It is been a wonderful experience for my family and I to find a Dental office with such a professionalism and personal touch. The front desk team keep you informed, the Doctors not only design an ideally treatment plan for my husband they also gave him and explained him alternate options. The manager went over step by step , and coordinated the appointments so we could have and idea about the time frame and cost of the treatment. They also have a terrific Hygienist! Not only did a great job cleaning our teeth but takes time instructing us about how to take care at home!!!!! I highly recommended to everyone I know friends or relatives because they will have a gratifying experience, for sure, just like I did!!!!! Sincerely, Isabel.

I had a very rewarding experience at gentle dental when I went to have my check up . I had my X-rays taken and naturally I was nervous as everyone is when they go to a dental office. Everyone there made me feel at ease and very comfortable. The doctor was very nice. The whole staff really seemed like they cared and they all work together as a team. I have never seen a dental office work so organized and work so well together.

I have extreme anxiety regarding the dentist, yet everyone was so amazing and understanding. From my cleaning, to periodontal work, to root canals, to fillings, to billing…I’ve had to go several times and I was never disappointed. They were very clear about to expect with each visit and I felt almost ZERO pain. I will be coming here for a very long time!

Been going here for years , did my braces here, root canal… they are professional and thorough. Been able to always book my appointments with Diana Silva and she was able to get me my x-rays in less than 10 Mins to my new dentist office in California. Would highly recommend !

Excellent Dental office! This place really rocks. All my life I have been afraid of going to the dentist but all those fears are long gone now that I have found Gentle Dental. I am very pleased with my experiences at this dental office. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant and clearly knew what they were doing. The doctor is very experienced and gentle with the patients. I have never had such painless anestesia in my life. What I really liked about this place was the conveniency, as I was able to get my teeth fixed at the same place where my son got hit braces. The plans are flexible and affordable and they really worked with me. Overall I would strongly recommend this dental office

I was very impressed by the first time i came into this office. It’s definitely very modern, clean and you can see how much work and effort they have put to make you as a patient comfortable and at ease as you are having your treatment done. I was very sastified and happy with my dental treatment that i had to do, and the staff really made me understand every step of the way. I had a sinus lift with dr. Mark. He was terrific. He notice my nervousness immediately made me feel calm and relaxed. He took extra gentle care funny the name is Gentle Dental and they proved to be just that. During the procedure I felt very comfortable he reassured me that everything is going fine and I wanted to make certain that I was comfortable. I had many consultations prior to visiting Gentle Dental that I actually considered. But after I had time to think they really were the ones I wanted. The facility was attractive, boutique-like. That was very nice. The entire staff was professional courteous and actually very kind. I had no discomfort after the procedure and very little swelling. They were awesome! I recommend these guys highly.

My spouse and I have been going to Gentle Dental for several years. The staff there has always been courteous and kind even with my hectic schedule. One time in particular stuck out to me is when my spouse needed an emergency dental procedure asap. We called Gentle Dental after hours and to our surprise they had an emergency line and spoke with a staff member at 11pm that night. We went to see the medical team there who extracted my spouses tooth and gave him the medication he needed to recover. The only feedback I would give to the staff is that the tv constantly plays FOX News, which says sometimes very disturbing things about people of color and individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. I would recommend changing to station to something such as a weather channel, channel 12, or PBS. That why the office doesn’t feel like political battlefield which adds to the already stressful environment of being at a dentist office.
