Had a great experience with Flash Dental and their new ownership. Emily the Hygienist was fantastic. Dr Franzen was great to deal with and did a great job. Happy that Trey Trippet bought the location. Had previous experience with Trey at their Memorial location and he is a great guy. Welcome to the Heights Trey and staff!

Dr. Franzen was great, he made me feel at ease and comfortable, Diana his dental assistant was so sweet and attentive as well as professional. They both made sure I understood everything that was going on and went through my treatment plan thoroughly. The office is beautiful and at a great location. I will be moving my whole family to Flash Dental. Thank you Flash Dental

Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable! I have never felt so at ease with dental care anywhere else. Huge plus to have them nearby so I could pop in during lunchtime! Thanks to all the staff, I feel like I can Shine again!

I had such an amazing first visit to Flash Dental! Everyone was extremely helpful, honest, and thorough when it came to a treatment plan for my teeth. I went in for a second visit shortly after my first and I felt as if I’ve known the whole staff for years. Impeccable customer service and extremely clean facility. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Dr. Franzen and Gina were awesome! The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. It was very warm and welcoming environment. The whole process was explained to me thoroughly without unnecessary added services recommended, as I have experience with other dental offices. Could not have asked for better. Great experience at Flash Dental! Arrived at set appointment time, walked in, and they started my cleaning immediately. No waiting room time. Modern fixtures and office environment with nice music playing. Tools & technology for the x-rays and cleaning were top notch. Friendly staff enabled a very low stress experience. I loved how modern, updated, and beautiful the office was too. I initially just went in for a nightguard appointment, but I can’t wait to go back for my cleaning!! I have always had anxiety going to the dentist, but I have to say the team at Flash Dental made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. Normally don’t do reviews for non-restaurants but I had an awesome experience here. And I thought I needed to share it with others. The staff was truly welcoming. Friendly staff. Good communication: Opened to share good places to eat around Houston area, especially the Heights. Offered me sparkling water, which I loved! Ambiance was nice. New and modern. Open layout with a lot of natural lighting. Had a great dental experience. Definitely coming back.

What an awesome experience and I LOVE my white teeth. A little back story…had Zoom 10 years ago and couldn’t finish (35 minutes) because of the pain so my teeth only got about 3 shades whiter. Leslie (who is so nice and informative) told me that Zoom had improved over the years and it’s almost painless. SHE WAS RIGHT! After a full hour under the Zoom light my teeth look amazing. I am beyond thrilled and the results surpassed my expectations. There was also another ZOOM patient there when I checked in and she had the same experience. She couldn’t stop smiling. Her teeth looked equally great. So white and clean. A very clean, professional and FUN environment. I am so glad I found Flash Dental and plan on going back. They know teeth!!

Staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. The office is very nice with all the latest technology. It was very easy to get an appointment and I was seen immediately. I was in and out very quickly and my teeth feel very clean and much whiter than I expected. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Flash dental. Dr. Franzen did a very thorough examination and recommended a cleaning. I have always been incredibly afraid of the dentist, until now. The staff, my dentist, everyone at Flash has been nothing less than superb. They all have been very informative on my procedures and what my treatment plan will be. They all have done everything they can to make me feel comfortable during visits. Their prices are great. The office is very beautiful. I have already recommended them to three family members of my own. All in all if you are looking for a new dental experience, look no further, Flash Dental is absolutely the best place to experience nothing but positive, when visiting a dental office.

What a great experience, especially during the complicated COVID era. The process to check in was simple. I was immediately taken back for X-rays and then cleaning. My hygienist Gina was wonderful! Got a great cleaning and then a great explanation by Greg on what next steps I should take. While it had been a while since my last cleaning, there was no upswell on things that weren’t necessary. Happy to have found this practice!
