Love Fullerton Dental Art!  They really do care about your comfort and really keep you educated on what they are doing and why they do it. Dr Patel, his partners and staff are super nice!  Also for scaredy-cats like me, they really do take their time and make sure that you are not in any pain. They are so good, I drive all the way from Irvine because there manner and service is so incredible.

Really caring and wonderful staff. The only service they upsell is the importance of flossing at home. I’ve gone to dentists since I was 3 and this is the first time I’ve taken the time to remember the names of the staff. Thank you for the always welcoming and kind experience Pallavi, Dr. Patel and Teresa!

Hello to anyone reading this review. I’m a person who HATES every dentist. I was in so much pain I just had to break down and go. I decided to go to Diamond Dental care and what an experience I had. For one the whole staff makes you feel like you are at home and actually go out of their way to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during your visit. Now we get to the dr who is the only dentist I will let put his hands in my mouth. I now go on a regular basis for them to give me the proper treatment my teeth need. Dr Patel will go out of his way to make sure that you will never be in pain and fixes all issues without any issue. For a person who had not been to the dentist for over 5 yrs I’m really glad to become part of diamond dentals family. So to conclude my review. Thank you to all staff and dr’s that are there to make me want to go to the dentist so I can always have that perfect smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

(…) They are extremely well-trained professionals. The moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles and they enjoy communicating with the patients. The atmosphere is really relaxing and provides you with a feeling of family (if you regularly get your cleanings and procedures done). Not all dental offices and dentists are created equal! Every time I come here, I have had a pleasant experience. Everyone is nice and friendly and accommodating. They even schedule your appointment at once if it is an urgent issue. The doctors are very experienced and professional. I have had fillings done and it was done very quickly and efficiently. They even follow up a few days later to make sure that everything is going smoothly and if for some reason the fillings need adjustment, the appointment is scheduled at once to take care of it (…).

I visited Fullerton Dental Art for the first time. They were very friendly and explained about issues with my old metal fillings and that I should have them refilled with white fillings, to prevent from getting cracks and needing costly crowns in the future. It was great to have the extra education on all the issues caused by gum disease as well. I will definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you!!

Doctors & staff are fantastic. They spend time explaining everything and always make sure I am pain-free and comfortable.  I am not an ideal patient and remembering to schedule every six months is the last thing I want to do, but they always send me reminders and accommodate my work schedule.  I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience.

Recently moved back from out of state after a few years – reached out because of changes with employment but needed to do some basic cleaning. They contacted my insurance and took care of everything. Moved my appointment to ensure the least out of pocket cost! Great experience every time – always focused on their customers!

Fullerton Dental Art is a great place to receive professional dentistry. They were very clear on the insurance coverage and explained what my financial responsibilities are. Dr Patel is even going to take care of contacting my medical PCP to discuss other items that require them to take care of them together. Fullerton Dental Art so far has gone far beyond the typical service I’ve received in the past. The dental assistant and front desk ladies are very accommodating and know what needs to be done to assist the dentist to deliver the best dental check-up.

Hands down for gentlest, friendliest, and highly knowledgeable staff. They have the most superior customer service and a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed. From the first phone call, to the cleaning and consultation, every encounter with the staff made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this dentistry!!

(…) If you have a phobia of visiting the dentist then set up an appointment with Dr Rajul Patel, after your first visit it is highly unlikely that you may want to see any other dentist. I was highly impressed with his gentle hand and years of experience in his field of dentistry plus his professional mannerism, I will feel very guilty not to mention his courteous and friendly staff Norma and office manager Pallavi (…).

Another local dentist said that I would have both “eye” teeth pulled and replaced plus a lot of other work such as fillings and crowns. Since this would involve a lot of pain and money I decided to get a second opinion. So, I came to Dr. Patel. He agreed about the fillings and crowns but disagreed about my front teeth needing to be pulled. Dr. Patel referred me to a local endodontist and between the two of them, they were able to save my teeth and put crowns there instead of pulling them. There were a few times during treatment that Dr. Patel was able to put in fillings instead of crowns, saving me hundreds of dollars. Dr. Patel and his wife and office manager Pallavi are fine people and make a great team to work within getting my dental work done with the least amount of pain possible along with saving me money along the way. I have been going to Dr. Patel for over a year and I highly recommend Fullerton Dental Art for anyone needing quality dental work.
