Dr. Friedman is not only a miracle worker, in my opinion he is one of the best dentists, period. I have been a patient for 30 years and I trust him with my whole family. He can make the most complicated and difficult dental procedures easy (and PAINLESS, very important), and he also has the amazing talent of making ANY teeth (no matter how damaged) look good. He is incredible. He explains everything, you know anything he does is only with your best interest and he makes going to the dentist a good experience. I very highly recommend him to anyone who wants their teeth to look good, and feel good. Pam G

Really, 5 stars is all you can give?! This team deserves way more than ‘stars’. Dr. Mark and Dr. Matt gave me back my self esteem and really there’s no amount of ‘stars’ to properly communicate that, a million stars would still not be enough! I, like most, loath going to the dentist. I always feel inferior and uncomfortable laying back in those torture chairs while a man behind a mask pokes around in my mouth. Unfortunately, however, I was born with undersized teeth (thanks dad!), thus requiring some trips to the dentist for bonding. I was always told the bonding was a temporary fix until I got old enough to get veneers. It was a maintenance nightmare! The bonding would chip and discolor often so I just go use to not smiling. How sad is that!? Time went by and now that I’m in my late twenties I revisited the idea of restoring my tiny teeth with a more permanent solution. I was ready for veneers, but had two obstacles to cross first: 1. Finding the right dentist & 2. Finding the courage to go! I did my research and knew that Drs. Friedman were the best, mastering esthetics and dominating the veneer front. These were my guys without a doubt, but I was still TERRIFIED to actually follow through. I took a deep breathe and we took everything one step at a time. First, my consultation. Dr. Matt evaluated my teeth and his recommendation was to revisit orthodontics first. He explained that my bite functioned correctly, but to ultimately have the best cosmetic results, the positioning of some teeth needed to be tweaked. I understood what he was saying, but after four years of braces as a kid, I had no desire to this. He listened to me (which in itself is so rare these days!) and said that we can forego the ortho (only because my bite was correct!) and move forward with the veneers. Second, design time! I knew I gave him a challenge by not doing the braces, but he was up for it! He designed my veneers on some software in his office and showed me where one would be ever so slightly larger than the other and a slight space would still be open on the right side. I could tell he wanted to make sure I understood everything before we took the next step. Even with these two MINOR discrepancies, my teeth would still look a million times better and I was ready to move forward. Next, my appointment. Although I was excited to smile again, I was EXTREMELY nervous for the actual appointment. The Netflix was a sure distraction, but ultimately the nitrous and Dr. Friedman’s expertise is what put my nerves at ease. The chair I was in (which is memory foam and sooo comfortable btw) probably has my hand prints embedded into it because I was gripping it so tight while waiting for the injection, but guess what, I DIDN’T FEEL A THING! Their method for delivering anesthetic through a computer controlled ‘wand’ is AMAZING! I never felt the needle, which was one of the parts I feared the most. The entire experience was the exact opposite of what I was expecting! I was relaxed and laughing during my appointment, WHO SAYS THAT ABOUT THEIR DENTAL VISITS?!?! Just two painless visits, and like magic, I now have a smile to die for! I’ve literally gotten a compliment about my teeth every day since I left Friedman Dentistry. At the risk of sounding cheesy, I really feel like Drs. Friedman changed my life. There isn’t a price tag you can put on someone’s self esteem and honestly I feel a million times more confident. Smiling without covering my mouth is a freedom I’ve never felt before. They have a fancy office and all the skill in the world to back it up. I’ll recommend Friedman Dentistry to everyone who listens! Bravo, Dr. Matt, Bravo!

As someone who hates changing doctors/dentists, I have to say I am SO GRATEFUL that I took a chance on Dr. Matt! Hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever been to.  Friendly and experienced staff who did anything to make me comfortable, absolutely incredible state of the art office, and the option to watch Netflix while receiving treatment!  I would highly recommend Dr. Matt to anyone looking for a friendly/ experienced Dentist.

Let me begin by saying that I never viewed going to the dentist as an enjoyable experience. But after being referred to Friedman Dentistry and visiting Dr. Matt, my views have definitely changed. It was a very enjoyable experience to say the least. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Then as you walk through the halls of the office you feel like you are walking through a futuristic spaceship. Like something out of a movie. Then you go into one of the rooms where you are shown to your chair to relax a bit until the Dr. walks in. You even have the option to watch Netflix while you wait. How cool is that? As soon as Dr. Matt came into into the room he made me feel right at home. He used the most advanced 3D scanning software to do a full analysis of my teeth and see what he was dealing with (LOL). He then went over my options in detail. The diagnosis was that I needed some deep cleaning and then had to replace a few very old veneers. The veneers were actually the main reason for my initial visit. After doing the cleaning I was ready for the veneer update (I actually had crown and veneer combination put in). Dr. Matt went over the new shapes and after precise color matching I had my new teeth put in. And they look great! I think even better than before, I am very happy with my new teeth and Dr. Matt did an exceptional job. I will be coming back to Dr. Matt for my future dental needs and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable dentist in the valley. Thanks Dr. Matt!

I first met Dr. Friedman in 1979, when I was a little daredevil who broke her front teeth while riding her bicycle.  He took me under his wing, understanding my disappointment about my new, awful appearance and how to help me to have a beautiful smile despite the root canals and dead teeth that resulted from my accident.  I haven’t lived in Southern California since 1989, but I make a point of having my cosmetic dentistry done with him whenever I need it, fitting it in around visits to family.  He is smart, thinks problems through, has a good eye, and has always had a lot of integrity.  Whenever I’d get work done where I was living, I’d inevitably have him fix it at my next visit home.  Dentists would claim they could improve on his work and they just couldn’t.  He just “knows” my mouth and its idiosyncrasies so well.  From time to time, I recall we would switch dentists as a family, looking for someone who cost less for checkups or something.  Inevitably, they’d start recommending a ton of expensive fillings and we’d realize again that Dr. Freedman was just worth it and go back.  He would never do a thing like that.  Ever.  He’s a great general dentist, and a great cosmetic dentist.  Enjoy!

This dental office is so clean and so high tech with Star Trek like doors, reminds me of the Apple store. Dr Friedman examines your mouth using a super high powered microscope… he even e-mailed me a short video with voice over about my cracked tooth.
Dr Friedman spends a lot of time with you and I never feel rushed he takes the time to explain and answer questions. Everyone in the office friendly and kind you can tell they really care about their patients. The hygienist I see spends about an hour cleaning my teeth (while I watch Apple TV) my teeth feel like glass afterwards they are so smooth, at my prior dentist the cleaning was pretty quick and my teeth never felt smooth like they do now. My experiences with Dr Friedman have been pain free he uses a computer injection for numbing which is pretty amazing. Great doctor, highly recommended.
