Dr. Geelan is the best dentist ever!! He never asks you questions you can’t answer when he has his hand in your mouth and has you use thumbs up or down for yes or no questions when he does need to ask a question when he has his hand in your open mouth. Super nice dental assistants to!!

I have been going to Geelan Dental Care a little under 1 year. When I got there, my teeth were not as “loved” as they should be. Dr. Geelan and his awesome staff helped me get my teeth back to healthy and provide me with all the knowledge and tools I need to keep them that way! Dr. Geelan takes the time to go over his (and your) concerns and will even explain what is going on in the room while he is working. Additionally, Janeen is also a wonderful Hygienists. She is very personable and you can tell she really cares about doing a great job. Kim is also very friendly and is a lot of help when it comes to explaining the charges and setting up my next appointment. One final thing – they validate parking so no worries if you don’t already work downtown.

36 minutes in the chair for 2 small fillings is outstanding and that included time to chat at the beginning. Dr Geelan is always pleasant and easy going. His office worked with me to maximize my plan benefits over a couple of years. He is the third dentist I’ve had in my life and easily the best. Always soliciting feedback about my comfort. Aside from the small pinch of a shot, no pain. I’ve never experienced residual pain after any treatment.

I have found Dr. Geelan competent, thorough, gentle, and caring.  He has put in 2 crowns for me, one plastic (or whatever it is) and one gold.  Both have been a perfect fit from minute one.  He has patiently discussed options and let me choose the path we took.  And he made sure he discovered the hidden pocket of decay before he sealed it up.  The whole staff is very friendly and accomodating.  They all go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.

I found Geelan Dental Care to be outstanding. I am VERY pleased. Dr. Geelan and staff are friendly and down to earth. Dr. Geelan is quite experienced and, I thought, very thorough. I appreciated the fact that he took his time with me, was not in a hurry. Made me feel as though I were his only patient. I also appreciated how he explained what he was doing and why. He answered a lot of questions (in detail) and was very thorough in explaining. And again, he was not in a hurry to move on quickly to the next patient. I also appreciated that Geelan Dental Care is more affordable and much more reasonably priced than my previous dentist. This makes it possible to have more frequent check-ups and visits. I have only the best things to say about my experience with Dr. Geelan and his staff. I highly recommend Geelan Dental Care.

Best service and dental work I have ever had. Dr. Geelan takes his time with you and explains all procedures with you in detail. I have had two crowns and one implant with Dr. Geelan and they look fantastic !!! He takes the time to get the color just right. You cannot tell these are not my natural teeth. I have recommended him to friends and clients of mine and will continue to do so as he is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is kind, gentle and a perfectionist. Can I say more?

I’ve been going here for 30 years and have always been treated very well by everyone. They are always willing to explain what I need to do to help my teeth, and are willing to work with my crazy schedule. When I tell people I have a dentist appointment most react with ugh, you have to go to the dentist? But I’ve honestly never minded because they treat me like family.

I think very highly of the service provided by Dr Geelan and the staff there, especially Janine. My children, ages, 7 & 3, have been going there from the start of their care and Janine has a beautiful and respectful way of working with them. She has so earned their respect that I see them practice the brushing techniques she teaches them long after their check ups!

I am very pleased to leave an incredible review for Geelan Dental. I have visited Dr. Geelan and his staff many times over the years. They are easy to find, downtown on the corner of SW 2nd & Main – 2nd floor. Very each to reach. More importantly, Dr. Geelan, in my experience, is not only highly proficient — my dental work has always been of the highest quality, but he is very patient with me, as well. He carefully listens to my questions, then thoroughly answers each of them. He is never in a hurry. He makes me feel as though I am his only patient in the world (though clearly I am not). He has a great deal of integrity — performing dental work not just to get the job accomplished — but by going the extra mile and extra step every time to ensure he’s done a 125% high-quality job. That I appreciate. This is how he works daily — unlike a few other dentists who would normally charge additional fees to go the extra mile, Dr. Geelan simply performs exceptional work every time. He is always looking at the overall health of my teeth, the big picture, not just at the one reason for my appointment. I appreciate being able to plan ahead and to have an idea of what to expect with my teeth in the future. Did I mention he was very patient? He and his staff are very personable and down to earth. I never feel that I’m being treated “too professionally” to the point of it’s strictly a “patient — doctor relationship.” Dr. Geelan talks with me like a real person, person-to-person about my teeth, not hiding behind a “too professional” medical demeanor. I appreciate that. as well. I highly recommend Geelan Dental Care to anyone looking for high quality, great care — and great people. I’m in great hands.
