I have been a patient with Fixari Family Dental for over 20 years! My entire family has been under the care of this Dental Practice. Simply said, this is the only practice that I would ever consider. Fixari Dental keeps up with all the latest things in the world of dentistry. I am amazed at how they always have a painless solution for any problem that my family or I had. Great professional staff all around from the minute you come into their facility. I only go to the office located on Kimberly Parkway because of the location. This was our second visit, but both visits staff was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The facility is clean and you always know what to expect. My daughter is getting braces and has no fears of going. They make sure she’s comfortable and have genuine conversations with her. I also like their availability in scheduling. They have both early morning appointments and late evening.

I came for the first time today and Barb at the Lewis Center location was outstanding. Easily the best dental hygienist I have ever had! She explained everything she was doing and took her time. I have been going here for about 20 years,,, I have been to a few other dentist offices in my day, but this is the #1 spot. I have shared my experiences with many other people ( Family & Friends & co-workers) and now they love it too. My mother lives with me now and she will be eighty soon, and they did some work on her teeth last month. She had been so happy to smile and to tell her sisters and friends too. What an amazing place. My girlfriend visited first thanks to a reference and then I went there myself the very next day just because their service is beyond amazing. We got offered cookies, coffee, and water. Receptionists were amazing and super friendly and the staff there were very thorough with their procedure and went over the details with both of us. I have been going to this dentist for probably seven or eight years Everyone is always so nice. Especially Caroline at the front desk she’s always so helpful and so pleasant. Katie who cleans my teeth it’s fantastic she’s very thorough and would not hurt you for anything. I couldn’t see myself going to any other dentists and doctor Nate is my favorite of all he is so gentle and just a fantastic dentist. I love them all I never have a problem getting in and something is wrong I would prefer them to anybody who needs a dentist.

I can’t believe this place doesn’t have any reviews yet !I was in a lot of pain and found this place on the internet when googling emergency dental care and I called them and they got me in right away. When arriving for my appointment I was very nervous and scared because I already have anxiety towards the dentist and being in pain and not knowing what was going to happen made me ever more nervous. Right when I walked in my mom and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel very welcomed. I told them that I was having anxiety and the receptionist was very understanding and told me that she would tell my doctor. She offered us fresh coffee and water while we waited. In the room the dental hygienist I had was very nice and very understanding about my fears and anxiety towards the dentist. She went through everything with me , got a back ground of myself , wanted to know what my goals were , why I had fears of the dentist. She took some x-rays and told me the doctor will be right in. The doctor came in and told me about my x-rays, what my treatment options were and he explained everything how I like it to be explained, he answered any and all questions that I had. He made me feel less nervous and he was very gentle ! I will be going to this dentist office from now on and I recommend any to go to them! If I could give 10 stars I would !

This was by far the best dental office I’ve been to. Their hospitality was outstanding! They make you feel Lille a queen from the moment you walk in. The experience was amazing from walking in the door and being greeted in such a professional manner I’ve never had that at any dentist office I’ve ever been to. The check in process was so easy and smooth and you feel very valued even offered water, room temp or cold ! Oh you can’t forget coffee and cookies yes folks cookies lol. Hey why not enjoy a nice cookie before the dentist sees you 🙂 . Once I was taken to the back it was sooo nice and organized I got a lovely tour of the establishment there soooo many rooms and even seen a couple of the Drs. before they seen me it’s amazing to know Dr. Fixari is even in the practice this was a wonderful experience 30 + years of experience and still thriving. Yesterday was my first visit. I am one who does not like going to the dentist. I’m always trying to understand the circles the dentist talk around me but at Fixari everything was explained so plainly that I barely had any questions. They are not after how they can get more of your buck. They genuinely care about the health of your teeth. I have insurance but I am considering joining their membership for further discounts as well. As I read through some of the lower starred ratings, I have to disagree with after money and if it has gotten more expensive then I would assume it’s because they have state of the art machinery. Furthermore, dentistry is a skill and you shouldn’t get upset when someone knows their worth. As for the woman who was upset that they didn’t tell her she was out of network, it is clearly your responsibility to know if you are in network or not. Even if my insurance changes, I’m not leaving. Thanks, Fixari! I feel like I am on my way to getting the smile I have wanted for a really long time.

I’ve never had any teeth pulled besides my wisdom teeth at osu but dr Matt Chancy and his assistance were wonderful. Kept checking on me to make sure I was good during the whole process. They are excellent with children my son is 3 and he was very nervous but they did everything they could to make him happy and comfortable with his experience. Very humbled staff and they’re always working together to ensure the best patient experience. Quality over quantity at this place. Prices are reasonable, they make it possible for you to protect one of your most prized possessions your SMILE. They keep my Smile clean, bright, and healthy. Somehow they seem to do it with minimum pain. I recommend Fixari most of all for the quality, honesty, hospitality, and great patient experience that I receive. Also they’re pretty good about accommodating emergencies same day next day service. They understand nobody can be walking around in pain for to long etc. I feel valued at this clinic and that’s important for me when I’m spending my hard earned coins.

This place is excellent. I’ve been to both locations, but I went to the Canal Winchester one first, since it’s closest to my house. They also had an evening appointment which as extremely convenient for me. When I came in, there was an attractive young woman who stood up, welcomed me, shook my hand, introduced herself (sorry I can’t remember her name), and she offered me a cup of coffee which came in a nice mug and not a crappy styrofoam up. I waiting MAYBE 3 minutes after I gave them my paperwork. Afterwards another nice young woman took me on a tour of the entire office. The tour was great because I have a bit of dental phobia (even if it’s just for a cleaning). She said the office was remodeled about a year ago, and it still looked emasculate and brand new! More spa-like than a dental office. They also have TV’s to watch that are on the ceiling! So I could watch ESPN during my cleaning. Definitely put my mind at ease! I’ve seen a couple of different doctors there since I started going, and I don’t really have a preference because each of them have been absolutely outstanding! The entire staff is courteous and professional. They have a cool referral program too, so I will absolutely telling all my friends about these folks!!!

When I think of Fixari Family Dental I think of customer care. Each time I visit, every person I come in contact with greets me with a warm smile and a kind word. They make a stressful service less stressful. I am fortunate to have Dr. Mark as my primary dentist. His genuine concern and interest in my well-being is felt during each and every visit. I do not feel like just another patient who he needs to quickly see so he can get on to the next patient. He takes time, listens to me and shares his thoughts on my immediate needs as well as shows me what could potentially be a problem down the road. I feel confident Dr. Mark understands my dental needs. Like a CPA or an attorney, it’s nice having confidence in my dentist knowing I am receiving the best care with the most up to date techniques and technology.

The other hygienist however was not as professional, making comments about my hair texture and somewhat racially uncomfortable comments. Fixari Dental is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! Last July I visited another dentist that ended up botching my Trigeminal Nerve giving me Trigeminal Neuralgia which is unending nerve pain in the face. The botching came from a terribly done bridge. That December I visited Fixari to get fitted for a new bridge by one of their prosthodontist. Fast forward 7 months later I still had the temporary on due to my serve facial and tooth pain. I finally made the appointment and had the final bridge placed by Dr. Fixari who did a fantastic job! They also had time to get my dental cleaning done all while numb so I wouldn’t feel pain. They took time to listen to my story and were completely compassionate and helped make me feel the most comfortable. Because of them I haven’t felt any extra pain from the bridge placement allowing me to get back to my life. An amazing dentist overall! Highly suggest this place!

I absolutely love this place. The doctors are so kind and gentle. I used to think that I was afraid of the dentist until I came here. From the bright and friendly greeting from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dental assistant and the doctor it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I went to Fixari Dental one day when I was in a crazy amount of pain bc my anxiety about going to the dentist stopped me from going earlier. My regular dentist couldn’t get me in until after the weekend so I found the phone number for Dr. Fixari nline. I drove from Powell to the Eastside because they were able to get me in that day and they were One of the very few places that showed I could be sedated for a tooth extraction. They were so kind and so patient and extremely understanding of the fact and I was so nervous and even shaky… I told everyone about my experience because I have never had a positive dental experience before that. They sent me with a goodie bag when I left I got a thank you card and envelope a few days later and even bigger than all of that, dr fixari called me the next day on a weekend to make sure I was doing OK. My dentist that I’ve used for years has never personally done that. I recently noticed that they are adding a new office right by my house in Lewis Center and was so excited! Surprise surprise I have not driven back to the Eastside since my visit for a cleaning or any routine dental work but I definitely be starting that as soon as I see that the new office is open!
