Best dentist experience ever! From setting up an appt to check-in to wait time to hygienist to Dr. Garces, my experience was great! Being a physician, I pay attention to all the details from first contact attempt through checkout…& this was such a pleasant experience! Happy and relieved to have found my new dentist!

Dr. Garces and her staff are incredibly talented and caring, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my course of treatment.  At one point, I nearly fell asleep during my cleaning.  I have had two wisdom teeth extracted, and a few cavities filled.  I had virtually no pain during or after the extractions (just some anxiety beforehand, of course), and my mouth is as clean and healthy as ever.  I highly recommend the Garces Dental Group.

If I could give 100 stars, believe me, I would. Dr. Garces and the entire staff are really among the best in the country. I’ve lived in multiple states and have experienced a variety of dentist offices. Hands down, the best service I have ever gotten. They take the time to talk to you, make you feel comfortable and also are extremely diligent in their practices and ensure each tooth is taken care of with extra attention. Really, if you are looking for the best work and staff, look no further!

I started coming here about 2 years ago. I go back every 6 months for cleaning and checkups. Everything about the office is great. It is clean and sanitary with a modern feel. The technology is state of the art and improves the speed of the visit and the experience. The dental assistants have been kind and are focused in their work. Dr. Garces is very attentive. She seems to remember each patient and even their patient history. I have no apprehension about going to the dentist. No pain whatsoever. She filled small cavity one visit and did a small bonding repair another and I never felt any pain whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Must say that if you are worried about COVID-19, you don’t have to at Garces Dental Group as they have updated their dental office to ensure patients and staff are safe. They have installed the latest equipment in each clinical room to shield both patient and staff of microorganisms that may be in the air. The  suction system is state of the arts! . Very impressed on how safe they made their offices to keep us healthy. I am not at all hesitant to refer my family and friends to Garces Dental for their dental needs. Also there is the Garces Laboratory a few offices down that does COVID-19 testing too. Thank you for excellent dentistry, your care and the experience.

These last few days, have been about Thanksgiving ,so I wanted to thank the team from Garces Foundation. In 2014 I had the opportunity to meet them. They are so dedicated to their community, and give dental care to those that do not have the possibility to obtain professional care,all thanks to the idea of DR. Beatriz Garces. I am witness of their life changing Foundation. Since then I have become a patient. Each time I arrive at one of their offices I can feel the kindness and the professionality as they gracefully work. Nowadays it is quite strange to find such kind and gentle hearts ready to sacrifice their time, and skills for the good of the community. I have seen them work regularly in their own offices and I have seen them working as volunteers. There is no change in the quality of the work for they do not distinguish between a person who has paid and a person who can’t. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Garces who is surrounded by her amazing group. God Bless Them.

Dr. Garces is an excellent dentist. She is a not only a thorough professional, she is obsessed with high-quality dentistry and the patient experience. While attention to details and efficiency matter to her, she is also very caring and personable. Her office is clean and modern. I am impressed with the technology that is used and the efficiency of her staff. I am always seated in the chair promptly after my arrival. As a bonus, her dental hygienists are clearly the best in the business. I am looking forward to my next six-month checkup and cleaning!

I’m so happy to have found a Dentist that I love. Roughly two years ago I took the first step in overcoming a pretty severe dental phobia and made a call to Garces Dental Group. I was a ball of nerves and had been avoiding the dentist for many many years. They were able to see me very quickly (within a few hours) which was unexpected but appreciated. That first visit was a rollercoaster of emotions for me: nervously pacing the waiting room, heart racing, full of irrational fear, and an overwhelming sense of embarrassment about my neglect. Immediately upon my entering the office, I could feel my blood pressure lowering. The entire staff was so friendly and reassuring. The receptionists, hygienists, and doctors all put me at ease. You can tell they all love their jobs, and it’s a contagious feeling. In the course of an hour I was a different person. Having the weight of dental anxiety lifted off your shoulders is an amazing thing and it takes a special place like Garces to achieve it so effortlessly. I had many procedures over the course of six months and in the process I had appointments with almost all of the staff, including part-time specialists, and everyone was so great. My major work was completed over a year ago, but I really look forward to going back for my regular cleanings and exams now. And that is something I never thought I would say… especially the terrified me from two years ago. Finding a good Dentist can be a scary and overwhelming feat in a big city like Philadelphia, so I’m eternally grateful to have found this gem.

Dr. Garces and her team offer the best service in the Philadelphia area.  The office is very clean, good staff, friendly, and they are reasonable when it comes to appointments, re-scheduling, etc..  The best part is their skills when they are working on you and at no point you feel awkward or uncomfortable with anything they do.  “Golden Hands”
