Dr. Saliba and his staff are the GEMS of dentistry. I went to Dr. Saliba after being referred by a good friend who has been going to him for years. For years I have been neglecting my oral health due to being terrified of dentist and having bad dentist that lead to bad experiences. I made an appointment after some severe tooth pain ailed me and let them know I was a nervous dental patient. They made note and said that the Doctor was really good with nervous patients. Well he was and so was the great staff there! We did quite a bit of work on my first treatment and I was there this morning for my post-op and I can honestly say Dr. Saliba and his staff have gained my trust and I am beating my fear of dentistry with each visit. My mouth even feels healthier. Dr. Saliba has been the only dentist I have seen my whole life(I’m now 28). I will not let anyone else touch my teeth! I’m incredibly squeamish, and he has always been patient with me. He has performed several procedures on me, including, laser removal of excess skin and filling cavities. He has made me feel at home at every point in my life, and I’ve never had any complications. From the moment I stepped in to the lobby I was made to feel at ease, ( almost impossible for a dentist office ) the tech assistant in the back was AMAZING ( her name was Brittany I think) she and the dentist worked on me a ver long five hours without even taking a lunch or bathroom break !!! Brittany was kind, gentle and very caring . I am an ER Nurse bc and you know some folks are in the industry for the wrong reasons but clear everyone of these folks are definitely there because they genuinely care about their patients ! I’ve had some horrible experiences at another well know place and they were quite rude from front to back, were rough and all about the money and rush u out ! Not these folks ! The dentist constantly asking if I was feeling any discomfort my and even the slightest pinch, pull , or touch and he instinctively knew when to ask and immediately made sure I felt no pain ! I rarely recommend anyone in the healthcare industry but this wonderful , caring , professional group of folks that LOL shout it from the rooftop THEY ARE AMAZING !!!!

So let’s start off by saying I’ve been trying to find a dentist office that I feel comfortable with for about 5 years now. I am incredibly anxious when it comes to the dentist BUT…. this office was amazing ! When I walked in I was greeted  immediately, I didn’t have to fill out any paper work because it was all done online which was great! I was almost immediately taken to get my teeth cleaned . *Disclaimer, Long post ahead I will probably update after I go back for further treatment, but I wanted to leave a positive review first. Ive always been nervous around dentists. And, due to a few years of financial hardships, I haven’t been to a dentist in a few years. In the back of my mind, I knew that I would probably need a filing at the very least. As it turns out, I need a few of those, along with some other work. Needless to say, this gave me a bit more anxiety. But in the midst of that, the staff did everything they could to walk me through all the steps. Shoutout to Brittany who kept my spirits up during what was an intense dental visit for me, and a shoutout to Pamela, who graciously took the time to walk me through the steps of setting up a reoccurring payment plan, and walking me through my insurance (I’m so grateful I’m able to afford it, though I have to wait a few more months before it fully kicks in). And also, I want to thank Dr Saliba for walking me through a plan for treating my teeth, and for being professional and understanding. As long as I live in Houston, I plan to keep coming here. As a side note to this, I wanted to praise the staff for the atmosphere they put out. It’s hard for me to put it in words, but it felt more like a family gathering than a office visit. This is a business, but I can tell it’s more than that. People genuinely care about each other here. That’s not something you often see. That’s why I’ll continue to go here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saliba’s for almost a year. I originally made my appointment with Dr. Saliba at the insistence of my friend who drives almost an hour to see him. I had been to another dentist and was presented with a treatment plan that shocked me, so I came to Dr. Saliba for a second opinion and I am so grateful to my friend for the recommendation. Dr. Saliba was patient, informative, and professional. After his assistant took a series of X-rays and a CT scan, Dr. Saliba was able to see what the true cause of the issues I was having actually was and gave me a treatment plan that made more sense given the symptoms and issues I was having. I am now done with all the work and I am so happy to be able to chew again without pain and sensitivity. I have since referred my husband, my son, and his wife.
