If you are uninsured or don’t want to use your insurance,  Dr Stenger has reasonable first time prices and a no pressure atmosphere that should be considered. I came in for a cleaning only as my former dentist (located near a FedEx strip mall up the road) overbills my insurance and has high prices. I worked as a Dental Lab assistant for my DDS/Orthodontist while in college and use that experience to set expectations. Dr Stenger performs the bulk of cleaning herself which I appreciated and prefer over  a random hygienist. Her assessment on my xray was about 90 percent spot on. The DA/Hygenist handled the prophy that could be a bit better. I’m under the impression this office is limited to basic and common needs that most patients will be happy with. Ortho work is likely referred out. Dr Stenger has a very humble attitude on initial consultation. I was in a rush and didn’t chat much but I will call her in future for a followup cleaning if needed based on her attitude. I left happy. As someone mentioned,  she does use ultrasonic which I also don’t prefer but am not against.  My assumption is this is for quicker or more accurate methods but it’s something I’ll ask my family dentist/college employer about sometime.

Dr. Flora Stenger and her staff are amazing! My kids really like them which helps with their fear of the dentist! Every visit is welcomed with friendly faces who make you feel comfortable and like family! Very attentive to questions and concerns and they go over the top to service and help you out with any insurance issues or emergency visits needed. I feel like my family is truly cared for, every time I leave!

Flora Stenger and her team are truly amazing. They always make us feel comfortable and welcome. Going to the dentist is no longer a pain, but a fun experience. The receptionists, especially Brenda, are always keen to accommodate our appointment requests and work with our schedules. They also deal with all the paperwork and call the insurance companies themselves to find out the best routes to get the work done. We’ve been going there for more than a year, and all the work they’ve done so far is excellent, and we totally recommend them. And trust me, I am not a person that gets easily impressed. Our family see’s Dr. Flora Stenger DDS and Dr. Carol Basilio DDS in the Laguna Hills, CA office. Dr. Stenger and Dr. Basilio are the Gold Standard for all dental needs.  Dr. Stenger and Dr. Basilio are the Hallmark of excellent dental and patient care.  These doctors go out of their way to provide the most gentle, caring approach to crowns, fillings, cleanings, and bridges.  The work is done to our satisfaction each and every time.  These dentists are passionate about keeping your teeth and gums healthy and their patients pain free.  
Recently on  January 13th, 2018 I was awakened with diabolical nerve pain in my # 19 molar.  I placed an emergency call to the office and in less than 5 minutes, at 7:35 AM on a Saturday,  Dr. Flora Stenger, owner of the practice no less), called me back with advice as the how to deal with my pain.  Dr. Stenger calmed me down and was so sweet and caring that I already was feeling better.  Dr. Stenger called in some prescriptions ASAP.  All patients are made to feel as if we were part of the family.  The chair side assistants are also extraordinary namely Nancy, Roya and Trina.  If you want the best of the best go and see these wonderful dentists.  Call:  949-830-0074.  Thank you to all of you Earth Angels from Robin and Jim Stewart.  xo

The Drs are very professional and easy to talk to. The staff and techs are extremely nice and pleasant. I also take my son with autism here and the Drs are so patient and wonderful to him as well as their staff and techs. Always a pleasant experience at this office

Great office with a great service and friendly from the  time you enter the office you are greeted with a smile from the receptionist to the dentist Dr. Stenger  explain every single step she would be performing in a way I can understand completely… had to get treatment done I had treatment the same day.. couldn’t be more happy about my visit defenetly referring ppl over to her office..

Dentists should not sound like car salespeople; it’s freaking unbelievable how hard it is to find an honest dentist! We finally ended up with doctor Stenger and her team, and they were great. From the very beginning, they created a plan how to get all the work done, and we never felt pushed into doing something we are not comfortable with. They were also calling the insurance companies themselves to find out what are the best routes to get the work done. All the work they did was excellent, and we totally recommend them. Dr. Stenger and Dr. Basilia are both caring, professional, and friendly dentists. They are very thorough and I feel like I’m getting excellent dental care. They explain things very well to help me take better care of my teeth. During this Covid-19 pandemic, their office was very careful to keep it safe for patients and staff. Dr Stenger is the best dentist I have had.  The staff is very welcoming and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get seated in the dentist chair.  Dr Stenger makes sure I am comfortable while working on my teeth and let’s you know what is going on during the procedure.  My teeth always feels great after my visit.  My family also sees Dr Stenger and they all have the same positive experience.

I recently found Flora Stenger DDS by doing some research online. Flora and her entire staff is amazing!!! After my visit to her office for two veneers and my 6 month check up and cleaning, I was so impressed that I moved our entire family over there. In the past, I had a hard time trusting many dentist, but this was never the case with Flora Stenger. Her professionalism, attention to detail and honesty made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Stenger is a kind, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional dentist. My 90+ year old mom and dad have been patients for years and the entire staff has been so wonderful. Even with my father’s dementia, they make his experience comfortable, explain everything clearly, and take great care of him. I just started seeing Dr Stenger as my personal dentist based on a high praise referral from my oral surgeon. I received a appointment in 1 day to fix a tooth I broke figuring I would have to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a crown. Dr. Stenger fixed it with a filling…it looks as good as new. I am 70 years old and have had quite a few dentists in my life, but she is the best, by far. And her staff are friendly, helpful, and talented. Luckily in my life I haven’t needed to see many dentists, except for regular cleaning and check ups, but after my move to California from the east coast, I unfortunately needed more care. I had not such good experiences from 4 separate practices in Orange County, and then I was introduced to Flora Stenger’s practice…and what an amazing discovery!!! From routine visits to several specialty procedures, nothing but excellent care, always on time appointments, and my teeth have never been more perfect!!! I highly recommend Flora and her professional team to get you on track to healthier dental hygiene– and always an incredible visit!!

I dread going to the dentist, my teeth tend to be sensitive so it’s usually a painful experience. Dr. Flora Stenger’s office put me at ease from almost the moment I walked through the door. The whole experience was as pain free as it could be, even the uncomfortable parts weren’t that bad because of the empathy of the staff (thanks Trina!) My teeth have never felt better and Dr. Flora noticed things other dentists have missed before which I didn’t realize was causing me discomfort till it wasn’t anymore. I can’t recommend Dr. Flora and her office enough, this was my first time going and it will not be my last. And thanks for the swag bag!

Dr. Stenger is wonderful! She and her staff provide professional and gentle care, and always in a cheerful setting. I feel confident and comfortable with the care I receive, and I have very high standards. You see, my father was my dentist, until he retired, many years ago. I admit, I have always been babied, and have very high expectations for care. Even “Daddy” would approve of Dr. Stenger!

I had always hated going to the dentist, as a lot of others do, but a few years ago I went to them with a dental emergency and was very happy with my experience. The doctors, assistants, and staff are all very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. I like them so enough that when I was selecting insurance plans for a new job I based it off whether this office was in my network.

– Very friendly staff – Price was as quoted and reviewed with me – She has surrounded herself with top line specialists – Her level of patient education and time spent reviewing the particulars of my case was very high. Really delighted and grateful that Dr. Stenger accepts my Dental coverage. She is lovely, calm, and warm. Both she and her hygenist mean business when it’s cleaning time. I never feel rushed. They seem sincerely caring. I don’t have dental fears, but I suspect they could help a reticent patient through the process. This is NOT my 1st communication on this. I am sincerely glad to see Dr. Stenger when I go in, and share my positive thoughts directly!

I have been going to Dr.Stenger since she took over the practice from Dr. Kruger years ago. Dr.Flori is an amiable person. The staff is competent, friendly and caring. Dr. Stenger has expanded the practice into a state-of-the art dental practice and is to be highly recommended.

I came to my first visit at Dr. Stengers office today after hearing nice things from my co worker. I broke a tooth and was in a lot of pain, my co worker refer me to her dentist. I’m so happy she did. I had the best experience and they where able to get me out of pain!

I love Dr. Flora Stenger and staff/associates. I always feel beyond welcomed and comfortable when I go to the office-which is key, especially if you’re nervous about getting your teeth worked on. Dr. Flora has a gentle touch and is extremely knowledgeable. I can always trust that I am in good hands. Services are affordable, and once a year they even do a day where they provide free services to those that cannot afford dental care-this shows they really care about the patient, and do what they can to make sure EVERYONE can have healthy teeth/mouths. My previous dentist moved up North and I was worried I won’t find another good dentist I can trust. So thankful I found Dr. Stenger. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. She has gentle hands, she is very professional, knowledgable, and she didn’t force unnecessary dental work on me. She is definitely good at what she does. I give 5 stars for the beautiful clean facility, state-of-the-art equipment and most of all – awesome dentist.

After years of not going to the dentist (my excuse was being busy but really I’m not a lover of going to the dentist)… I started getting tooth pain and decided it was time to go in. I did some searching and couldn’t be happier to have found Dr. Stenger. I was able to schedule time with her that week – during my first visit, it was clear how knowledgable she is – she quickly found that in addition to a small cavity, I had an old partial crown that needed to be replaced. She was incredibly detailed in explaining what needed to be done and why, but she didn’t push me to do anything that wasn’t necessary (as had been my experience in the past with a different dentist). She was able to get everything done very quickly within just 2 visits – and was sweet, professional, and very gentle. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back to Dr. Stenger for anything that needs to be done in the future!

Nurse Trina was very assuring about the X-ray etc and Dr. Stneger thourouly looked into the information I rpovided about my medical history and then listened to my needs and cleened my teeth as best as I had expected. The accounting person was also very attentive and courteous and made me feel welcome and gave me an appointment as per my need. I will recommen Dr. Stenger to any one needing a great Dentist.

Dr. Stenger is a wonderful Dentist. I’m just confused about what is next. The only offer to make a next appointment was for a cleaning in three months. Nothing about whether tooth 19 should be extracted for sure, or the cavity removed and replaced with a new crown. Nor was anything said about a appointment to confirm or deny that my bone structure would be strong enough to support an implant. Please follow-up. Thanks!

I have been going to Dr. Stegner for a year now, and have recommended her to friends and colleagues. She is an excellent dentist and does not try and sell you on gadgets and does not create issues you don’t have. The office staff is also top notch.

Excellent experience for my first time with a dentist in several years. I was lucky not to have to have any cavities! Dr. Stenger and her team were gentle and kind, but also informative about non-cavity risks that I hadn’t been monitoring. I appreciated the welcome bag as well, it was a nice touch.

Best dentist I’ve had. Timely, great care, good staff. I highly recommend Dr. Stenger. Update – I just completed the last step of getting an implant and I couldn’t be happier with the process and the results. It’s great to have all my teeth again.

The office staff are very friendly. The surgeon their is top notch, and the dentist there are amazing. They will always answer any questions and they will not tell you soemthing that you do not need. I highly recommend this place. I don’t like going to the dentist but who really does? I feel at ease here knowing I’m in good hands.
