Hands down the best dental practice I’ve been to. Office is very well decorated with the modern touch. Can’t say enough about the staff. Every emails answered within an hour or so. The wait is never more than 10 minutes when you come in. Dr. Tran takes the time to explain everything and let you know whats good for you rather than whats good for his pockets. My kids used to kick, cry, and scream every time i would take them for a dentist visit at Fresh Dental. But not here, Dr. Castillo is a miracle worker. Now they can’t wait to go for each visit. Having a tv on the ceiling helps too.

I am so very impressed with Dr. Tran, his etiquette, technique and mostly the confidence and experience in which he conducts procedures. I needed to have a procedure done and I was extremely nervous about it. Dr. Tran took the time to explain the process step-by-step, and also updated me along the way. I highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone who’s in need of a great Dentist and/or a specialist. I drove from Sugar Land to see him and would drive again and again if needed! I’d also like to mention the wonderful staff at Floss in Midtown, personable and always smiling – just what you need when you’re already anxious about a trip to the Dentist! Great experience so far at this location. Kristen, the office/business manager has been extremely helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. I can be a little needy, and she has handled me with the utmost level of customer service and grace. She has gone above and beyond what I feel is probably her actual responsibility, and I could not be happier or more grateful for her willingness to assist me with all of my requests. Floss should consider themselves lucky to have such a representative. Thank you again, looking forward to treatment at this location and will be referring all of my friends and family.

This is one of my favorite dentist offices I have ever been to. And I’ve tried a lot. Dr. Tran and Dr. Castillo are amazing! I’ve never felt like they are rushing and they took time to get to know me. I’ve also never felt like they are trying push procedures that aren’t completely necessary (which I have felt like dentists do in the last). They explained each recommendation and why it was beneficial or necessary. Dr. Tran caught a tricky cavity of mine that had been missed previously by other dentists. I just recently started Invisalign with them and so far so good. They have been patient and understanding and willing to work with me on various payment plans. The office is nice, clean and I love watching HGTV on the screens in the ceiling (making getting a crown much more pleasant). The front desk staff is so nice and have been great with billing and reminding you of appointments.

It was very easy to schedule my new patient appointment, I emailed with the receptionist(who was so friendly and personable!) to find the best time for me. I filled out paperwork online, making it a quick check in at my appointment. Also, let me say, this office is beautiful! Lighting, seating and wall decor is pleasing to the eye and comfortable at the same time. The staff was great! They actually took the time to talk with me and get to know me and guide me through the process. The doctor explained my x-rays and came up with the best treatment plan. The assistants were friendly and on top of their work. I will definitely be back and recommending family and friends. I have dental insurance but they have very reasonable cash prices as well!

My old friend Dr. Tran has made Dentistry something cool. His office is totally new with TVs everywhere. It’s kind of like a super nice high end Sports Grill, except you will have teeth pulled, straighter, cleaned, and FLOSSED. For some reason, Dr Tran has been telling me to floss since 2nd grade, and I was like why. So 30 years later, he told me, “remember in 2nd grade I told u to FLOSS?” I said “yea.” Then he has the best machines on the planet that he will make your mouth 3D and point out every where I missed lol. Dr Tran is very easy going and made me feel comfortable 110% when pulling out 4 wisdom teeth. I literally was amazed at how professional Dr.Tran and his staff are. Great friendly young talented staff, educated and each one is all about teeth. I’m currently waiting for my Invisalign that Dr. Tran in recommending, never 2nd guessed him when he asked me if I was interested. Well keep in mind I’ve known him for my whole life. He didn’t quite recommend Invisalign, he sold me by simply saying, Ol friend, let me fix those teeth. I said, …. alright then. Scared as ever, first step was wisdom teeth. 4 of em. Terrified! Dr. Tran was humming and whistling and was done in under 30min. Staff is incredible. Super organized and the office is above and beyond dentist client friendly! I had 4 teeth pulled out by ol Calm soft talking Dr Tran. Very experienced and punctual. Keep it off FLOSS, I want to show my before and after. I’m about to be the most smiling happy ear to ear smiling 24/7 man on the whole planet!!� And I said that Dr. Tran has been a friend (extended family) since 6/7 years old, he is doing this because he is who genuinely wants the best for all his clients. My wife and kids have finally found our trustworthy, educated, dedicated, caring, comforting dentist. He’s a perfectionist so I know I’m in good hands. And from the Staff, they are as solid and knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. Thanks Dr. Tran and staff for giving me a priceless smile and providing an atmosphere that really helped me relax. Everyone on your team has done a superb job, and I would recommend FLOSS Dental to everyone! I was not s big fan of dentists, but have learned so much on how to keep up and maintain my gums and teeth because the crew at FLOSS definitely wants you to have a perfect smile. I was very pleased with my experience at Floss Dental-I’ve been to two locations (Magnolia and Midtown) and I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the modern decor, and the time Dr. Tran took to go over all my treatment options. I am very happy with my results and how quickly I was able to achieve straight teeth! I will be going back for all of my checkups from now on and happily refer my family and friends!!

I had such an amazing experience here! Everyone was so nice, from the front desk, to the dentist, to the assistant. I was in for a whitening boost, which Raphael, did so well! Took his time during the procedure, and was very informative about each steps of the procedure. I loved my whitening results and walked out as a happy patient. I would highly recommend anyone to FLOSS Dental Midtown to anyone!
