Gentle Care Dentistry is the best dental experience you could ever hope for!  I had braces when I was a teen (not gentle care) and became completely turned off at ever wanting see a dentist ever again. I started coming to Gentle Care a few years ago and was quickly impressed by their attentiveness (your appointment time is really your appointment time). Dr. Luu is not only a sweetheart but also an amazing dentist with great attention to every detail. All of the staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Luu always seems to have the latest technology which makes you feel like you’re getting the best of care. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and would highly recommend Gentle Care Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

As the name of the place call “Gentle care dentistry”, Dr Luu is indeed very gentle. She was meticulous and always did a great job. I went there mainly to removed many of my amalgam fillings and replace with composite. Because a lot of the dentists don’t have the devices it requires for safely amalgams removal, I had found her place on the internet randomly. And I’m very glad I found her. In addition, I was originally plan to extract my Wisdom tooth when I go back to my country since is cheaper, but since her skill is good and very gentle, I finally decide to let her do it too because she is the dentist I can trust. I really appreciate of what she have done for me.

I’ll start off by saying that I used to be terrified of the dentist. I hadnt been in years, but a cracked tooth acouple months back gave me little choice but to go looking for one. So I began looking through the lists of dentists my insurance would cover me to see and I came across Dr Brianne Luu and something inside me said to call. The woman that answered the phone had a kind voice and I could hear general concern in her voice when I told her my situation, and told me I could come in at my earliest convenience. They were able to fit me in for later that day and when I showed up I met Ruth. She was the one who took my call and she was just as nice in person. I then met Jeannette and Dr Luu and they all passed my expectations. I started to cry as I was told I needed a route canal and Jeannette took my hand gave me a tissue and told me she had seen people so comfortable during Dr Luu’s procedures they had fallen asleep, and she wasnt lying. My route canal literally felt like a tooth massage. The next time I came in was to fill some cavities that I had accumulated through the years of no dental work and they were the same as my route canal, very relaxing. This time when I came in the girls asked me how my work was going, how my friend was that had accompanied me in my original visit, it amazed me how much attention they had paid to everything that I had told them during my last visit. And what was even more amazing was that they werent just asking to make conversation, or even just to make me feel comfortable, it was because they actually care.
Yesterday I had the worst toothache of my life, I was at work literally crying in front of clients when I knew I had to call, luckily they are open every other Saturday. Dr Luu answered the phone and told me she could fit me in at 11, words cannot describe how thankful I was. When I came in they couldn’t see anything physically wrong with the tooth I was complaining about, but seeing my tears they did everything they could fix the problem. It was decided that my wisdom tooth was the cause of my pain and right then and there they took it out for me. This was all in between assiting other guests who im sure they attend with the same caring attitude they do for me. In closing, Dr Luu is hands down the most amazing dentist I have ever seen, and as a child I had seen a lot. Not only is she an amazing dentist, but an amazing human being. And I cannot of course forget about Ruth and Jeannette, who always make me feel like I am literally apart of their family. I can honestly say that because of them not only am I no longer afraid to go to the dentist, but I look forward to it.

Gentle care dentistry goes far beyond the name, it also represents the lovely and devoted staff I have encountered. Making an appointment for the dentist has never been more exciting! Being a full time student also working part time it was nearly impossible for me to have any down time to make my yearly visit but with the help of Dr. Luu and staff I was able to get my teeth the care they needed. This business offers an affordable PLUS reasonable price, which can fit anyone’s pocket size. Recently, I’ve had a tooth removed. Let me say, first of all, ZERO pain! The doctor makes sure the patient is comfortable and relaxed, secondly the tooth was taken out within five minutes. I would highly recommend Gentle Care Dentistry to anyone in search of a clean, child friendly, and job well done environment.

Let me start off by saying they have the nicest staff and customer service of any dentistry I’ve come across. I chipped my tooth around 10pm and so I called them wanting to set up an appointment. Even thought they were closed at the time by almost 4 hours they still managed to pick up the phone. Because it was an urgent repair they managed to fit me in after hours the NEXT DAY. When I went into the office they were just as nice in person as they were on the phone. They took my X-rays and fixed my tooth all in the same day for a reasonably inexpensive price. Making sure my tooth was as perfect as I wanted it to be the whole process was quick and painless. Thank you Gentle Care for making me feel comfortable.

Dr. Luu is amazing. I found her through Yelp last year and she helped me with an emergency tooth extraction. I had initially gone to Bright Now Dental for them to pull out a tooth that had an infection. Long story short, they made it so complicated and actually insisted I come back on another day because their tooth extractor wasn’t in…..ok you are a dental office full of dentists but no one could pull a tooth that day for me?? By the time I found Dr. Luu a couple of days later, I was in so much pain due to swelling that had occurred around the tooth. She saw me the same day I had called and was even able to pull that dang tooth out. Wow. relief from all that pain!!! She was so sweet and gave me a sense of ease while she helped me. Fast forward a year and here I am again at her office for some fillings and a standard cleaning and everything has been going great. My mouth honestly feels cleaner and I’m so please to have found such a reliable place go to for my dental needs. Her office is clean and spacious with AC  There is plenty of parking.  On top of that, her assistant Ruth is the best. She brings you cold bottled water as you’re waiting in the dental chair in case you have dry mouth Overall, definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Luu was highly recommend by my extended family who have been seeing her for years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Luu and her staff (Jocelyn, Ruth, and Joanna).  I have totally avoided seeing any dentist for years due to terrible experiences (all I can remember was pain and misery).  Now I can honestly say that all my previous perception and anxieties of  seeing a Dentist’s have been throw out the window. From the moment you walk in to the minute you leave, you are treated like family.  Dr. Luu and her staff take the extra time and care to listen to all the worries and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I had extensive dental work done and the pain was minimal to none.  Dr. Luu and Staff have created such a warm and caring environment  that I actually look forward to my appointments. The late office hours are fantastic and work well with my busy schedule. Thank you Dr. Luu for fixing my smile 🙂 **P.S. You can watch Netflix while they work- Big Plus!!**

(…) I’m posting this on behalf of my sister who, along with kids, recently visited Dr. Luu for dental checkups and cleanings. Dr. Luu is a great dentist for adults and kids.  She is very gentle. She makes you feel at ease.  You don’t have to wait long as she will usually take her patients in right away.  She will explain to you what your problems are and give you recommendations.  It’s a very pleasant and low pressure. Dr. Luu is very patient with the little ones. She knows how to make kids feel comfortable. She has a toy chest for the little ones.   Dr. Luu’s assistant Ruth is also extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Luu speaks English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. It’s easy to find her office and there are plenty of parking space outside. She takes most insurance and is very accommodating. If you are looking for a dentist for yourself or your family, please consider Dr. Luu.  I can’t recommend her enough.

#My dentist for life  Dr Luu is the best dentist I have ever had. The Dr is so informative, educated  and welcoming from the second you walk in you feel like your home .. every time I go for a check up or service I am always walking away with a smile.
