Wow. I am flabbergasted. Today was my first visit and I already love my new dentist and his crew! Dr. Farzam is really compassionate and caring. I walked in at 10am and was greeted enthusiastically by him, which was an awesome first impression. It is very rare to see people that happy in the morning. Anyway, I had my X-rays done by a very nice young man, whom I forgot his name! Sorry!!!! Terrible memory here. He was talking to me and making me feel comfortable. I usually gag when taking x rays and he gave me a break when needed. Awesome! Then, Dr. Farzam goes over my X-rays and points out everything that needs to be done. Cool! But it gets better. He comes back with a breakdown of everything that my insurance covers and how much I will owe out of pocket. In depth, with percentages and all. No one ever does that. And he does it super fast! Explains that he’s going to fill my minor cavities, start a deep cleaning, and remove my top 2 wisdom teeth. Do everything today, if I had the time. Cool! Let’s get it done! Side note My previous dentist made me come in for everything on separate days, which was a bit annoying considering I can’t take much time off work. And my out of pocket expenses were very high with my previous dentist. I appreciated that Dr. Farzam knocked everything out in one day with low out of pocket expenses. When he was giving me the numbing shots, he said sorry a bunch of times and seems like he genuinely felt bad about the pain. It didn’t even hurt that much! He apologizes more than me, and I say sorry 1000 times a day. So much so that my boss has me put money in a “sorry jar” every time I apologize to him. Haha! I wasn’t the only patient in there and he just buzzed from one room to the next efficiently and enthusiastically. What. The. Eff. He’s a dental wizard. He even gave me his cell number to call if I had problems after office hours. This guy is really awesome! My husband had an appointment later today, and I guess he told Dr. Farzam that I was in a bunch of pain from extraction. Well, guess what? He called me right away to check on me! Said it was normal since it is surgery and if I don’t feel better by tomorrow, come in for stronger pain meds. Wow! Amazing! Seriously the most compassionate and caring dentist I’ve ever met! Probably the most caring person I ever met! People like Dr. Farzam restore my faith in humanity and reminds me to be as compassionate as he is. Thanks to everyone at Florence Dental! You all rock!

This place is amazing, i have not been to a dentist in 6 years, on my first visit all the staff was amazing. Second visit today, they pulled my tooth in under 5 minutes, only felt 2 penches from the numbing needle. During the extraction, the dentist kept asking me if i felt anything. highly recommend this place

Dr. Farshad Farzam, from the bottom of my heart I THANK YOU! I have been let down by many dentists up to date and finally today I had the pleasure of being seen by you and your amazing staff. Dr. Farzam made me feel at ease. He saw me as a walk-in patient and was still concerned on keeping my wait to a minimum- although to be quite honest I wouldn’t mind waiting for his top notch service. He is honest, humble, and has a passion for helping people. In the past I have been scammed by unscrupulous dentists (who filled cavities that never existed) and shamed by other dentists for having subpar insurance. Not at Florence Dental Group. I was treated with the utmost respect by everyone and I couldn’t be happier to have found them. Everything was easy peasy and I was very comfortable along the way…. Even the x-ray tech was super friendly and could I say he made taking the x-rays fun?!?! Again THANK YOU! Your team made my yellow teeth white again and your honest evaluation has put me at ease. JUST left the dentist a couple hours ago, I’m home now trying to recover after a tooth extraction (wisdom tooth) to be specific, I deal with intense anxiety and sometimes will have anxiety stacks which is why I forever avoid going to the dentist. I honestly had the best experience EVER here dr is gentle , understanding , and always checking up on me I felt no pain at all during, a bit now after but I can’t express how great of a job he did without me feeling a thing !!! Can’t wait to go back 🙂

This has to be the best dentist anyone could possibly have, I have been coming here since I was a kid and I love coming here because not only is the treatment done excellently but you feel at home with everyone that works here! I would highly recommend checking it out!

I HAAAAATE DENTIST! If you know me you know that.  But with that being said I love coming here! I found them once when I had problems from a root canal done at another office.  They were open on a Sunday and were willing to take me in on emergency and they corrected the problems.  The staff is always very friendly and calming and they always remember me when I come in and are always willing to accommodate my needs (like give me a pillow while I’m waiting so I can nap lol). From a girl that hates dentist, This place is highly recommended! 🙂

Very nice experience the doctor was very nice an helpful, An the the hispanic guy helping him too, they take good care of u an answers any question u need , I got a deep cleaning an a filling an didn’t even feel any paint…. of course coming back here an recommending all my family too come here, thank u so much

Dr Farshad Farzam and his staff is awesome. I have a lot of aniexty and get super nervous at the doctors but I couldn’t tell you how much of a relief I had after not even a couple minutes of meeting him. He was great!!  I  recommend everyone to go here. He listens and gives you advice and is really just trying to do his best. He actually cares about your teeth unlike other dentists I’ve gone to in the past (terrifying past experience with previous dentists). He explains everything he’s doing while he’s doing it and takes his time/ doesn’t rush at all. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and understand everything that’s going on with my teeth to insurance. He is awesome and I’m soooo happy ive finally found an amazing dentist! Thank you so much!!

I usually don’t do reviews but I am so happy with the service here. I was going to west coast dental on gage and Compton before. The dentist there told me I had gum disease and needed fillings replaced plus wisdom tooth extractions. In total it would cost me over $4,000. Needless to say, I walked out very disappointed. I put off going to the dentist because I was scared of the cost. I finally ended up changing to Florence Dental Group and it was amazing! The Dr. is super nice and he truly seems to care about patients. He told me that I DO NOT have gum disease and that my teeth are fine. I only had a regular cleaning that my insurance covered. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Farzam is really compassionate and caring. He’s fast and efficient and even called me to follow up with my wisdom teeth extraction that same day! Awesome! Love my new dentist!

For a long time I have been having issues with my teeth. I have tried many doctors, but there does not seem to be anyone in the dental industry such as Dr. Farshad Farzam. The dentist has fixed and cleaned my teeth. Best prices with the best dr. I have had a root canal done here and have not felt any pain what so ever.
