I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DENTISTRY! EVERYONE IS AMAZING FROM THE DENTIST TO THE DENTAL HELPER TO THE LADIES UP FRONT! I am oh so glad I chose this place! And the funny part is I NEVER RESEARCHED like I typically do! I was always driving by and it just stood out for some reason so one day my wheel turned on its own. And i am so grateful it did. Had a wonderful first visit today with my four year old grand daughter. Everyone was professional and knew their jobs but yet made us feel right at home. I am very impressed with Frisco Elm! They were very quick and patient. We went for a 2nd opinion for my son and they not only found other issues they were charging 1/2 of what Healthy Smiles did! Myra was great with getting the insurance info and making sure it was all correct. Dr. Suri was very polite I enjoyed them so much I made an appointment for myself this week. There office is very nice and clean. They use iPads for check in vs. pen and paper.

All the staff is very nice and professional. I was a walk in with a tooth ache and they took me in right away. Dr Suri took extra care of my teeth and showed me where my teeth needed attention and took care of them. I felt no pain as she numb my gums and the procedure was painless I even fell asleep during it. They saved my weekend. Love this place

I just moved to the area and I saw this place on google . After I saw the reviews I called to book an appointment . Mayra was so sweet and helpful scheduling my appointment , you don’t see this very often . I arrived and they greeted me with a huge smile. I wait just like 5 minutes and Doctor was very professional and attentive same with the assistant . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ALL STAFF IS AMAZING, very clean and customize service. The staff took great care of me. The were hospitable to me and my wife who was in the waiting area. If you don’t like getting your teeth cleaned, it helps that they have dish network on a ceiling mounted flat screen for you to be enjoy and be distracted from the cleaning process while you’re leaned back in the seat. In all, it felt good for me to come somewhere my business is clearly appreciated. I would recommend this practice on the premisss of service quality combined with great hospitality.

Took my toodler here for his checkup since we’ve relocated to a different city and I our experience turned out well. The office is decorated very nicely and they have a small area for small kids to play.They were quick and straight to the point. They even entertained my 2 yr old (as he was doing what 2 yr olds do). After not going to the dentist for about 10 years since the only dentist I have ever seen my entire life passed away. I decided to find a new one. Frisco Elm dental was close to my work and home with great reviews online so I thought I’d go for it. Two fillings later, a deep cleaning, free teeth whittening, and some prescription mouth rinse later and my mouth is the healthiest it has ever been my entire life and my gums do not bleed when I brush anymore. Dr Suri is one of the most empathetic people that I have come across. Her staff and the whole experience at the clinic is such a delight and is refreshing. I had a reference through one of my close friends and took my mother there for extractions last summer, all the way driving from Colleyville to Little Elm. I loved it that through every second of the procedure (no exaggeration here), she was checking with my mom to make sure she is fine and making her feel at ease. Mom had 5 extractions and being a diabetic, we were amazed at the speedy recovery and little pain she had. She literally worships Dr Suri and cant talk enough of her with her family in India and USA. Mom waited for a year to come back from India to see Dr Suri again next month. That is the level of trust and appreciation we have in her. I found this place through a random google search, but I was not disappointed at all! They got me scheduled quickly considering all the restrictions from the pandemic, the office was really nice and all the staff I interacted with were extremely nice and professional. Also the price estimate for my treatment plan (several cavities and a root canal) were much less expensive than I was afraid they were gonna be, so that was a relief. I highly recommend them!

My husband knew I had a bad experience at a local dentist where my needs were not valued but the money I brought to the office was. I had some work replaced that I hadn’t asked for and felt I had been strong-armed into it. I also was overcharged and had my explanation of benefits from my insurance company to back it up. So, once I was refunded, I wasn’t going through that again. I wanted to find a dentist somewhere else that somebody really liked…that’s what lead me to you. I agree with my husband! My first visit was top notch. I got my teeth xrayed, cleaned, a filling, and my chipped tooth fixed in one visit and I am amazed at the price! I think I still owe money. There is no way this is right!!! You guys are great…and I didn’t need anesthesia!

I plan to stick with this office for a while. 2/5/2019 update: I know go to Frisco Elm Dental & I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail. From the moment I checked in, to the x-rays, to actually seeing the dentist I felt welcomed and relaxed. I have had bad dental experiences, but the staff at Frisco Elm Dental made sure I was comfortable and always asked questions and explained what they were doing both before and during the process. This was our first visit, facility is very nice and clean. All staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. I loved that they had TV’s to watch while you were in your chair. supposedly the chairs have massagers too! I didn’t know at the time so I I didn’t use it. Staff explained everything in detail. Kind caring and took the time to thoroughly go over my X-rays and explain everything to me. The dentist actually stays in the room and doesn’t leave it to her assistants to do everything. You get one to one time with her and she won’t stop until she has resolved the issue! She goes above and beyond, and the rest of the staff were amazing!
