This visit was quick and pleasant but they were unable to actually fix the tooth that day. They made an appointment for me in the last spot they had before the July 4th holiday which I really appreciated. I’m not the most anxious person when it comes to the Dentist but I still don’t necessarily enjoy it and I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. They have TVs on the ceilings and headphones that you can wear during any procedures which is super helpful, for me at least. Actually, the dentist and the hygienist that I saw today were so funny during my filling I hardly needed the TV as a distraction. I was in and out in no time! I’m looking forward to not dreading going to the Dentist anymore 🙂

I had a consultation here about 3 years ago & the Dentist was extremely polite & very understanding. He wasn’t like most dentist I went too who judge & shame you for your dental hygiene. He’s respectful as to what exactly it is you want to focus on. I hope to come to him when I need my front teeth fix. I would have LOVED to have had him touch my teeth but sadly my insurance ran out & did for a long time, but now that I have great insurance again I would LOVE to get in for an appointment !

This place is great and makes you feel fancy. Dentist put me at ease when he told me he wasn’t going to have to take out all my teeth. (I’m paranoid and think the worst at all times) I had no cavities and he said they looked great! Whew. I also was scared they were going to yell at me for not flossing like the last dentist office I went to. I know I need to floss, I know! Ok! I already feel guilty enough! But not this place, they made me feel fine.

As a child, I experienced a lot of emotional trauma regarding the dentist.  It has been significant and stayed with me through adulthood.  The spa like environment of Five Points Dental puts one at ease.  Dr. Roessler is an extremely personable and caring person.  When my previous dentist continuously prescribed costly procedures, I decided to get a second opinion.  Instead of a procedure costing thousands and hours in the chair, he explained to me that there were other less stressful and less expensive options.  He further stated that it may or may not work.  I tried the option which painlessly cost me about $100. That was about a decade ago and I’ve never had another problem with it.  Things did come up over this time and I experienced a great deal of anxiety. Dr. Roessler was patient, gentle and kind.  He always explained my options and was understanding with my anxiety.  I feel like I will be able to better handle procedures in the future due to his caring manner.  Clearly my fears were far worse than reality.  I’ve moved away now and only hope that I can find a dentist who is as knowledgeable caring and compassionate as Dr. Roessler.

Do you know how you know if an Office Cares about you is when you write a review and they contact you. I wrote the below review and it took 2 years but guess what I got a call from Dr Roessler’s Office Manager and I could not be more pleased. If this is setting a precedent of service to come and an upgrade to friendly, I want to spend time with the customer service I expect from the front office when I call walk up to them or have any contact at all, I am pleased to announce that they are off to the races. I Like to know who and feel like the environment I am in is familiar and friendly remember “Cheers” that’s what I want to the best of the business ability. As soon as I am able and Open Enrollment I am back to Dr Roessler and Valarie. Thank you for calling and make me feel like what I said meant something!
