After a terrible experience with dealing with a Smile Keepers (just next door) over the past year I am PROUD to have become a new patient at Dr Jeffrey Jentzsch’s Fresh Dental. I needed an emergency extraction on a tooth that broke months ago, that my (at the time) current dentist refused to extract without surgery. Dr Jentzsch extracted it without surgery in less than 5 minutes once the anesthetic took hold. The entire staff I dealt with were all very professional and friendly and did everything they could to help me as quick as possible. So Thanks to everyone at Fresh Dental. You guys are the real MVPs!

During this last visit, I was so happy to see the improvement in the health of my teeth and gums over the last two or three years that I have been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Jentzsch and his competent staff. I have 100% confidence in their expertise and appreciate the genuine care and concern that I feel in each visit. Thank you for all you have done to improve my dental health!

The office exudes always a friendly, easy going, uncluttered and unhurried atmosphere! The staff are personable and professional, good team players and it’s evident they love where they work! Tony has been my hygienist for years and I love the clean mouth experience every six months, but also value the laughs we share! Recently, Dr. Jentzsch so kindly took care of a slight crumble of crown with sharp edge (with x-rays)–the visit no charge. I don’t have dental ins. now, so this act of kindness demonstrated the almighty buck is not his end all, but attending to the needs of his patients is his utmost goal! I feel I am part of a family. THANK YOU Dr. Jentzsch, and staff!

I have been a patient at Fresh Dental for several years and I am always greeted personally and made to feel that they actually expected me to arrive. The tech works extremely hard to take care of my stains while keeping a close eye on my comfort/discomfort during the process. I have complete faith in all of the personnel and will continue to be their patient for years to come.

I felt that I was in excellent hands with the skilled, friendly staff!…as did my husband, Jerry Martin. From the front desk staff, dental hygienist, xray technician to Dr. Jentzsch -all very attentive and expert. Sarah, the office manager, has helped us greatly with insurance so that we have to pay much less than with our previous dentist. I feel very fortunate to be a patient and will highly recommend! Couldn’t recommend Jeff Jentzsch more highly. Not only is he an awfully nice person, but he is a terrific dentist – his work is top notch. And he will go out of his way to accommodate the needs of his patients. Recently I had a dental emergency, and he made time for me to come to the office and have two hours of work done…all this during his (and his assistant’s) vacation days, when the office was closed. What more could anyone ask from a medical professional?

Friendly, knowledgeable staff/reception. No turnover that I have noticed; all employed seem happy and genuinely invested in the practice and therefore in the health of the patients. And I am greeted by a familiar friendly face each time, which is lovely. Dr. Jentzsch is both personable and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the head/neck cancer screening at each check-up; thorough and implementing the most up to date medical recommendations. I have full confidence that I am getting the best dental care. Additionally, next day spots are reserved for emergencies. I have both referred a patient for emergency dental care, with him being seen the very next day, and have come in myself with 12-hours notice for dental trauma. Really exceptional! I have not used the on-call service, but this is also available. I am reassured knowing that if a serious dental issue occurred after hours, I would be taken care of. Truly love this practice, and recommend to both my friends, co-workers, and my own patients.

I don’t have any issues with going to the dentist, but there are definitely dental offices that are better than others and this office is certainly one of the best. Tony, the hygienist is probably the best experience with a cleaning I’ve ever had. I have always had sensitive teeth and he not only was able to do a cleaning that didn’t hurt at all (yay!), but he actually asked me before the cleaning about any pain/sensitivity – which I have never been asked before. The entire office was friendly, polite, and extremely non-judgmental (super important for a dental office!).

A wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Jeff is a very thoughtful, gentle dentist who is good at explaining what he is doing. Coming from someone whose mouth is a monument to dentistry, I can comfortably say Dr. Jentzsch made sure it was a painless experience. His staff was very professional and personable. I felt very carried for and expertly attended.

I can’t say enough about this family dentistry! We had to look for a new dentist about 2 years ago because of insurance changes. we finally found one with Dr. Jentzsch. His staff is amazing. Sara at the front desk called and had all our records sent and checked our insurance copayment so that everything was ready to go on our first visit. Coleen the hygienist is so caring and informative. Very gentle…my husband has always hated the dentist and said that it was the easiest cleaning he ever had. Also, my children can be little sensitive and they had no complaints after cleanings. Dr. Jentzsch is very thorough and personal. So happy that we found this office. I drive from junction city to go there. It’s not the most convenient for us but worth it!
