Brought my daughter here for her exam, cleaning and evaluation/estimate for Invisalign and I can see why people love coming here after reading their awesome reviews. From the moment I scheduled my appointment they were very attentive, they asked me to submit my paperless paperwork online so they could look into my insurance with enough time to collect the details. I unfortunately opted out of dental benefits because it seemed the premium was more than what I would actually spend if I paid out of pocket and had no coverage for braces. Their staff was very knowledgeable and offered me a membership plan that would cover the exam, cleaning and give me a 25% DISCOUNT for a very reasonable price. I decided to wait until the day of the appointment to see if that would be a good option for us. They have a great appointment reminder system that helps forgetful people like me and before my appointment they gave me instructions via text and email. Once we arrived to her appointment we texted the office to let them know we were there and we waited in the car until they had our room ready which was like 2-3 minutes. We walked in and everything looked very clean, the front office has a big clear plastic that wraps around and every employee was wearing masks. They immediately took both our temperatures and walked us to the x-ray room. Xrays were quick and painless and then we were taken to our room. There my daughter got her cleaning and was able to catch up on her show. After the cleaning the doctor walked in and showed us her xrays and explained she needed fillings on her molars. He was very thorough and then he went ahead and talked about her being a great candidate for Invisalign. They used what they called a wand that scanned all her teeth and it then showed on a screen in 3D. I was amazed on the technology they use, (so no more gagging on that nasty puddy mix to get a mold of your teeth?!!, these kids now a days got it good I tell ya!) After the exam a lady called me from the office to go over the cost of the treatment and she went into detail on how much I would save if I were to get their membership plan, it was no brainer to choose that over paying for everything out of pocket. Now she has another free cleaning and exam for our next visit (with the membership). After paying over the phone and making our next appointment we were led outside. The whole experience was the best I have ever had in any doctor appointment, staff was very friendly and I never got to walk past other people that weren’t staff. My daughter was very happy with her visit too and can’t wait to get started on her Invisalign, we will definitely be bringing our entire family here!

There isn’t a thing I would change nor have done differently about my appointments with the staff. They made a dream of mine come true by making Invisalign available to me after having an awful 2 yr experience with a trio of practitioners (dentist, ortho, perio) in my previous city of residence. I’m overjoyed, ecstatic, and grateful to Forest Family Dentistry. Granted, true, it’s expensive but I feel it’s worth it.

I really appreciate the people here. They have taken COVID seriously, and I feel safe going to them during these strange times. Everyone who I have encountered at Forest Andersonhas been professional, had a great attitude, and made me feel comfortable. I have had a tooth removed and two deep cleanings and even though those procedures suck they were done with care to make my pain minimal. I would recommend Forest Andersom to anyone.

I’ve had different dentists but none ever really had the precision and attention to detail that Forest provides. I’ve had several traumatic experiences that just made me avoid the dentist. Besides their state of the art equipment and technology, the dentists here have a manner and tone of voice that puts you at ease. I just had 2 fillings done and barely felt a thing. They were so quick and gentle, that by the time I was asking when they were going to finish the second filling, they told me they had finished both fillings already.

Every one was absolutely wonderful! From the front desk to the techs, they all listened carefully to my concerns and worries and were so very gentle and kind. Dr. Bethell was very sweet and attentive. Not only is he handsome but he is very polite and nice as well. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. I was thoroughly impressed! Thank you YELP for helping me find my forever dentist!

Overall, great experience. Everything, from the very beginning till the end, is very efficient: appointment scheduling, x-rays, cleaning, and doctors. Very convenient hours and flexibility in scheduling. I paid less than expected but I guess it really depends on the individual health situation and insurance. I would recommend enhancing appointment scheduling online but apart from it, continue great work with excellent attention to patients!

After my very first appointment to Forest family dentistry I knew that this was the dental office for me. The staff as well as Dr. Bethel is the most compassionate and caring that I have ever known in at any dentist office I’ve been to. I am finally getting a tooth fixed that I had wanted done since been a small child that most dentist said could never be done it’s finally becoming a reality and I am so extremely happy. I have not only decided to have my children join but also my fiancé will be coming here for all dental work. If you are looking for a good dentist or even have been scared of going to a dentist in the past you should definitely schedule appointment with Dr. Bethel they are the best!

As usual the staff at Forest Family Dentistry was friendly, prompt and professional. Their newest staff member, a hygienist, worked on our 12 year old son in a professional manner and was extremely patient. Our son is a wiggle worm and complainer and she was very patient with his fidgety behavior. Dr. Bethel was, as usual, very helpful in detailing the dental conditions of our son and we have a clear understanding of what we need to do to keep our son’s teeth in a healthy state. Our family have been using FFD almost as long as they have been here in Austin and we recommend this dental office to anyone that is looking for good service.

I love this dentist’s office. I’ve had a mouthful of dental work for most of my life, and used to cringe at the idea of keeping my chompers in perfect working order. But this office is full of wonderful, competent, and caring staff that work to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible during uncomfortable treatments. I’ve got clean beautiful teeth and great breath (soooo important) and I owe it all to this team!
