I have had the biggest fear of dentists and pain associated with a tooth that I went in today heart pacing with pure fear . Jen the hygienist was so comforting . She listened to me , my fears , was gentle , and very informative . I even learned how to floss . Best experience I have ever had . The doctor , Ochoa I think is how you spell , he was also very informative and showed me my root canal . He had good humor to bring my anxiety down , didn’t poke me or the bothersome tooth . They didn’t make me feel like I was crazy . Literally the best dentist I have ever attended I will be so sad when I have to move . Thank you so much for helping me overcome this fear ! 🙂

Usually not a fan of dentist appointments, but these guys are great at everything they do. Went in for an extraction, but they were able to save my tooth and keep me smiling painlessly. Definitely the best of the 3 dentist offices I’ve been to in town. The hygienists are very personable and comforting, and the doctors are honest thorough when explaining what a procedure will entail.

I have been to many different dentists, unfortunately, I am only 23 but have needed many cavities filled and now a root canal- and wow this has been the best place. I have had nothing but great service and friendly staff. I am a bit of an introvert and a little social anxiety so places you go to only every once and a while can be a little nerve wracking alone, but I love the staff and they are always so friendly. I have been to at least 4 different dentists in the past 3 years, and by far this is the place I will be staying!

Totally impressed with my dentist’s office (Four Town Dental). I just went in for a cleaning because we felt it was more dangerous to my heart health not to than the risk of getting covid. Now I know why they were so confident in the odds of contamination. Temp checks and hand sanitizer before even walking in the door. Everyone in layers of PPE including all patients in masks. They had me pre-rinse with a peroxide solution (and finished with it too) and they used all manual tools so there was no water overspray anywhere to risk contaminating the next patient. She even polished my teeth manually. If you’re near Enfield CT and need a dentist, check them out. Love Dr Venu M. Chimmiri and his entire staff.

I needed a new dentist and kept driving past Four Town Dental. They had great reviews online so I decided to give them a shot. Glad I did! Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the doctor were amazing! I went in for a cleaning and a tooth check. Had everything done in one visit. Already booked my 6 month check-up for next Spring. Found my forever dentist! Thank you Four Town Dental! I 100% recommend.

I have been coming here for more than 20 years. Carla is my hygienist and is top notch, she explains everything and is very knowledgeable. She does a superb job consistently. I feel confident that she is by far the best. The girls in the office are very friendly, professional and great at what they do. Very happy here and highly recommend.

I’ve been putting off dental work for many year’s. Unfortunately today I had to set up an appointment for a bad tooth. My worst fear was happening. Well I got to tell you it was the greatest experience with a dentist I’ve ever had. From the professional attention given to me at the front desk to the exam, everyone was exceptional. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for everyone that helped me. Tom G

As a 20-something, I never really write reviews. However, I had to share my wonderful experience. I went in for a cleaning today and I had a woman named Jennifer. (I think I remember that correctly. If not, she’s the one who has in-laws in North Carolina haha) She was the sweetest hygienist I feel like I’ve ever had. She was very knowledgeable about the science behind plaque, cavities, etc and really inspired me to want to have better habits. You can tell she genuinely cared for my wellbeing and I really enjoyed her kind soul. She was so sweet. The dentist was also fun to talk to, and he gave me the “cool dad” kind of vibes. I followed his advice from a previous visit, and he was SPOT-ON about the entire tooth situation. This office is great! I recommend it

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!!!! So for all of you looking for a good dentist but an HONEST review, honestly, don’t look anywhere else. — I went to THREE different dentists before i came here and i’m DONE looking! I don’t think I can name the three not to go to but either way, don’t worry, Four Town Dental is here and they ACTUALLY CARE! My visit here was nothing but spectacular as soon as I walked through the door. The receptionists were kind, friendly, caring, and you just felt the love as soon as you came in the door. Like most dentist offices, you get nervous when you walk in but not here, it was kind of homey! You just felt good when you walked in and everything was going to be okay. And yes I get that might be alittle much of a way of putting it but its really at least how I felt. And this is just walking in… Now we get to the hygienists, now yes i had my own, but i must say hearing them all and how AMAZING they are to us patients just made me feel even more better. From the ones i heard they gave you nothing but care and time, they didn’t want to rush you out like other dentists!! I’m sad I forgot the name of the LOVELY lady i got but she looked over my mouth felt like three times to make sure she got everything during my cleaning!! Granted in our minds we don’t want to be there too too long but the fact she took the time to go back and make sure it was perfect meant everything to me. She also took the time to explain what each number meant when she went through my gums grading them, she told me each and every thing she did, what it meant, it was just honestly amazing and the best experience i could of ever had at a dentist. After I was done, she still sat there and explained more things to me, made sure ANY and EVERY question i had was answered, and then also gave me advice. It was truly amazing. Now lets get to the dentist himself!!! HE WAS AMAZING!!!! And alittle funny! But you could tell he really really cares about his job but also more importantly, his patients!!! HE FOUND 5 CAVITIES IN MY MOUTH (even though they were small) THAT THE OTHER DENTISTS’ DIDN’T BOTHER TELLING ME ABOUT!!! He told me that even though they were small and that they were years old, that i should get them taken care of because that way they don’t progress and its just better off. He was telling me things the dentist i saw TWO MONTHS ago didn’t bother!!! BECAUSE HE CARES! It just made me feel so happy and warm inside to be honest to know that i finally found a dentist who cares and isn’t after my money and wants to just help me be better. This man was incredible!! I truly have no words to say how amazing this man was to me!!! I trusted him and just knew i could as soon as he started talking and i still don’t know why! Maybe its true, your gut instincts are always right!!! 🙂 Now to sum it up, I’ve been to THREE different dentist offices now and I’ve never had an experience like i did today. It was amazing, that’s all i can keep saying. I refuse to go anywhere else anymore. And i know everyone doesn’t want to read long reviews but if you did, this was the shortest i could do to show everyone just how worth it this place is. Please don’t waste you’re time anywhere else, this is the only one you should go to if you’re in CT and close to Enfield. THANK YOU FOUR TOWN DENTAL! You have made me feel so at ease and took such good care of me today! Also thank you for advice on what i should do next! I cant wait to come in and trust you guys fixing my chips in my teeth next!!!!! PEOPLE, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!
