My 13 year old son recently had braces removed and his smile is priceless. Our experience dealing with Dr. Frial and his staff was second to none. Always so professional and friendly in the way he walked us through the process. My son was very hesitant going into the process, but was extremely complimentary of Dr. Frial’s kind mannered and professional way of doing his job. The staff was always responsive to meet our needs and very efficient in conducting business. We only wished we were aware of Dr. Frial prior to having our older daughter’s braces placed by another local doctor. Not a very positive experience. Bottom line, we were 100% satisfied with the work of Dr. Frial and we highly recommend his practice.

This review is long overdue, but better late than never!  Hands down, Dr. Frial and his staff are absolutely amazing and top-notch. My son needed braces and his dentist referred me to Dr. Frial.  After the initial consultation, I knew I did not need to go anywhere else.  Dr. Frial was informative, patient, and extremely thorough.  He gave a clear explanation of the process my son would have to go through and the reasons behind the treatment.  He didn’t scare me into thinking my son’s situation was so desperate nor did he treat the situation lightly.  He gave me the facts and his diagnosis — and there was so pressure to make any decisions right then and no feeling that he was trying to ‘sell’ me services that I didn’t need.  I went home and talked to my husband that night, but I knew I wanted to go with Dr. Frial.  I was also extremely impressed with his office staff and their organization, punctuality, and friendliness.  Just an excellent operation all around!  My son has now been through his phase one treatment (expander, spacers, braces, retainer) and is now in phase two. I still stand by my initial opinion of Dr. Frial and his office — truly exceptional.  They worked with me through financing the payment of the treatment, they are always on time, they are available when I call or have any questions or concerns, and my son’s care and treatment by Dr. Frial has been phenomenal. I couldn’t be happier with everything. Investing in braces, etc. is a huge commitment and you want to feel confident in the doctor, office, and the treatment plan.  I am more than happy with Dr. Frial and his staff and very grateful to all of them!  When it comes time for my younger son to see an orthodontist there is no question I will be going to Dr. Frial again.  I have also recommended a few friends here and they have had the same experience.  I have heard people say he isn’t the cheapest but to me that was never my first priority. I would highly recommend Dr. Frial!

Dr. Frial and his his team are absolutely wonderful. Starting with a comprehensive plan Dr Frial and Allison explained multiple options for my treatment. I knew upfront exactly what my treatment entailed, the cost, and the timeline. I was given what my insurance would cover. I am thrilled with the results! Office visits were a joy with his enthusiast team and I never waited longer than a minute – everything was so easy! The care that Dr Frial and his team provide is truly something that is so hard to find now a days! Can’t believe I waited so long!!

We have used Dr. Frial for both of our children’s braces and they have turned out excellent. We had a tragedy with our daughter’s mouth while she had the braces on and Dr. Frial came to the rescue. She was in a jumphouse and did a flip, unfortunately landing with her knee to her mouth. This caused severe trauma and the teeth were dangling from the braces (otherwise the front teeth would be missing). We called him late on a Saturday night for emergency help and he met us at his office around 9PM to stabilize the teeth. He then went with us to the oral surgeon’s office for the final reset of the teeth that night. Fortunately he saved her teeth from this accident and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was taken care of in a professional and caring way (even though it was late on a Sat evening away from his family). If we would have gone to the ER, time would have been wasted and she would probably have lost her front teeth. I completely trust Dr. Frial and would highly recommend him to anybody needing a caring orthodontist who provides the upmost care to his patients.

After consulting with 2 orthodontists, I was still unsure if at my age (in my 50’s) whether I should have braces or not.  My teeth needed it badly but dragged my feet for 3 years before making a decision.  So I went to see Dr. Frial, the third orthodontist I’m checking out.  I am so glad I did.  I felt ‘at home’, from the front desk to the treatment room.  After the first visit, I didn’t feel awkward that I was the only adult patient around. The office is run smoothly, professionally and with caring staff. Appointments are managed very well because I always get called right away on my appointed time.  Also, I am away a lot and I appreciate very much how Dr. Frial worked out  the treatment schedule to work with mine. I like how he is very detailed person. Above all, he made my teeth look so much better.   Sincere thanks to Dr. Frial and EVERYONE in his staff.  Would be glad to refer you.

Dr. Frial and his team are by far the best, most comprehensive and advanced place you can go to for orthodontics in Orange County.  The office staff is phenomenal, always friendly,  and professional on the phone and in person.  The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable and extremely clean. They have a video game room for the kids to use while they’re waiting for their appointment even though there is basically no wait.  Everything is automated, and they use state of the art equipment.  Before the appointment an email link reminder is delivered and a button to click to confirm it.  When you arrive with your kids, they personally check in by clicking on their image on the screen. From start to finish the parents are kept in the loop. In addition, he also communicates with the patient’s dentist when he sees any impending problems. Our oldest son went through two rounds of braces and today is very happy with perfect teeth.  His little brother is almost done with his second round.  Both enjoyed the ability to choose the colors of the rubber bands on their braces, and even the option to have custom pictures and images inside of their retainers.  The early treatment they were given when they were young ensured there was enough room for all their teeth to come in properly, and using the latest techniques, Dr. Frial was able to achieve all of this without any surgery.  Being an associate professor at UCLA, he is always learning and applying the latest techniques. There were numerous times for both kids where emergency appointments needed to be set up for various reasons, and we always received immediate attention. Because they play sports, trying to organize and get them in as required is incredibly difficult.  I cannot stress enough how accommodating their staff has been with us along these lines. I highly recommend this office to the young and the old, and feel very lucky to have discovered them in time to allow both of our kids to have perfect smiles.

Great office from the front desk on! Everyone is so helpful and the office is easy to get in and out of, with plenty to entertain little siblings, water, good magazines. Although I rarely even need that because they are really efficient so our appt.’s go quickly. Dr. Frial is the best, he knows what he is doing and both my son and daughter had a good experience and beautiful smiles to show for it. Thank you Dr. Frial and everyone at your office!
