We started going to Fullerton Dental a few years ago, but switched to a more convenient location. When the time came to do some serious dental work, (bridges, root canals, and wisdom teeth extractions) we decided to call around for quotes. Boy, was that a great move! Not only were they cheaper, but the quality of work they did was off the charts. And most of all, the cooperative nature of every employee in this office is unparalleled. They go waaaay out of their way to accommodate you. They even scheduled us appointments in other offices so we could use our insurance that was running out in 2 weeks. I really can’t say enough great things about them. We will NEVER EVER go anywhere else again! If you want the best, look no further… Fullerton Dental, YOU ROCK!

Had a great experience with Fullerton Dental. Our daughter has extreme oral sensitivity as well as special needs. Because of these issues, at age 7, this was her first dental visit. This place is amazing! They are truly helpful and put their patient’s first. My boyfriend was in a lot of pain and after several calls to other dental locations that were booked for the week, Fullerton Dental Group was able to get him checked out and figure out what was wrong same day. We just moved to the area and needed a dentist quickly due to my husband’s wisdom teeth coming in. FDG was very accommodating and was able to see my husband right away, along with refer him to an oral surgeon days later to perform the surgery. I also scheduled an appointment for a check up for myself and Dr. Bhatia was fantastic. She was knowledgable and friendly. Very patient and kind, along with being gentle during my multiple visits as I needed a crown and onlay. The hygienist (Mark I believe) was great too, as he performed my deep cleaning and was very thorough. Very clean, professionally run office with some of the best customer service I’ve encountered, thanks to Ernie the office manager. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a dentist in this area.

I have made appointments at this dental office several times and I’ve only had really good experiences! From reception to oral surgery, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Wait times are short, office is clean, and employees take all necessary safety precautions. At the front desk, Chi explains everything well and is so helpful every step of the way. Making an appointment has never been so pleasant! Dr. Bhatia treated me on my first appointments and I have to say, I have never had such a great dentist. She was so informative and listened to my concerns. Dr. Bhatia explained where my dental issues stemmed from, the procedures she would perform on me and made sure I was comfortable. Previous dentists have made me feel as if my concerns were not valid but not here! I no longer feel anxious when going to the dentist. I have definitely found my favorite dental office.

Finally made it in to see the dentist. I was very excited to see how clean it was. The staff was super nice. The equipment they use is state of the art. I was very comfortable coming out. I had Zero cavities and all I needed was a cleaning. They informed me of other procedures to prevent gum decease and I’m taking advantage of it. I appreciated the options. I highly recommend Fullerton Dental. I didn’t feel they tried sales pitches on me. It is all informative information. I would have felt they didn’t care or were not up to date with modern dentistry if I would have heard of a procedure elsewhere and my dentist had not even commented it to me. In the end it’s my choice. But I appreciate the options. They seem to be on top of what’s out there.

Decided to try this new dental location. Omg, unbelievable. So nice, friendly and really tried to get us the best prices. Half the price of other places. They accepted my dental plan also. I was amazed at the true caring for the patient. Samantha was so nice. She did everything she could to make our journey a pleasure. Never have I been treated at a medical appt with such genuine care. I have a serious dental phobia and have been avoiding going for years. My friend recommended I give this place a try because of how great of an experience she had. I am so in love with my new smile. Without this office and this dr. I would never have been able to do this. I had such bad anxiety when it came to the dentist. So many other offices did me wrong and caused me so much pain. But here with Dr. Bhatia and her awesone assisstant Andrea i was so comfortable and anxiety free. We have been seeing Dr. Bahtia for about 5 years. I was a little apprehensive to bring my daughters here because my girls were only 3 and Monrovia Modern Dentistry does not specialize in pediatric dentistry. Nevertheless, we have an HMO and this was the facility assigned to us. I ham so happy we found Dr. Bahtia!!! She is AMAZING with kids!! She has a young daughter and you can tell. Dr Bhatia has done another SUPERB job on a crown within the smile line. You can’t tell which are the crowns and which are my natural teeth. I work in the dental field but the doctor who employs me is a specialist and does not practice general dentistry. Even the wife of the doctor I work for had to come really super close and stare for quite some time before she could finally pick it out and even then she was hesitant. She was impressed too and that’s saying something. So I do know what I’m talking about when I say my crowns are the best or perhaps I should say the crowns that Dr. Bhatia placed are the best! As far as people complaining about cost of dental care…dental care is expensive no matter where you go. Those people are not taking into account the years and sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars of student loans to get through school not to mention the cost of each and every dental chair, x-ray machine, lighting, instruments and overhead. Dr. Bhatia and her team are worth every single penny. They stand behind their work. The front desk does a fantastic job managing the patients standing in front of them and answering the phones. They always have a smile and even a hug on days when you’re not feeling quite so chipper! They bend over backwards to help you with finances to find the best fit for your pocket book. There was a time when I was unemployed and they really did all they could to help me and my family. The back office staff is just as fantastic. They are efficient, competent, and friendly. I feel like everyone in this office is part of my extended family. I love this whole office and unless I move, this is my office for life!

I’ve been going to Fullerton Dental Group for the past year-and-a-half. I also take my two daughters to see Dr. Pham I definitely agree with the five star customer service they provide if I could give them a higher rating I would. After reviewing a couple of the reviews I was shocked. After having my apointment today I can assure you those reviews are a waste of words. I can only let everybody who reads this know that not only have they provided excellent service and Dentistry. They make you feel like family…. I can assure you, you wont receive anything less than five star service. From the staff at the front office, the dental assistants, the doctor and the hygienist. My children look forward to seeing their doctor and love getting their cleanings . Starting from my oldest daughter(8) to my smallest (4) they always have a great experience. The dental assistants Tina and Jason always make them feel comfortable in that scary chair, they let them watch the Disney Channel and always give them a toothbrush kit for being such great kids. Nicole is always willing to help anyone with finances especially me with 2 kids you can only imagine how sometimes it’s hard to get the treatment your children need done, the same day as your check up to avoid having to come back a second time. Thanks Fullerton Dental Group I look forward to seeing everyone in 6 months and will definitely keep referring my friends and family.

I saw another dentist just days before an emergency toothache sent me here.They were much more thorough than the previous dentist, helped me to sign up for a dental discount thing which saved me a couple hundred bucks (no insurance) and the dentist actually listened to my complaints and found the issue, showed me the x-rays and explained everythihg.They did full mouth x-rays, took some photos and even gave me a slip which outlined the other dental work I needed and the costs for it. They outlined the best course of action at the time to fit my budget and didn’t push me to do more than I could afford at the time.For someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in 6+ years, this was a positive experience.Oh, editing to add– they also got me in same day within just an hour of when I called.I will definitely be going back!

I called in the evening when they were getting ready to go home because my 5 year old had a minor dental accident. I had already called about 10 dental offices but no one would take her. Monrovia Modern Dentistry took her right away and were very helpful completing the insurance paperwork. When we got to see the dentist, my 5 year old was upset and really didn’t want to cooperate. The dentist sat and talked with her, showed her pictures of fun things, and taught her about the instruments. She never once seemed pressed for time and she finally my 5 year old opened her mouth. The dentist was gentle and fun and caring. My 5 year old never once cried (this is a first for us) during the visit – even with a tooth extraction. She was happy the whole time. After being with another dentist for 30 years, I was reluctant to seeing any new dentist, but my new insurance caused me to have to look around. I vetted many dentists and saw their very high star rating after over a 100 reviews, so made an appointment. “Very impressed” hardly describes how I felt after my first few visits and progress on the dental issues his team is addressing. Starting with a call from Dr Ly the night before my appointment (who does that??), to one of the most efficient teeth cleaning, xray and photos of my teeth I’d ever had. I quickly realized how much I had missed for so many years at my previous dental office,, this was certainly “modern” and the difference was amazing. The periodontist, Dr Vahe ?, was also amazing, and the whole office staff is very positive and friendly. As a Medicare insurance broker, I’ve referred at least 10 new patients to Monrovia Modern Dentistry since they accept several of the plans. So I had an emergency! My filling came out in my second from the front tooth! It was bothering me and my dentist couldn’t get me in for two weeks!! I called around and found Monrovia modern! They took ex rays and pictures. More then anyone ever had! Explained everything in detail that was happening to my teeth! I’m so glad I got a second opinion! Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover…. One of the only they don’t take so it was very pricey!! But with understanding. Good work cost! I’m extremely satisfied. My filling dosnt even feel like a filling! Made suggestions to my about future care. Need to see if I can get insurance to cover but I most certainly would like to go back!
