This review should be worth 5 stars times 5 people since my husband, my 3 children and I have been coming to see Dr. Gamal Tewfik since 2013. I remember, the very first time I came it was because then 9 year son somehow broke my 6 year old son’s molar when they were playing. His moler was broken vertically and I was very concerned. Dr. Gamal took care of our son so gently that I trusted to bring my other 2 children for cleaning and check ups. Even my 3 year old daughter did so well with him. When I came, I really liked the way he listens and explains. He has a lot of empathy and is very profesional, gentle in his work and respectful and kind in the way he treats others. Recently, I had an emergency. I was in the worst pain I could have ever felt in many years. I don’t think I ever felt such pain before. It was late and I had an infection. I called the office, it was about time to close, the doctor seem tired, but yet took me and took care of the infection. He was so gentle and even in his tiredness, he did not take shortcuts nor did he compromise in quality. He was very compassionate and really gave me the best care. I am so grateful not only for him, but also for his staff, Marie and Angelica. They were by his side and by my side and made arrangements to make sure I made it through the emergency I had. They followed up with a call to make sure I was doing well the next day. I had no words to explain how grateful I was for their care. He has continued to see my children and they love coming to see him. He is by far the best dentist I have ever met and he works with the best team.
