Dr Frankenbery is awesome! I’ve been coming to him for years. His new location is also beautiful I might add. Him and his staff are the reason why I don’t mind my dentist appointments. They’ve got a vast waiting room with water bottles and coffee free to you while you wait but my wait to be honest have never been long enough for me to actually enjoy those amenities. After you’re done with the visit help yourself to some free cookies which I think is a great touch. My little brother used to hate the dentist when he was younger but here, he hates it a little less cos there’s cookies.

Dr. Frankenbery saved my tooth! I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Will Baker and Dr. Frankenbery and both have proven to be extremely talented dentists. The entire team is professional and friendly. Dr. Will Baker is thoughtful, skilled and clearly dedicated to his profession. Dr. Frankenbery is in a league of his own. His bedside manner, his skill, his technique and most important – his final result are a testament to his dedication to his patients and to his practice. After other dentists suggested the possibility for a root canal, Dr.Frankenbery was able to successfully diagnose and treat my tooth without needing a root canal and he ensured it was a PERECT fit with the new crown, even sending it for a minor correction (same day as I was visiting from out of town) prior to cementing it. A+ for Dr. Baker & Dr. Frankenbery. Thank you to the entire team!

Nikki did my exam and cleaning and she was soooo nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and she also explained everything as she went along. I sometimes feel a little nervous to get my teeth worked on, but she actually made it into a very pleasant experience! Who would have thought going to the dentist could ever be a enjoyable experience!? This office is extremely nice, and every staff member is very professional and nice. My son was with me, and he now does not want to go anywhere else either! You will be very impressed also!! I can’t say enough about this place. You must see if to believe it!

I went in to see Dr. Frankenberry for a tooth that was severly infected. At the first visit I had an full on panic attack and he could see I was in distress as he entered the room. He and the assistant immediately jumped to action to get me calmed down and and relaxed. Only then did he get down to business to explain what the procedure would be, while assuring me that there wasn’t going to be any work done on the tooth that day. I returned 2 weeks later for my procedure and this time I did not have a panic attack. The assistant prepped me and when the doc came in, we got right to work, and every step of the way he let me know where he was at with the procedure. He made sure I didn’t feel any more pain then necessary during the root canal. I must admit, there was 0 pain, just a few discomforts her and there.

Provider: Dr. Johnson has an extremely contagious & friendly personality, but with a high level of professionalism. Discusses short and long term dental health goals each time. Takes time to listen to your questions and concerns. Will not encourage you to get dental work unless it will benefit your oral health. Hygienist: My hygienist is hands down the best! She is so sweet, friendly, respectable and just hands down a great hygienist and person. She is always gives meticulous care to her patients teeth and gums. She gives very practical advice on areas to brush more, etc. Even though they only may see you every 6 months, they do an extremely good job of remembering you like you were an old friend. Staff: Very personal, kind, sincere and friendly! They always welcome you when you come and wish you well when leaving! The first time I went, they did a great job of telling me what my insurance would or would not cover and they did a very detailed background on my oral care and teeth concerns. Facility: Immaculate! Clean and professional, but still warm and inviting! ****HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DENTAL CARE!!****

Although I no longer go here due to moving out of the area, I really liked this office and am disappointed I can no longer go here. Dr Johnson is professional, efficient, and friendly. The office itself is fairly new and really nice; each chair has a nice view outside to help ease stress. The staff is helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!
