Great dentist, very gentle, caring and personable. Great staff and friendly environment. Before going to Dr. Tayab I had tried 4 different dentists. Most of them told me I had to have a root canal. Either that or an extraction because my molar was broken and the nerve died. I knew I needed another opinion. So I looked through yelp.com and checked out pretty much all dentists in the Pasadena area and neighboring cities. I finally settled on Gentle Care Health (I do admit the name is a little misleading but this is primarily a dentist’s office. It could be renamed something better and the words “Spa and massage” dropped). Dr. Tayab had another opinion. He thought I could keep my molar and have a crown. This man has over 32 years of experience and knew what he was talking about. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and more. He knew what he was talking about and had the experience and know-how to back it up. I had another problem, which was bleeding gums, so Dr. Tayab prescribed a potent mouth wash I had to take for 4 weeks. Before that, I had this pain in my upper right gums that won’t go away. The mouth wash took care of the pain and the bleeding gums. Once I went back to him, he got me the crown and fixed up my molar. I walked away very satisfied and happy that my tooth was saved and I could eat on both sides of my mouth again (but only talked on one side though :). I know everybody’s experience is different and I read at least one negative comment on here but I can assure you Dr. Tayab is one of the best dentists I have been to. You just have to go see him once to find out. Another fact why he is very good is that his schedule is always full, perhaps a testament from many people who trust him with their teeth and health. One last thing, the staff is exceptional. Awesome customer service. Linda and Crystal at the front desk are exceptional. Very personable, very friendly and genuinely nice.

I did not share the same experience as the first reviewer did.  I will say that the parking there is challenging so be prepared. That area of Pasadena is tough no matter where you are going.  I found there office to be clean and quite and I was seen quickly and in and out without a problem.  I have been there twice and each time was fine.
