Seriously, life can not be lived with out Pam in it! Let’s rewind shall we … My twins (13yrs old) where given a referral here from their dentist. Appointment was made, and attended to. The girls where taken very good care of, they felt comfortable and not scared one bit. We sat down, went over the costs, expectations of time, ect. They had their top braces placed on same day! Bottom braces where placed on a few weeks later. They have experienced minimal pain and are not even the slightest embarrassed with having braces on their teeth. They actually show them off. One is sporting a beautiful light blue color that makes her teeth look extra white and the other is sporting silver! They are so excited to watch their teeth straighten. During that same visit, I was talking to Pam about my recent experience with Invisalign and how disappointed I was with the shifting of my own teeth. Told her my horror story of moving out of state where my treatment took place and how I had to fly back twice for appointments because they refused to give me a referral to an ortho here in Texas. At my last visit with Anaheim Hills Orthodontics, (where they stated the previous flown in visit that this last visit was the last visit) they then also refused to ship me my retainers stating that I needed to be there, again another flight in. How many of y’all can afford $500 round trip tickets every few weeks? So I personally just said fine, I can’t keep flying back here and dropped all contact with them. Pam let me know that they actually have a 5 year warranty to them and could be transferred and redone. After thought, I decided to go ahead and get them redone. Everything from Invisalign was transferred over smoothly, it was my “other” orthodontist that has been the nightmare of an issue. Basically I just found out I paid over $9k for a $5600 plan and my teeth are still jacked up. During my visit for the new treatment with Freedom, I can tell you they have TOP of the line high tech equipment. Ever had a mold taken in your mouth? Remember the goo and disgusting taste? Nope not here, they use a wand with a scanner on that scans your teeth and places it on a screen to perfection it’s really awesome to watch! The Dr gave me expectations of time and how he plans my teeth to turn out. He is kind, informative and pretty funny too! I know that my daughters and I are within phenomenal hands and that we all will be taken care of to the fullest degree. You will feel comfortable. You will feel valued. More importantly you will not be robbed and you will walk out in the end with all your expectations met! I am so thankful for Freedom Orthodontics!!

I just visited Freedom Orthodontics for the first time today. It was a very inviting, clean and professional atmosphere with a unique edge. The staff is so friendly and down to earth, and they went over and beyond in every way for me. Also, their accommodating hours and location were a deciding factor for me, as most places are not open late, or on Fridays and weekends. I’m glad I took the chance and went with them for my needs, they surely didn’t disappoint!

Dr. Smith is a kind, thoughtful and VERY well educated professional. I’ve known him and his family for years, including while he was furthering his professional knowledge at Columbia University (well done, Dr. Smith!!). I only wish that his new practice were closer as I don’t trust anyone to provide orthodontic care at the level that I know he provides.
