Dr. Nguyen by far is the most caring dentist that I have come across. I was having huge discomfort and pain at 20 weeks pregnant. Many people believe that it’s not ideal to get work done while pregnant but my situation was urgent. We were able to take big precautions when doing XRays and getting the treatment done. The day after treatment she still went out of her way to email me and ask how I was doing. You can tell she cares about her patients and it’s not just a “job” for her that she is doing. Her assistant is also super nice and they keep you feeling comfortable throughout the whole process. I don’t think I would like to go anywhere else but with her. I’m recommending my family and friends with her 100%. Dr. Nguyen, I can’t thank you enough for relieving the pain and discomfort I had. For anyone looking for a dentist… look at her reviews… I can guarantee you, you won’t be returning to your family dentist again. DR. NGUYEN THANK YOU !!!

I was experiencing excruciating pain because I needed a root canal done since a year ago. I never got it done because it was (very expensive) for one tooth. I was desperate and only had so much money to pay for it on a Sunday. I called this office and they made an appointment for me and made it affordable as well. I used to hate dentists because of how expensive and heartless they can be. I’ve struggled with my finances so it means a lot to have affordable treatment, especially when I was in so much pain. Not to mention the front desk, assistant and the dentist were very kind and accommodating. They made many efforts to make sure I was not in too much pain and that I was able to relax. They played a movie for me while it getting my root canal done.

I needed a crown replaced, and in the process, some decay was discovered underneath my old/damaged crown. Dr. Thuy remedied that problem, and my temp was perfect, as was my new crown two weeks later. I have nothing bad to say about my previous dentist, and I realize this is a very subjective feeling, but: I felt I was in better hands than before, and I will definitely stay with this office.

The service was beyond fantastic. I have very sensitive teeth and the staff here made sure that I wasn’t in any pain while I was having my teeth cleaned. I waited 2+ years to see a dentist again and was experiencing a lot of tooth pain and fear of a root canal so even through the pandemic, I finally pushed myself to go. I found floss & gloss through yelp and found that they took non-insurance clients and offered lower prices compared to a few other places I checked. When I got there, they took my temperature for safety measures and shortly after I was called in. Hugo was my dentist and Lee was the tech/assistant. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. It was a great experience, they both talk you through it. I’m not gonna lie, it was was painful but remember this was 2+ years of not seeing a dentist and experiencing pain regularly. I’m just really happy to set aside any fear of tooth/gum damage/and a root canal. Btw, a regular routine cleaning is $60 if you don’t have insurance. I would recommend this place and will be coming back for my 6 month cleaning appointment 🙂

Long story short— Thuy squeezed me into her schedule that exact day that I called and she got my procedure done the very same day. She helped me so much and I was so grateful that she openly accepted me without hesitation. It was such a relief to get that tooth pain relief thanks to her. Also, her dental office is extremely clean and nice and her assistant Lijia is very friendly. While they were working on my tooth/root canal, they make you feel at home and I appreciate businesses like that. This place is a literal gem in Orange County! Let me tell you.. ya girl was in desperate need of a dentist to get a general annual check up and was concerned about some discomfort in the very back molars/ gums. I spent an hour just researching some dentists in OC and came across this dental office that was actually open on a Sunday! Most offices don’t open on Sundays (especially the ones nearby) so I was fortunate to find this dental office in my time of need. After moving to Orange County for 12 years, I never changed dentists and always drove back to LA county to see a family dentist; I figured that this was the perfect opportunity. I decided to call the office and Dr. Thuy Nguyen responded to my call in the most sincere, friendly tone. She offered to check if my insurance was covered and was able to schedule me in an appointment the same day! (Turns out one of her clients cancelled so I was super lucky and thankful). Upon arrival, I noticed that this dental office was super modern, cozy, and very welcoming! I was greeted and helped by Lee, a dental assistant that worked closely with me during my visit here. I got some X-rays taken and officially met Dr. Nguyen in person. She greeted me with a smile and I noticed how incredibly sweet, personable, knowledgeable, honest, professional, and very accommodating she was as a dentist. I know most people fear of visits to the dentist and I really appreciated that she made the extra effort to make sure that I was super comfortable and pain-free the entire time! After checking my back molars and having my scans read, it turns out that I had a bacterial infection of the gums and I needed some oral antibiotics prescribed for the week. Dr. Nguyen took extra time to check the back molars and gums as she cleaned area thoroughly and explained to me that the inflammation/ swelling of my gums would reduce in a couple days. I have to say, she made me feel really at ease and I was so relieved that my back molars weren’t the main issue. I really loved that the office has two different screens (one behind the dental chair so you can see your X-rays & right above you) as you lay in the chair. Lee (the dental assistant) helped me with my teeth cleaning and Dr. Nguyen allowed me to express any concerns/ ask any questions the entire time. Both of the staff practice great hygiene and I witnessed that all tools used were newly opened/sterile equipment. This dental office is definitely amazing and the service is phenomenal. 11/10 Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a new dentist!! Dr. Nguyen is worth the visit 🙂

I haven’t had many great experiences in dental offices, but let me tell you Dr. Thuy goes above and beyond. They took me in within 24 hrs after breaking a tooth. They were friendly, fast, and extremely thorough ensuring I was properly numbed up before anything started. They have Netflix on a monitor for you to watch and keep yourself distracted while they do your work. Upon hitting a wall where she felt like I needed to be referred out, she informed me and told me my options in detail. She was able to alleviate the pain, which will get me through until I can get to an oral surgeon. I can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work.

I had a really great experience here! Dr. Thuy and her staff were exceedingly helpful and kind. Above all, I had the most thorough teeth cleaning ever. She did not rush and she communicated with me what to work on. I was really happy with the quality of service and her integrity. This is way beyond what I was expecting! I’ve been here last week for a teeth cleaning section with X-ray and such and I love everything about this dental office. My dentist was very gentle and also her assistant. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned for the longest time and the other place suggested me to have a deep cleaning which costs a lot more. I got referred to Dr. Thuy from my stepdad a few years back. Best experience with anything healthcare-related. Very impeccably clean office. You always have her full attention, in part because she doesn’t run her office like an assembly line, so no extended waits. She works on one client at a time, so most likely, you will be the only patient there unless she is finishing up on a client before you. Both Dr. Thuy and Lee are very personable, and for me at least, make me feel like I am just catching up with good friends. Unlike many other dentists out there, I don’t feel like she just sees dollar signs when viewing me. She is very open about information and answering questions. You never feel rushed into making a decision. I always feel like we’re on the same team when we discuss my prognosis and the best options for both my health and pocketbook. Very jovial atmosphere. If you are looking for experience and great care, this office has them and more. I stayed away from dentists for the past two years because I just couldn’t seem to find anyone I could trust. I was referred to Dr. Thuy by my husband’s co-worker. I have a lot of problems with my teeth because I’m a ‘teeth grinder’. The best part was I walked in her office for a second opinion on 3 crowns that another dentist suggested, but walked out with some fillings and a night guard! She is very gentle and caring!
