They exceed all of my expectations. They make you feel so good inside. My teeth are horrible. I enjoy cracking jokes, having fun and they get me. They explain to me what is happening and throughout the entire visit. They recommend preventative measures to ensure future healthy teeth and gums. Oh my gosh do not forget your gums! Just had a cleaning by Tiffany Johnson Bangs. What a great name and even better human being. We listened to 80’s music but you can request any music you’d like. Toys and stickers for the kids (and kids at heart). Coffee bar. Soft cushy sofa and chairs. New signage out front. I feel like I’ve known them my whole life. I have btw. Things change but a reliable caring dental hygienist, and dentist, highly trained and well educated, is something you hold onto and appreciate and cherish. If you need emergancy scheduling they are flexible. They really do care about you and it shows. I live kinda far but it is worth the trip and it’s located in the shadows of Miller Park. Worth it. Go there now! Do it! It’s something that has to be done, so you may as well do it right. Make the right choice. I did. You want gas? You can have gas. Never floss? They’ll floss for you! Happy, healthy, highly recommend. Tell them I sent you. I look forward to my next visit. Who says that? Patients of Funke Family Dentistry do, that’s who.

The staff is amazing, love that is it family owned. The office itself is very welcoming, and updated. Dr. Laura Funke as well as her father are excellent doctors and make you feel comfortable. Ive been going to Funke Family dentistry for over a year now and I feel right at home. Everyone is super kind and professional and prices are super affordable if you pay out of pocket. Shot out to Dr. Martini and Shae the dream team who made me feel super comfortable during my root canal and explained everything very well. I wish you all continued success!

Absolutely amazing team. They made me feel extremely comfortable as I have anxiety about any dentist. They are quick and they were able to get me in immediately when I called with pain. They are attentive and understanding. Also extremely affordable care. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

My family and I have been coming to Funke Family Detistry for over 30 years. The staff is simply amazing and always greet us with smiles. Dr. Laura has a nice calming effect when she works on you. Tiffany the hygienist is really great too. My dad was a patient to Dr. Jim Funke forever as well. I agree with other reviews that they really care (and are not trying to upcharge you with every little thing). They are probably the only dentist that we actually look forward to coming in to see.

I’ve been going here for about a year or two and it’s the best Dentist Office ever! Such nice secretary and the hygienists and dentists are so sweet and genuinely care about you! I was here for a four molar extraction to help me make room for braces and they would constantly ask if I was okay and how I was doing. They’re such great people!

Dr Laura is the best dentist we have ever had. The kids love how fast she is and as a parent I love how she doesn’t just “fill cavities” she fills when they need to be only. For kids teeth that they will lose in a year or two this saved us a lot of money. The staff is so nice and accommodating to our crazy scheduling requests. We drive 30 minutes to come here…they are worth it!

Thank you Dr. Funke!  I recently moved to the area and I had the worst pain I have ever experienced in my tooth.  My cousin recommended Dr. Funke (she has been going to see Dr. Funke for over 20 years).  They were able to get me in the same day.  I do not handle dental offices very well…as I was very nervous and apprehensive about coming in.  The staff was wonderful and very attentive.  Dr. Laura Funke was incredible (she is a third generation of her family to work in the practice- her grandfather started office in the 1920s).  She was very professional, calming,  and had a wonderful demeanor.  I felt so much better after my visit (and I am glad I have found our new dentist for our family).

Hands down the best dentist in the entire Milwaukee area and beyond. I have been going to Dr. Funke since I was a toddler and at 24 years old, I still actually enjoy going to the dentist! My family of six still goes here even though they live in delafield, and now my boyfriend also goes here. First of all, easy as pie location to get to and they have a perfect parking lot. BEAUTIFUL decor and touches for their clients- from a Keurig machine and bottled water, to up-to-date magazines, a fish tank, and gloriously comfortable armchairs. The receptionists are full of life and memory– you always pick up where you left off here and they are genuinely interested in hearing about your life. Dr. Funke and his daughter, Laura, are sweet and genuine doctors who try everything in their power to make you comfortable. They are caring and lovely people– the ONLY people I can say that I like to see despite the fact that they drill my teeth. Going to the dentist could be tedious, but with this establishment its more like going to a family reunion every six months. The dental hygienists are sweet and considerate, funny and in tune with your needs. Do not miss this chance to actually LIKE your dentist. Trust me.
