Dr. Sam has been fantastic. He and his staff have been friendly, informative, and done great work. His place is clean ,well lit, comfortable, and has TVs on the ceilings for patients. I needed a couple crowns, had an infection that needed a root canal, deep cleaning, and a filling. I barely felt any pain at all. Most of it was the initial injections of painkillers. They always kept me informed on what I needed done in what order, and what they were doing while working on my teeth. Dr. Sam checks with me during procedures to make sure I’m okay and not in pain. Going to the dentist is always been stressful for me and Dr. Sam makes it much more bearable to the point I don’t dread going to an appointment. He has also helped me in terms of coming up with payment options and plans to help me get the most done without causing me to go broke. I strongly recommend Fresh Dental and Dr. Sam.

Dr. SAM is the best dentist ever!!! I had a tooth infection on Mother’s Day, every dental places were closed. Fresh Dental came up on Yelp and I called to see if I have any luck. Dr. Sam picked up the phone and he said they were closed at first.After knowing that I have an unfinished root canal tooth by my previous dentist, and it looks like its infected cause my whole cheek had swollen up. he’s willing to come back at 8 pm and open the dental just for me!!! The place is clean, nice vibe and great design. Dr. Sam is very detail oriented, he explained everything step by step and make sure you are comfortable with it. He care about his patients. I don’t have insurance and can’t afford the payment like in 1 whole payment, Dr. Sam is willing to arrange different payment options for me. Dental Appointment was always a nightmare since I was born, after coming here to Fresh Dental, not anymore. They have a great membership plan too! If you are still hesitating, just give them a call or drop by their place. You’ll know what I’m talking about. <3

My visit to Fresh Dental set a very high standard of how other dentistry clinics should be! There is plenty of parking and I immediately noticed how clean and modern the space is. Best dentist I’ve ever been to by miles. Dr. Sam does great work and helps make things as easy as possible. I’ve had a couple crowns, an infection that needed a root canal, a filling, pulled a couple wisdom teeth, and cleanings and I’ve experienced at most a tiny amount of pain. He came up with payment options and which things were a priority to help me get the most out of my money. The office is clean. comfortable, has TVs in the ceilings which was a first for me. I find a nature documentary can really help distract from the unpleasant noises of the drills. I strongly recommend Fresh Dental. The staff is awesome, friendly, informative, helpful, and does great work.

First of all you walk into a beautifully designed boutique style practice that’s looks so effortlessly luxurious yet casual. Second the staff is relaxed and joyful. And best of all, Dr. Sam is tranquil, confident, and super caring. I had a deep cleaning done with lidocaine shots and he went the extra mile to administer the shots in the most pain free way possible. Numbing gel first, then preloading, then initial superficial numbing, then deep numbing. Felt like a little pin prick and that’s about it. My teeth were cleaned better than ever before and my gums were not doing too well on my right side but after the cleaning they are looking brand new!

I can’t recommend Fresh Dental highly enough. I’ve had dental issues most of my life so I have had a lot of experience with dentists. My brother spoke highly of them and said I should go. Very glad I listened to him because now I’m in less pain then I have been in years. Dr. Saesim is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I usually get pretty anxious at doctors and dentist but between the doctor and extremely friendly staff I had an easy time being relaxed. By far the most comfortable I have been during any procedures is here. My teeth situation isn’t great yet they never made me feel bad for it only try their best to get it improved. Plus the prices and hours are great. If you are looking for a new, closer to home, more flexible hours, or aren’t completely satisfied with your dentist definitely should try Fresh Dental.

I would give more stars if I could! First off, this office has such convenient hours and such a great sense of urgency. I called on a Sunday morning after calling many other places in agony over an infection, and Dr.Sam was so friendly and accommodative and saw me right away! He had me taken care of from the get go with superb service and might I add a very cool-looking welcoming office! Also, he referred me to an amazing specialist that same day. I never have left a dental office feeling excited to come back before this, and that says a lot. I’m glad that I found this place and am recommending it to my friends and family!

This review is long overdue. Now that I have sometime to write an official review for Dr Sam and his staff. Long story short, I came into his office on a Thursday evening at 9 pm right after work. I had an extremely painful toothache which resulted in having to getting an emergency tooth extraction that same evening. I didn’t get out of the chair until 12 am (they close at 11 pm, sorry guys) but I had an outwardly good experience as Dr Sam and his staff made sure I was comfortable and didn’t experience “too much pain” during the process. I must say that Dr Sam is a trooper for taking his sweet ass time removing my tooth. His staff were also very patient with me and held my hands during the entire process. I healed very well a few weeks later and we had discussed about either having a bridge or implant. I kept going back and forth with my decisions, but for the temporary replacement, I have a fake tooth that looks real and it fits comfortably. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Sam and visiting his beautiful office!!!!!!!!

I came in for an exam and cleaning. The office is really nice and upbeat. The staff was very friendly and inviting. Claudia and Tiffany were super friendly. After filling out a few forms on an iPad, I was taken back immediately to the treatment room. Dr. Sam then came in and went over everything with me and explained things in detail. I then got my teeth cleaned. The whole procedure and appointment went very well. I was able to watch netflix while getting my teeth cleaned. I ended having to get a crown and I’m so happy with it. It looks perfect, I bet no one could ever tell it’s not my tooth! The staff was very kind. The office is nice, clean, organized and modern. I had a very pleasant experience and the TV screen (Netflix) on the ceiling helped me relax. I also got free samples (toothpaste, toothbrush and two type of floss). I already had a cleanup and will go back to replace some fillings.

Dr. Sam is a caring and honest dentist. To be honest, nobody likes getting poked by a needle and getting drilled on, so no dental experience is really any good for me. But what I like about Dr. Sam is that he takes pride in his work and makes me feel like he will do his best. Other than the doctor, the office is really new looking and clean. It makes me feel good that the doctor is keeping up with the new technology (compared to other dentists I’ve been to who are outdated). I’d recommend this place to others!

My experience at fresh dental was very positive. The office is located very close to the freeway exit in a nice complex, easy to locate. When I arrived for my appointment time, Dr. Sam and Tiffany welcomed me at the front desk and they already knew my name! (From appointment I assume). I had my teeth whitened and was little nervous but Dr. Sam explained very thoroughly, gave me opportunity to ask questions, took time to explain about x-ray of my teeth, and made me feel comfortable. Tiffany was also excellent and made sure I understood everything, explained step by step of what she is going to do, and made sure I was doing ok during the whitening. I am happy with the result of whitening. Even with my sensitive teeth, I was able to go through most of the whitening treatments pretty relaxed because I was watching TV on the ceiling. I will continue whitening treatment/maintenance with take home trays. The office was very inviting, clean, and cozy. It made me feel like I am at a nice cafe. I highly recommend Fresh dental and Dr. Sam and his team with Tiffany, and Claudia at front desk. Everyone was very kind and approachable. Thank you very much!

The first time I met Dr. Saesim, I was smiling through literal tears. I had an agonizing tooth ache that ended up being an infection. They took me in same day, telling me over the phone (on a Sunday!!) to get there as quickly and safely as I could and they would take care of me, and that’s exactly what they did. I work in the medical field and was (prior to my experience here) very VERY skeptical of the business practices of dental offices. In the past I had been lied to, scammed, taken advantage of, and left with more problems then going in for. I began to avoid dental care at all costs, solely because I couldn’t find a dentist that I could trust. That has all changed for me after my first visit to Fresh Dental. They took my discomfort seriously and I was immediately put in a chair and Dr. Saesim worked his magic. I’ve never met a staff who is more gentle, more aware, more upfront, or more informative. If I have questions about billing, they will show me the entire breakdown of the costs and insurance details. If I have questions about my dental care, Dr. Saesim walks me through every possible option and their individual pros and cons and then… get this… LETS ME DECIDE what I think is best. They never push for an up sell or try to encourage a more expensive alternative. This is a dentist who is doing good and honest work to genuinely help people; when I didn’t think there were any of those left in this world. Thank you Dr. Saesim and all your wonderful staff for everything you’ve done for me and continue to do for me. Also; this wasn’t just a one time visit. I think I’ve been back like 4 times already. We’re tackling every and any dental issue I have now, because I found a place I can trust. I’m never going anywhere else!

I’d like to highly recommend this place for people who find themselves dealing with a sense of dread related with a visit to the dentist. I’ve been Fresh Dental twice for whitening and treating cavities and here’s the things you can expect when you go there : First, kind and friendly staffs (Tiffany and Claudia) are gonna greet you and serve you with a beautiful smile. Second, the atmosphere of dentistry reminds you of being in a modern coffee shop. Everything looks good and neat. You can also enjoy watching TV on the ceiling during treatment. All of these thing are not just only for looks good, but also for making people feel comfort and relax. Surprisingly, I wasn’t in pain at all with my cavity treatment! The last and the best part of experiences at Fresh Dental is Dr. Sam’s way how to help patient with anxiety. He is so calm, very attentive, generous and willing to know any concerns most patients might have. I felt like he treated me more than just a patient so then I was really thankful for that. I came here for teeth whitening. I’ve had a couple friends come to this office and they were all happy with the results so I decided to give it a try. I just got my braces off today and I have a big event tomorrow so I wanted to try teeth whitening for the first time. First of all, the office is really nice and the staff were very friendly and warm. Dr. Sam and Maria walked me through the whole procedure. I was a little scared at first but they quickly made me feel comfortable by allowing me to take off my shoes, get comfy with a cozy blanket. They also gave me the remote to watch Netflix while I was laying back. The whitening session itself was comfortable. Dr. Sam and Maria were very gentle while performing the procedure. I watched tv and they turned the lights off so it was relaxing. After it was done, I saw the results and was super happy!!! They got so much whiter! Now my teeth are straight and white! I would highly recommend this office!

I had a tooth emergency whereby my tooth started bleeding due to an infection. It was the evening and Dr. Sam was about to close, but agreed to see me when he heard that it was bleeding. I went in, and there to greet me was Dr. Sam and Tiffany (his dental assistant). Their office is modern and clean – it looks like it was taken out of a magazine. Both were so down to earth and made my experience comfortable (including giving me a blanket while I was getting treatment). Turns out, I needed a root canal. I was in so much pain that I literally begged them to consider just doing the root canal that evening, and they DID. I’m so grateful that they took time out of their evening to ease my way. I was very nervous (had a traumatic dentist experience as a child), but they comforted me throughout the 2-hour treatment, and I was able to watch a movie on Netflix to distract me. The root canal was painless, and now I’m tooth-ache free. Thank you Fresh Dental, especially Dr. Sam and Tiffany, for being there for me!

I went their and had my teeth whitening and fillings done. I was very happy and impressed with the excellent services and professional dental treatments of all Fresh Dental staffs. Dr. Sam is very attentive and thorough. He took time to explain me about my teeth x-ray and photos and provided me a lot of useful information and suggestions. He’s also very gentle with his work especially when it came to the scariest part for me,anesthetic injection,which surprisingly was painless under his hands. Two thumbs up!!!!

Dr. Samuel Saesim (Dr. Sam) was born in Los Angeles, CA, and grew up in Simi Valley, CA. He received a full scholarship to Pacific Union College, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Saesim continued his education at Loma Linda University, receiving his DDS degree in 2010. After practicing dentistry in New Mexico for 3 years, he moved back to California in 2014. Dr. Saesim enjoys staying up to date on the latest technology and trends in dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Saesim enjoys golfing, rooting for the lakers, and attending live concerts.
