The staff is so friendly and nice and makes it a really enjoyable experience. Dr. Ibrahim is very kind and honest, and does not claim you need procedures when you really don’t. I was running late to my last appointment ,I really appreciate how understanding they were in not giving me a hard time about it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ibrahim to anyone new to Garden grove , or someone who is looking for a nicer, better dentist.

I always had healthy, teeth and I took good care of them. They never looked particularly good, always a bit crooked and a shade of ivory close to C1/C2 (according to the chart I am checking). I had them cleaned and whitened at primary dental care garden grove once a year and that was enough for a long time. I did not care about super-white, perfect teeth anyway, as long as nothing was rotting. Unfortunately, a couple of years ago the bottom teeth started to get crocked. I am told it happens because of crowding and genetic reasons. I had one wisdom tooth removed at 18 and hoped that would solve the crowding problem, but unfortunately it did not. Withing a few months the situation degenerated to such an extent that I decide to take the plunge and get the lower teeth fixed. I consulted Dr Ibrahim at primary dental care : she suggested to file down the four incisors and get crowns. Maximum 20 days of work at (good price). (…)I could afford it and seemed a fast solution. Besides that. She’s treated all my family with excellent results.

Top Notch! Needed a tooth pulled. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free. I wasn’t really sore after because they take they’re time and let’s face it they know what they’re doing. I will never go to another dentist they’re stuck with me. I’m so thankful to find a dentist I can trust. Her Staff are also some of the nicest people. I am so grateful to them for all the help with my teeth. We’ve only just begun.

I’m a big chicken when it comes to dental, I have to say that from beginning to end, I have never felt more comfortable at a dental office. Garden grove dental arts has been the best change our family has made, I have been terrified going to the dentist for years, and I have twin girls that hated going to the dentist. We first decided to give garden grove dental arts a try with our girls after hearing how wonderful their Fountain valley dental care is. Since then our entire family has switched also, and we have had nothing but amazing care from everyone we have dealt with. I no longer fear going to the dentist and am able to relax while getting work done. The atmosphere and the staff there are so welcoming.

They are just are AMAZING!!!!! My daughter and I visit this center for the first time and I mentioned that my daughter had anxiety when it came to dentists. The staff took her by the hand, explained the entire process, and involved her in every way possible. She left with a HUGE smile and said in the car, “I panicked for nothing dad!” Thank you guys taking the time with my child and making it a true pleasure. Any questions I have, she answers. she explains what she is doing in any given procedure, which for me is a great help. Went there for the (new patient) special. They were wonderful. They were fast. The dentist and the other staff were very nice. This place is very affordable and they are willing to work with you. I have not been to the dentist is five years and with their special I was really pleased.This is definitely going to be my primary dentist from now on. I had went to a prior dentist with a lot of pain and they basically told me the tooth is unsaveable, that was not ok with me. Then my quest began with Dr. Ibrahim. I walked in and everyone was so nice and understood my concerns. Dr Ibrahim had her endodontist specialist in the office as well (…), they both examined my tooth and let me know it was saveable. I was so happy and I didn’t feel much pain as I did in the other office, both of their hands were so light, I was also very anxious and both Dr’s did such a great job of making me calm. This is now going to be my home dentistry office! Thank you Dr. Ibrahim and (endodontist doctor) ! I am forever grateful.

This place is as good as it gets and i’m someone who really dislikes going to dentists. (…)Dr. Ibrahim is not in a rush, after she looks at my teeth she explains what my options are. What the pros and cons are for each plan (convenience vs. cost vs. duration). If i needed time to think over my treatment options, she’d say you don’t have to decide now. Amazing staff!!!!! I’m a person who has had very bad experiences with past dentists and it left me with a real phobia. I was a complete mess at the dentists and my anxiety was so bad that I didn’t go for years. When things finally got so bad I had to come in I’ll admit I was a mess: jumping, shaking, sweating, and all that good stuff (it’s embarrassing but phobias are not something anyone is proud of). The staff was so incredibly helpful and patient through the whole first visit and every time I come in. I am such a procrastinator, its no joke…I had a tooth ache for almost 2 weeks but I kept putting it off,all I kept thinking was the pain I am going to be in, the dentist is not on my top list of things to do but I finally decided to call and get this done and dealt with. OMG AM I HAPPY I DID… Dr. Ibrahim and her team WOW< thank you so much. I called and got an apt on the same day, Leslie in the front made it so easy for me when it came to insurance and paper work etc..finally when I saw Dr. Ibrahim she told me my pain was coming from a tooth that needed a root canal… (OMG WHAT? )… that is what I get for not going in to see a Dentist when this started. I was literally shaking, I do not like going to the dentist but Dr Ibrahim and her assistants made this visit so comfortable. Thank you so much girls, I cannot say thank you enough for making me feel comfortable, for taking the time to put me at ease. I have never been to a dental office where the assistant actually held my hand and told me its going to be ok. WOW… Dr. Ibrahim took her time with me, I honesty have to say that a root canal at this office is a walk in the park. I walked in this office with pain but walked out feeling no pain and so much better. They are my new office and I am so thankful to the whole staff at Primary Dental Care for taking good care of a chicken like me. 🙂
