i have been under the orthodontic care of Dr. Schupak and her capable staff since July 2016. The office is friendly, upbeat, diverse, and inclusive. i truly enjoy going to my orthodontic appointments. Her team did a great job of explaining the process to me and managing my expectations when it came to the financial side of things (graciously working with me when i needed a little help). It is easy to make appointments at times that work for me, and when i have had to cancel or move an appointment, the process was painless. i especially love that i receive email/text reminders of my appointment dates and times — sometimes i forget, so it really helps! It brings me comfort to know that Dr. Schupak and her staff have many years of experience in the field. It gives me confidence in my prescribed course of treatment and enables me to trust the process, even if i don’t understand it! I was recommended to Dr. Schupak by my dentist Dr. Koretz – he actually recommended her to me over ten years ago when i first asked him about orthodontic treatment and i kept putting it off. i am happy that i finally pursued this treatment for myself. I receive daily compliments on my teeth and smile, even with a mouth full of ceramic braces and elastics! I look forward to providing a final update to this review with before/after photos once my treatment is completed.

This dentist office is always clean, comfortable, and a friendly environment! However, I have to say that Dr. Gail Schupak, is the best Orthodontist ever! She’s warm, caring, and very compassionate. My daughter received her braces through a fantastic program called Smiles Change Lives, but doctor Schupak always treated us with the utmost professionalism and respect. If you’re looking for an experienced Orthodontist then I would highly recommend that you consider this doctor, you will leave her office with a smile on your face!!

Dr. Schupak has been my two daughters’ orthodontist for the past 6 years. I am a mother of three–my oldest is 15–and so I have seen a lot of health professionals over the years. Dr. Schupak is one of the best I have ever worked with. It helps that her staff is also top-notch. Everything from ease of scheduling appointments to the quality of the work that is done to going above and beyond with insurance issues is first class. So grateful to have her and her team in my kids’ corner!

Dr Shupak and her staff are extraordinary. At 52 years of age, I never had braces and my teeth were beginning to shift. My regular dentist recommended Dr Shupak. I worried that her fees would be too high because she has a large office located in one of the most expensive areas of Manhattan. To my surprise, her fees were very competitive. The Invisilign braces I received only cost about $800 more than what I would have paid in Miami, Fl (where I also live), and the payment plan was easily met. I just had the last set of braces removed and am absolutely thrilled with my teeth. They are straight, and my bite has been corrected. Throughout the many visits to Dr Shupak’s office, I was always treated with the utmost care and attention, and I never had to wait. I cannot say enough about the service provided.
