Dr. Hassan and her team are amazing!!! I went in to get my regular cleaning done and they did a great Job! They kept me comfortable and made sure I was doing okay through the whole process, her provider-patient communication was superb. she went over my TX plan in a very detailed manner and where I didn’t feel pressured to get anything done or made me feel like they were just trying to get a quick buck. I can tell Dr. Hassan loves her Profession and she’s not just in it for the money. She’s sweet, nice, funny and over all very professional and knowledgeable, her team follows up to her standards and what she stands for. Thank you Franklin Square Dental for making me feel safe, and comfortable!!

I am terrified of dentists- I haven’t seen one in years! So when I started getting a toothache I put off going to see someone as long as I could. Eventually I broke down and ended up with Dr Hassan needing an extraction. I scheduled via the online scheduler and got a call the next day that they could see me sooner. When they heard how bad off I was they brought me in the same day- I was there in a chair 45 minutes after that phone call. I was terrified and in a ton of pain but Dr Hassan’s people took care of me with compassion and understanding. They told me they would take things very slowly and didn’t shame me about how I had let things get so bad. She kept me informed of what she was doing but was very gentle and put me at ease. I left her office feeling MUCH better and when they called to check up on me a few days later- I even scheduled a follow up

Having something as an emergency tooth extraction at the time COVID-19 is running rampant across the country would most likely cause concern when picking a place to get any type of procedure done. At the office of Amira Hassan DDS. This wasn’t the case, I was able to book an appointment the second I had any inclination I needed something done to my mouth. The hospitality and utter care shown for a procedure that was spur of the moment to a client that was alone and hates any type of medical environment really put me to ease trusting a medical professional who understood my case and working with me to find options along with not having insurance. I was in, numbed, extracted, and X-rayed all in the span of 38 minutes from checking in. I’m now able to go back to work and face every day problems that thanks to Amira I get to now do

I was really nervous, scared and crying due to being in so much pain from a tooth infection. Dr. Hassan eased my mind and reassured me that everything would be okay! We got a treatment plan going to kill the infection and extract my tooth! I am really excited for this (believe it or not) and wish to have her as my primary Dentist ??

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Dr. Hassan was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had jaw pain and some teeth sensitivity. She did a great job addressing the issues, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. I would highly recommend this place.

Love this office!!! I love the staff, bedside manner, and especially their patient care. They treat you like family they definitely make you feel at home, best part..they have a massaging chair!!! Upon request they provide you a therapeutic lavender scented towel, they have snacks out, this is definitely the office for someone who suffers from dental anxiety, they know how to calm your nerves and assure your security. 100% recommendable!!!

For starters, they have a huge massage chair in the waiting room. How amazing is that?! You can sit right in it to calm your nerves while you wait, and it adjusts to your body! It’s amazing. The young lady at the reception desk was such a sweetheart. Seemed genuinely happy to be there, and provided great customer service. It’s hard to run into people like that working in that industry nowadays. And from my brief interaction with her so far, Dr. Hassan was such a sweet and gentle person! She clearly explained to me what procedures needed to be performed and answered any questions I had with a smile. Will be back soon to have those procedures done. Overall, it was a great experience & I usually dread the dentist

The best dentist in rosedale/allendale area. I have gone to 3 dentist in the area until finally finding Franklin Square Dental. They don’t over charge and provide a really detailed service and don’t try to up sell. Stains on teeth from coffee she applied a paste to get reduce them before a clean. Love the positivity with the offfice as well.

Just moved to Austin and It was my first dentist visit today. I normally have anxiety about the dentist but the office staff and Dr. Amira Hassan explained every step to keep me comfortable. She heard about all my concerns regarding my previous cleaning experience with other dental office and performed very delicate cleaning as I have super sensitive gums and teeth. Definitely my best dental experience.

I just moved to Austin and finding a good dentist has been a challenge . There’s a lot of dentists and I’ve already been to three since I got here and was never happy . Until I finally met Dr Hassan .Great dentist and staff. Dr Hassan was very thorough , gentle and kind. I was super nervous and scared but she comforted me and made me calf. Staff is great and they all treated me like a VIP. Love this office am glad I found it.
