Truly amazing place and the moment you walk in, you know your in good hands. I started an operation years ago that required me to receive crowns on all of my teeth, and halfway through I had almost given up from the pain and constant visits to the dentists. I then decided to try Gentle Care Dentists and it has been the best decision of my life. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly faces and people who are masters of their profession. I was given the best care, best options and best service I could ask. Now, after everything has been done, I have a beautiful smile and for the first time in my life I was able to fully bite into an apple, which is one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life and its thanks to Gentle Care that I can. I love being a patient at Gentle Care and I plan to stay a patient for many years to come.

I’m mot very comfortable at dentist offices, but the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I went in because i had tooth pain from a broken wisdom tooth. When they saw that it had broken they were able to immediately fit me in to pull it. The surgeon was very clear on what was about to happen, and made sure I was completely reassured and ready. I felt no pain during the pulling and I’m currently recovering and everything is going alomg the course they told me it would. I’ve recommended them to my wife and will recommend them to everyone. Very professional, and they have definitely made me feel like they’re putting me first

I hate going to the dentist. Well, when I think about it, I don’tknow anyone who likes going to the dentist. I have a history of needing dental work and have moved around a bit so I’ve actually had the chance to experience different ones, including perio and endodontists. So I started coming here out of convenience around 2 maybe 3 years ago. (Time sure flies). To put some perspective of my last dentist whom I had seen regularly for 8 years (who was great), With that dentist, the office and equipment seemed somewhat dated, as in decor and I had to go to a separate room for x-rays, and there were no TVs or music to help with passing the time and I had to go offsite for periodonst and endodontist work. But I moved away and needed to find someone else to take care of my teeth. So here I am. I have been coming back to this office because I have not had a bad experience at all. I find that the name “Gentle Care” is actually what I get. My regular cleanings are very pleasant and the people that do the work actually practice using “gentle hands”. The space itself is very clean, convenient and they can take x-rays of you in the same chair. They have other “tooth working” specialists on site, which makes for a great one-stop-shop experience. The administrative staff are especially great to talk to. They send email reminders and or text messages reminding me of my appointments or if earlier appointments open up. Great experience. only complaint was that I was not told whether my insurance was in-network or not. On the flip side, they did help me sign up for a way to pay for the much needed dental work. Tina, my hygienist, showed great care and was very personable. I like that in any person serving the public.

This was my first time going to this office. Tina was the first person to see and consult with me and she was absolutely AMAZING! She gave me so much helpful information and even told me services I was recommended by my previous dental office were not even necessary. I recently had three of my wisdom teeth extracted. I was sent to this location by Soft Touch Dentists. I can truly say that I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The receptionist was great, the dental assistant was kind and friendly, and the oral surgeon was fantastic. He took the time to explain the procedure and he did everything possible to ensure that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I had a very nice first experience at Gentle Care Dentists. I probably spent less than 10 min in the waiting room before going in for my cleaning. I did send in my information ahead of time on Zocdoc, so there wasn’t much left for me to fill out on the patient forms. The cleaning went really well. I waited way longer than recommended in between cleanings, so there was a lot that I needed taken care of. The technician was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgable. She even warned me when she thought I might experience some discomfort during the cleaning which I appreciated. The pain was very minimal. I ended up needing to get two fillings. The procedure was quick and pretty painless. Overall I was very happy with how everything went. I did end up paying more out of pocket unfortunately. My insurance only covers silver fillings, which this dentist doesn’t offer. I was ok with that though, since I wouldn’t have wanted silver fillings anyway. The receptionist explained the cost of the procedure in detail and in writing before starting. The dentist did suggest that I get Invisalign. She explained how it would benefit me, but was not pushy at all, which again I appreciated. She left the decision to me, since it’s not absolutely necessary in my case. Overall, I had as good of an experience at a dentist as I think you can have.

If you are a nervous dental patient, Dr. Hasan is your answer. He did an extraction on a crown for me that had fallen out. I am deathly afraid of needles, especially when they are going into my gums. But Dr. Hasan’s unique technique was completely painless. He has the right combination of raw talent, unparalleled skill, and an incredible bedside manner. He doesn’t push treatments that you don’t want. He takes the time to explain everything and will put together a treatment plan that works for you. He will follow-up with you and is always available to answer any questions you have. He is one of those rare dentists that will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Hasan, especially if you are looking for a pain free visit to the dentist!

I was seen promptly. The waiting room was comfy. The receptionist was nice. There was wifi, with the password posted all over the place. X-rays took forever, but I didn’t spend much time waiting between services. First I was X-rayed. Then the dentist looked me over, told me I need my fillings replaced, showed me why with pictures of them on the monitor. I liked that this dentist wasn’t like my last one, who tried to scare me into getting nine replaced immediately, saying I was nearing catastrophe. He was just like, do it as soon as possible, but it’s not an emergency. I didn’t feel pressured or like it was all about getting my money. Then the dental hygienist gave me a cleaning. She was very fast and no one gave me much shit about not having been to a dentist in three years. It hurt, because I hadn’t had a cleaning in three years. But I feel she did everything she could to make it as fast and comfortable as possible. She did pressure me to schedule another cleaning in 6 months while I was in the chair. Which I get, but at the same time, if I say no thank you, maybe take it the first time. I need to get some fillings replaced, and it’ll be expensive even with insurance. But I’m going to do it here because I feel like it’s a clean, fast, friendly, honest place.
