I am an International Student from Northeastern University and My Worst nightmare happened.. My cap came off.. In a panic mode,i realized my University’s Medical Insurance donot cover Dental Insurance. There came the rescue from Flawless Dental. A very High end Dental Setup with so many professionals right from Mr.David who ensured a very smooth process to book an appointment to the medical assistant who helped me with the Xrays and the Dentist – Dr.Ruhi Khanna Ma’am who helped me understand the reason behind the caps falling off and fixed my Crowns with strongest cement and most importantly helped soothing nerves and been a samaritarian to me. A world class treatment with a humane touch.

Absolutely love this office! The staff and the office are friendly and warm-a nice change from the traditionally stuffy dental offices I usually encounter. Dr. Khanna is both professional and approachable, and I know she always has my best interest in heart. I needed my first filling and Dr. Kelley did such a fabulous job I felt almost nothing the whole time she working on my teeth! I actually don’t dread going to the dentist anymore since I found this office!

With my entire family going, we’ve met many dentists, hygienists, and assistants and all of them are fantastic. Not only are they professional, but they are all extremely nice. They are always trying to make us feel comfortable, and my kids actually look forward to getting their teeth cleaned here. My primary dentist is Dr. V, his skills are amazing of course but his funny sense of humor will make you want to visit him again. The office manager David is beyond amazing too, he will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the office. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Dr. Khanna for several years now and we’ve been working to replace old crown and a bridge that was done by another Dr. and it never felt right.  My teeth look great and I’m over 60!  Her office has worked with me to do the work in a way that my insurance covers as much as possible.  Still out of pocket for the big ticket items (because of my insurance) but I’m able to pay in split payments.  The hygenist is great and used an ultrasonic cleaner for the fasting cleaning I’ve had in years.  Over the years, I’ve had some emergency issues that required a root canal and the Endodontist that comes in to the office is great. David is great with scheduling and making you feel welcome when you get there!

I had my crowns done at another dentist and for a couple of months I have been feeling sooo much discomfort in my mouth. I came here and they did a conservative fix on my crowns and the results were so amazing. I immediately felt relief and my jaw muscles feel so much better and eating feels so much better. I am so thankful to have come here! Everyone is great!!

The team at Flawless Dental is a pleasure to visit. David and Laudi at the front desk are courteous, helpful, professional, and extremely friendly. The new hygienist, Shairose, is as careful and effective as she is hilarious. Really, she did a great job and was a lot of fun. Dr. Khanna is the best dentist I have ever met. My wife and I have been with Dr. Khanna for over ten years, and even our five-year-old son gets excited for his cleanings. That really speaks to the safe and fun atmosphere of Flawless Dental. Dental work is high quality. Hygienist is gentle and thorough, kind but not too chatty.David the receptionist is accommodating, professional, efficient, and  a WIZ with insurance.  Everyone goes out of their way to make it a positive experience.   I have been to many dentists over the years, and found this one through good reviews on the internet, and they were right!  The excellent dental work and excellent service make Flawless stand out as exceptional.

If you are like me, scared of dental work and have sensitive teeth, this place is for you! My family and I have been patients for almost 7 years and everyone in that office always goes above and beyond for their patients. My last dental work prompted me to lеаve a review given how incredibly professional Dr. Bhatt and David handled the fact that one of my teeth just wouldn’t get numb despite the novocaine injection. They assured me that they won’t allow for any pain during my visit, whether that means waiting longer for the medicine to fully work or try other numbing options. Dr. Bhatt took her time (despite her busy schedule) to perform a dental block (which was completely painless) and do additional numbing and comforting (by explaining each step in details which truly helped my anxiety). In addition, I like the fact that they are very clear and always upfront with the cost and let you know about co-pays ahead of time (so no surprise bills!). Also, they have an amazing hygienist Regina, who does the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had, and is very knowledgeable about oral health in general. And, of course, the owner, Dr. Khanna, truly cares about all patients and personally involved in all cases by carefully monitoring everything that goes in the office. Overall, having multiple dental work in the past with other dentists, this place is hands down one of the best in my experience!

I won’t trust my teeth to anyone else!!!! I’m not unique in my reluctance to regularly visit the dentist for cleanings, or for the amount of anxiety it brings me. Not anymore! The team at Flawless Dental have put my mind, and my mouth, at ease. From the front desk to the chair and everything in between, the staff is kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I personally schedule with Regina; she is gentle and patient while incredibly thorough.

After years of not going to the dentist, it was finally time to get back so Dr. Khanna and her awesome staff took GREAT care of me and made everything so easy and comfortable. Located right in Newton Center, the location is ideal for anyone. David and Jessica are so welcoming and personable, which makes the initial experience an easy and fun one. From a general cleaning, to teeth whitening, to root canals, to fillings, and most recently dental bonding to fill a gap I’ve always wanted fixed, my teeth have never been better and I owe that to all the staff at Flawless Dental, especially Dr. Kelley who has done the majority of my dental work and has honestly given me the smile I’ve always wanted, she’s a MIRACLE WORKER! We landed at Logan airport and arrived at our hotel at 1’clock in the morning. We are here from Seattle so my daughter can go to summer camp in New Hampshire. Her braces started digging into her on the flight. Since it’s an overnight camp, we had to get this fixed. I left messages for 4 orthodontists and Dr. Khanna was the only one who returned our call. She said she is not normally open on Saturdays but she said for us to meet her at the office. She was so pleasant and fixed the issue quickly. Her office was convenient and clean, and her accountant even met us in the hall to make sure we found it. I’m sure there are tons of dentists/orthodontists in this area but we are thrilled with Flawless!

I have been a patient of Dr. Khanna for 8 years. When I came in I had gum disease, and several fillings that had not been performed well. Dr. Khanna was able to bring my gum disease in control. Since I have been with her, nothing has failed. Although Flawless is not the cheapest service, I appreciate that her work has held up for the long term. I recommend her highly.

I’ve been a long-term patient at Flawless Dental and they have always gone out of their way to not only feel welcome, but they are quite genuine. I’ve always been satisfied with how my oral health has been managed. Last year, I decided to get braces as the crowding of my lower teeth was getting to a point where it could be a serious issue later in life–I believe the term “possible loss of bone” may have been uttered and that was enough for me. Even though I trust Flawless Dental, the thought of any invasive dental procedures scares me silly. That being said, I made the appointment with their orthodontist and together we came up with a plan. Age-wise, let’s just say that I am…over 35, and leave it at that. Last January, 2018, I had traditional braces installed. I didn’t qualify for Invisalign, which was fine, because I wanted the traditional braces. Plus, they made me look younger and who wouldn’t want that? I’m not going to tell you any horror stories because, quite frankly, my braces experience went great! Yeah, the adjustments gave me head aches and some pain, but all in all, it went great. (Except for when I had to wear the elastics. I could have done without them, but I needed to wear them for awhile.) Moving on, those times that I did break a bracket, or 2, I was able to be seen fairly quickly and it never interfered with my treatment plan. If I ever had a question, it was answered the same day–I even got a phone call on a day that they were closed! During this time, I went to Flawless for my regular dental check ups and cleanings and it was so nice to literally go someplace where they know your name! I never felt like a number. This week, after 19 months of braces, I had them removed. My teeth look amazing! I’m so happy I did this and so happy that I trusted Flawless Dental not only with my smile, but with my dental health. I don’t even live near them, but will happily travel so that I can continue getting, in my opinion, the best dental care. I highly and strongly recommend Flawless Dental. They are just great. They’re honest, trustworthy, professional, fun, and experienced. There’s such a great vibe there. The offices are clean and the equipment is modern. And they make your teeth look fantastic!! I have been going to Flawless dental for about 9 years now. Dr.Khanna is amazing and does an excellent job and provides great level of dental care. Dr.Khanna is very meticulous in her work. Even though I moved away from Newton area I still continue to go to Flawless dental and it is truly a great place.I would highly recommend Flawless Dental to anyone looking for great dental care.

I came to Flawless with four separates issues, two of them which needed to be immediately addressed. From my first meeting with David, the office manager, until today, I have been impressed with the professional and friendly treatment I have received from all the staff. From our first meeting, Dr. Khana educated me about the issues, and what we should do first. She reassured me about the results of the treatment, and even though I came during the Christmas and New Years holidays, she reassured me that I could always see a doctor. And everything she promised, she followed through with. She put all my treatments on a schedule, and followed up after every visit, checking up with the specialists and with me how things went. Dr. Kuo, who did my root canal, and Dr. Aditi, who did my fillings and a crown, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, since they were each dentists I met for the first time. I was just as impressed with the hygienists. The doctor who did my exam after the cleaning was very thorough and informative, which I appreciate. This is the first time that I had such a thorough checkup by a periodontist. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a broken tooth that I left way too long and it started to hurt. I was afraid to go to a dentist because I thought I would be scolded for not taking better care of me teeth. Fantastic dentist and staff with a friendly and professional attitude, phenomenal technique and bedside manner which is so important for children and those of us adults who usually dread going to the dentist too. Dr Kanna has impeccable skills as a dentist and also a very kind and cool demeanor that puts all patients young and older at ease. After two years of watching her and the staff of hygenists and best-office-manager-ever David, I changed from my dentist in back bay to Flawless and couldn’t be happier. My son (9) and I actually like going to see “his girlfriend” at the dentist and are so pleased with all of the work that has been done from fillings, to taking the impossible X-ray without gagging the kid, to hygenic consultations. Top notch people and world class technique and knowledge.

Dr. Khanna and her team have been caring for my two daughters’ and my own teeth for approximately 5 years. I recommend her practice wholeheartedly. She is honest, fair in her business practices, and takes the time to answer all of my detailed questions. She is very particular and specific so you can be assured her staff meet her high standards (medical and administrative). I gathered other opinions about a specific issue and learned that everything she and her colleagues advised was completely correct and appropriate for our treatment plan. The office is efficient, clean, and parking behind the building is especially convenient. There are also a variety of coffee, restaurants, and other types of shops nearby.

Dr Khanna and her practice team are wonderful, and I generally don’t look forward to going to the dentist!  I feel very comfortable there.  The care is excellent, and the office has the very latest technology.  In any medical care, one of my top priorities is communication, and they excel in this.  I feel motivated to invest the time to care for my teeth, which is no small thing to to commit to.

Due to extreme sensitivity in my teeth and gums, I feel immense anxiety regarding dental visits- especially when going to a new office. Flawless fit my 2 y.o., my 7 y.o. and myself into one slot and saw us all in one fell swoop! The cleaning I had was the most gentle yet thorough I have ever had. Highly recommend without reservation. And very convenient-  close to the T. The only thing is there is no elevator and a large steep flight of stairs which I didn’t know about and had my stroller with me from taking the train. A very kind gentleman in the building helped me get it upstairs. The waiting room offers coffee, water and wireless. The staff is professional and friendly. A gem!

I’ve been going to Flawless Dental, Dr. Khana and her associates for many years now. The office is warm, inviting and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable on any new technology in dentistry and I can’t remember a time I’ve had to wait more than a minute or two for my appointment. Over the years I’ve sent them quite a few family members, friends and even clients who have have all come back to me with a bright healthy smile and a thank you. On a personal note the two times I can remember that I’ve had emergencies Dr. Khana herself or an associate saw me immediately and was able to solve my problem or at least keep me out of pain until I was able to get back to the office. It’s a great office!!
