I love Gentle Dental. Dr.Zopf is such a great dentist! She’s easy to work with and very straightforward and practical about dental care. The staff is awesome! Chelsea, the dental hygienist is wonderful. Scott and the front desk staff are warm and friendly. Their hours are excellent for working people! Saturdays and weeknights. Highly recommend.

Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and truly focused on making the customer experience as good as it can be. They always run on time. Are always very upfront about what to expect and what they are doing in the moment. In this time of Covid, the safety practices they have in place are incredibly thorough. I felt 100% safe and in a sterile, clean environment. I would recommend them without hesitation. The best dental office I’ve been in in my 52 years of life.

Had a dental emergency and they squeezed me in this morning, even though I was a new patient. Everybody from the front desk to Dr. Zopf herself were fantastic. They’re professional, quick, caring, and very funny! First time I ever laughed during a root canal! The office is modern, clean, and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible tooth ache and found Commack gentle dental online. I had horrible experience in the past with dentists and was very anxious and nervous to say the least. I walked in and immediately felt at ease, from the front desk staff to the dental chair dr. Zopf and her staff were so nice and attentive. They talked me through the entire process and explained everything they were doing, so much so that I didn’t have any questions for them. The dentist was extremely gentile and all the work was literally pain free which I have never experienced before at a dentists office. I had to have extensive work done so dr zopf referred me to their periodontist dr knakal who was also very knowledgeable and was extremely gentle with a very anxious patient. I would highly recommend this office!!!!

Gentle Dental really lives up to its name so i have to give this review 5 stars. All jokes aside , I had the most pleasant and painless experience ever. For someone like me who has severe anxiety going to the dentist this was hard for me (I had a emergency wisdom tooth removal) I was in severe pain for 3 days prior going to Gentle Dental in Commack and I dont wish that pain on anyone. The staff was great and compassionate and really made you feel at home. Everyone was very personable and easy to talk with. I could confidently say not one single person in that place didn’t not care about you. They all cared. I 100% trust them and from my experience going there they are my new dentist! I highly recommend them especially if you are worried about who to trust to work on your teeth (someone like me) I highly recommend them. I was worried about the pain being awake during the procedure and I was worried about the pain after as well , I know everyone is different and everyone has a different pain tolerance but for me , they did a great job I didn’t experience any pain at all and they get the job done. Looking forward to getting back to my regular dentist routine with them!

I can’t say enough good things about Gentle Dental. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I’ve been going there for check ups and hygiene appointments mostly but their cosmetic work is also amazing. I had a chipped tooth fixed and it blends in perfectly looking completely natural. They take the time to explain the procedures and make sure you’re comfortable. Honestly, they have taken all the fear and anxiety out of going to the dentist to the point where I look forward to my visits.

I started seeing Alex as my new hygienist as of late last year and I have to say that she has been the best hygienist I have had. I have been going to my previous hygienist for 15 years but made a change due to a recommendation from a friend. Although I fear the dentist, Alex has made my past 2 appointments so comfortable and pleasant. She’s extremely professional and thorough! I have walked out of each cleaning feeling great that there was nothing left behind. I don’t feel rushed and I now look forward to my 6 month cleanings 🙂 I would highly recommend Gental Dental (ask for Alex) for my dental care and I will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thanks again!

Today was my first visit to Gentle Dental! I work at a doctors office so I really appreciate quality care when I receive it. From the moment I called the office, Gail was SO accommodating and worked her magic to get me in as soon as possible for a tooth ache I was concerned about. I was seen by Kerry and Dr. Zopf during my visit who both made me laugh and at ease. (Thank you!) I am much appreciative of the care I received, the personable and friendly staff and the inviting environment of the office. Keep up the great work guys!

I have never been one to like going to the dentist. This office has changed that for me. Every single staff member has been nothing but nice and accommodating. The hygienists and the dentist herself go over every single visit with you and explain exactly what they are looking to accomplish as the end result. No work is done on your mouth unless you are 100% ready for it and want to do it. I haven’t had to go back for anything to be redone and I go into each visit knowing I will be more than satisfied when I leave with the work they did that visit. I will continue to recommend anyone I can knowing the great dental work this office does. Best staff I have come across in a long time!

From a cleaning to dental work you get perfection in which I Seek out in Dentistry. Like fixing an intricate Swiss Watch Dr Zopf gives you the highest quality of care.
